Chris Argent and several other police officers are in the morgue of the hospital as they have all the bodies in body bags

Argent: when will the killing stop?

Suddenly Scott, Stiles, and Laura Hale run into the morgue. Scott's eyes go wide and fill with tears as 2 cops.carry Melissa's body out the room

Scott: mom? mom!!!! mom!!!!

He sobs as Stiles and Argent hold him back

Stiles: oh my god...what happened argent?

Argent grabs Scott in a headlock and leads them out into the hallway and pushes him against the wall and looks around to make sure theres no cops around

Argent: calm down! Last night a group of Kate's hunters came in here and killed your mom Scott

Scott falls to the ground as he sobs loudly

Laura: Chris, why would they kill her?

Argent: my best bet is that they killed her because she's helped you guys out so much..same reason why they killed Morell and tried to kill Deaton.

Stiles: but who killed them?

Argent nervously looks around then walks back into the other room. Laura crouches down and holds Scott in her arms as Stiles looks and sees the coroner pushing a table down the hallway with a body bag. The bag is zipped halfway down so Stiles can see the face of one of the hunters. The hunter has giant claw marks across his face as Stiles takes his phone out and snaps a pic of it

Stiles: what the hell is going on?



Coach Finstock stands infront of the biology class as Jackson, Esteban, Isaac, Erica, Eddie, Ella, Damian, Drew, Riley and several other students are present

Coach: where the hell are McCall and Stilinski?!

Eddie: Stiles is....at the hospital with Scott

Isaac sighs

Isaac: Scott's mom was killed in the hospital shooting last night

Coach: oh man....poor Scott

He looks down and takes a deep breath then looks up at the rest of the class

Coach: well we'll keep Scott and his family in our prayers

Jackson: we are his family

Drew rolls his eyes

Drew: don't we have other things to talk about in Bio class besides Scott?

Coach: Drew's right....alright so go to chapte-

Suddenly the bell rings

Coach: Class is over!

Isaac gets up with everyone else and looks back at Jackson and Esteban

Isaac: you think Scotts okay?

Esteban: we've all lost loved ones but Scott's mom was the world to him.

Jackson: he's already stressed out about being alpha...now this. We have to make sure he doesn't snap



Eddie walks out the class and immediately goes to his locker. Ella and Damian walk up to him

Ella: hey Eddie

Eddie: oh hey guys what's up?

Ella: Damian and I were just talking...

Eddie. about?

Damian: Ella saw that Vet guy on the lacrosse field yesterday...she's been seeing him everywhere. Do you think that guy knows something we don't?

Eddie: Stiles says Deaton seems to always know everything. Why do you ask?

Ella: Look the 3 of us are all new to this pack...I just have a feeling that everyone else might know something that we don't. Even Stiles might know

Eddie: Stiles tells me everything Ella...you two are just being paranoid

Damian sarcastically laughs

Damian: fine maybe we are just being paranoid but what if I'm right? What if this Deaton guy knows what Kate is up to....why they held Esteban hostage....why they needed Jackson so badly....and why did they kill Scott's mom

Eddie: they don't know who killed her

Damian: its obvious she was killed by the hunters....and tonight I'm gonna find Deaton and get the truth out of him

Eddie: Don't hurt him...he's helped us out so much

Damian: I'm not gonna hurt him....not as long as he gives me the info I need

Damian walks away as Ella sighs and apologizes to Eddie then follows Damian. Eddie leans against his locker as he thinks


Riley is seated with a group of big guys in the.cafeteria. They all laugh as they turn and see Jackson and Esteban walking together with Erica and Isaac behind them.

Riley: hey guys look....he comes queer magazines butt-buddies of the year

He laughs then as they pass by he sticks his foot out and trips Esteban. Esteban falls over and his falls onto his lunch tray on the floor. Jackson goes insane and grabs Riley by the neck then throws Riley across the lunchroom. Riley lands on another table and slides across the entire table hitting everyone's lunchtray along the way. Riley then slides off the table and hits a wall as everyone looks at Jackson and is shocked at his strength. Erica helps Esteban up as Isaac quickly grabs Jackson and leads him out the cafeteria

Isaac pushes Jackson against the wall as Jackson growls loudly

Isaac: are you crazy Jackson?! everybody in there almost saw you turn

Jackson: I know! its just that punk hurt Esteban...I couldn't control myself

Isaac: next time that happens you fight...but you fight as a human not a werewolf

Jackson nods then walks over and hugs Esteban as he and Erica walk into the hallway

Jackson: are you hurt Esteban?

Esteban: no....I'm fine babe. Humiliated....but okay

Erica: that was amazing...did you see how far Riley went? haha

Jackson: well he's picking a fight with the wrong guy...theres a side to Jackson Hale that I doubt this kid wants to meet



Riley is sitting against the wall in the cafeteria with food stains all over his shirt. Drew walks over and helps Riley up

Drew: you okay?

Riley: um yeah...how the hell did he throw me that far?

Drew: I don't know but I'm gonna find out. Here wear my shirt

Riley: you can't walk around here without a shirt on..

Drew: I bet you'd love to see that haha and no its fine I have a tank top on underneath

Drew grabs his shirt and goes to pull it off. His tank top also goes up revealing his ripped chest and abs right as Lydia Martin and a group of girls walk past. They stop dead in their tracks and stare at drew as they all giggle. Drew takes off his shirt and hands it to Riley then pulls his tank top back down

Drew: ladies.....you're drooling

Lydia: haha funny. You're drew right?

Drew: yeah Drew Torres

Lydia: I'm Ly-

drew: the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen? I know who you are. You're Lydia Martin...you're in my Bio class

He smiles brightly. Riley quickly changes into his new.shirt and stands next to drew smiling nervously at the girls

Lydia: I don't mean to sound sudden but my friend Amanda and I were going to the movies tonight to see the new Wolfman movie

A very attractive blonde girl standing next to Lydia smiles at Drew

Drew: oh really? are you asking me out on a date Lydia?

Lydia: umm..depends if you're interested

Drew: of course...but since your friend Amanda is going how about we make it a double date. Riley has Jo plans tonight...right Riley?

Riley: huh? what?

Lydia: sounds like a plan. Pick us up at 8

Amanda: see you later Riley

They smile then walk away. Riley hits Drew on the arm

Riley: dude why would you do that?

Drew: what? you have a date with a really hot chick. You should be thanking me

Riley: if that chick had muscles and a penis then I would be thanking you.

Drew: oh.....OH! I forgot about your little problem

Riley: its not a problem

Drew: you moved to a new country because of it...obviously its a problem for you. Lets just go out tonight and enjoy ourselves...do this for me and ill....ill go to a gay club with you this weekend

Riley laughs

Riley: those guys will eat you alive ..why do you need me tonight anyways? you seem to be a pretty good ladies man

Drew: I want you there tonight because you're the only friend I have...

Drew looks shocked that he actually said what was on his mind. Riley looks surprised then before Riley can say anything Drew walks out the lunchroom

Ella is walking through the upstairs hallway in Erica's house as Erica walks up to her

Ella: Isaac okay?

Erica: yeah he just had a stupid little argument with Scott...where's Damian?

Ella: in his room...listening to music. I don't think he's that into me anymore

Erica: don't let your mind play tricks on.you. Damian is obsessed with you but I think its time you two spice up the relationship

Ella: how?

Erica: simple...get naked...lay on.your back....open your legs...and Damian will do the rest of the work. After that he'll never be able to get you off his mind

Ella: I'm not ready to go all the way...not yet.

Erica: well then just.give him a sneak peek. Go in there...show your man your body....then you pull down his pants. Just remember to breathe through your nose and not to move your neck too.fast

Ella: wait...are you talking about giving him....

Erica: yes...he may be a vampire but he's still a guy. And every guy loves a girl that knows what she's doing when she goes "downtown" haha. now go in there and have some fun

Ella nervously nods then goes into the room as Damian lays on the bed with rock music blasting through his headphones. Damian sits up and takes off his headphones as he smiles

Damian: hey Ella

Ella: hey baby

She takes the straps off her dress and lets it fall to the ground as she stands there in her bra and panties.

Damian: wow....you're so sexy Ella

she walks over and climbs to the bed, pulling off Damian's shirt. Ella lays ontop of Damian and feels his muscles as she makes out with him. Damian slides one hand down her underwear making Ella let out a loud moan

Damian: haha I barely touched you baby.

Ella: well get ready because I'm about to do more than just touch

She starts undoing his belt as she licks he lips then stops

Ella: I'm sorry but I can't do.this...I'm not ready....not yet

Damian: its okay baby....I'm a virgin too

He smiles brightly

Ella: really?! wow that's so surprising...I'm glad you understand

Damian: we'll do it until we're both ready. I want this relationship to be about love not just sex

Ella lays her head on his chest as she smiles

Ella: oh my god you're definetely my prince charming



Drew is in the bathroom of his house as hes all dressed up. Drew opens up the medicine cabinet and pops a few pills into his mouth and swallows them

Drew: thanks mom...you leave no food in the house but you definetely leave some great drugs

The doorbell rings and drew goes downstairs and opens it as its Riley Stavros

Drew: Riley...come in

Riley: hey drew...wow your mom still not here

He steps inside and looks around

Drew: of course not...she doest care about her house or about me

Riley: that's not true drew

Drew: no...it.actually is

Riley: so about tonight..what if she tries to kiss me. I don't wanna.act awkward

Drew: if she tries to kiss you then.just kiss.her back and.imagine she's a guy haha

Riley: its alot harder than it sounds

Drew: just be friendly and funny...be a good wingman. All I need to do is get Lydia back here....rock her world..then kick her to the curb

Riley: or if you really like her ask her to be your girlfriend right?

Drew: Drew Torres doesn't do girlfriends...he gets what he needs from women then sends them on.their way

Riley: man you really are a cruel son of a bitch.aren't you

Drew nods and laughs

Drew: you learned that at degrassi when I outed you...but now you have nothing to worry about. You're my friend now and if you're an even better wingman tonight ill be your wingman this weekend at the gay club. Maybe you'll finally get some

Riley shakes his head and laughs then.drew leads him outside to his mustang and they speed off down the.street as the moon comes up

Scott is in the kitchen drinking a beer then his phone rings

Scott: hello? deaton.....yeah. you need to speak with me? now's not a good time. Fine, I'm on my way


he puts his phone in his pocket, puts his beer down and grabs some keys. Scott then heads outside, gets into Stiles' Jeep then speeds off

Damian is in his room dressed in all black as Ella walks in

Ella: we're going now?

Damian: what do you mean we?

Ella: I want to go with you to interrogate the vet

Damian: he wont take me seriously if he sees you there. Besides things could get dangerous...he knows the weakness of every creature.  So you're not going Ella

Ella: I can go wherever I want

Damian: please Ella...don't do this right now.

He rolls his eyes then stands in the middle of the room as he looks at her

Damian: ill be back soon

Ella runs at Damian and wraps her arms around him right as he teleports. The both of them disappear then reappear on the street infront of Deaton's clinic

Damian: I should've known you were gonna do that

Ella: told you I can go wherever I want

Damian: just keep your eyes and ears open...I have a bad feeling about this

They walk towards the clinic



Esteban and Jackson walk out the movie theater as they hold hands and kiss

Esteban: did you like the movie?

Jackson: it was okay...just made werewolves look like giant, ferocious, man-eating monsters.

Esteban: sadly that's the way society sees your kind

Jackson smiles then kisses Esteban

Jackson: so tomorrow is Valentine's day...anything you wanna do?

Esteban: hmmm I don't know did you have anything in mind?

Jackson: well we could go have a picnic, go camping, go to the spa, have a nice 5 star dinner, all the above

Esteban: ill be happy as long as I'm with you Jackson. This time last week I thought I was never gonna see you again

he tears up

Jackson: hey, don't think like that. I told you that nothing bad will happen to me and that ill always be here for.you....to love and protect you Esteban. Come on, lets go home

Esteban smiles then walks with Jackson to the car




Drew's car is filled with smoke as he's parked right outside of a McDonald's. Drew and Riley pass a joint back and forth and smoke it as they laugh and their eyes are bloodshot red

Riley: Drew this stuff is so strong hahaha

Drew: you're welcome...OH MY GOD!

Riley: what?!

Drew looks around then back at Riley and smiles brightly as he laughs

Drew: I....I can hear your hair growing

Riley and Drew laugh loudly and start eating the food they just bought

Riley: you know drew ..this might be the start of a great friendship

Drew: I was just thinking the same thing. I mean if I were gay we would make a great couple right?

Riley: yeah but you're not my type

Drew: your lips didn't say that back when you kissed me. But you're a good looking guy...you'll find a boyfriend soon and hopefully one day you'll be able to be yourself and not have to fear being judged and bashed by everyone for it

Riley: wow...its like you know exactly what its like

Drew: because I used to be one of those bashers. I bet you mess with that Jackson guy just so people don't suspect that you're just like him

Riley nods

Riley: yeah that's why but why do you have problems with Scott?

Drew: I don't know...I mean he has everything....popularity, friends, a.hot girlfriend

Riley: he doesn't have a mom

Drew: yeah well neither do I! Theres something up with McCall...I don't know what it is but sooner or later I'm gonna find out

Riley takes another hit from the joint and laughs

Riley: well I wish you luck drew...in your....journey to the center of Scott hahaha

Drew: dude ....you are so stoned haha. Ill be right back gotta go used the bathroom. Don't steal my car

he laughs then steps out the car and shakes his head. Drew walks up to the McDonalds and stares at a poster on the window of Ronald McDonald

Drew: whoa dude...you're one big clown. hahahaha

He walks inside and goes to the men's bathroom. Drew goes up to the urinal and starts peeing. He looks down as a tall man in a leather jacket uses the urinal next to him. Drew zips up his jeans then goes to the sink and washes his hands. He laughs as he looks at his face in the mirror and his eyes are red. The man goes to the sink next to drew and laughs.

Drew: what's so funny?

Drew looks at the man, the man is Derek Hale

Derek: Nothing just you remind me of myself....always high...always running....always trying to get away from the problems in my life

Drew: thank you Dr. Phil

Derek: Just keep your eyes open kid...in this town anything can happen

Derek walks out as Drew rolls his eyes then walks out the bathroom and doesn't see Derek. He steps out the McDonald's and sees a cop car with the lights flashing next to his car. Riley is sitting on the curb laughing as Chris Argent stands.there

Drew: ummm hey officer

Argents: its sheriff...and is this your car?

Drew: yeah...is there a problem?

Argent: theres many. Not only does your car reek of marijuana, but I found some in your vehicle and your friend here is high out of his mind. You appear to be also

Drew: excuse me? do you know who I am? I'm Drew Torres

Argent: well Mr. Torres you can tell me more about yourself down at the station

Drew: am I under arrest

Argent: Ill decide what to do with you two at the station. I can't have you driving through my streets with your minds on Cloud 9

He makes Drew and Riley sit in the back seat of the cruiser. Argent gets in and starts driving down the street

Scott opens his eyes as Ella, Deaton, and Damian look at him

Scott: you guys aren't gonna believe the crazy dream I just had

he sits up and sees Derek looking at him. Scott yells and jumps up

Scott: how are you here?!

Derek: nice to see you too Scott

Scott: you're supposed to be dead

Derek: well that spell you guys did actually worked

Scott: you mean the spell we did almost a month ago? how long have you been alive?

Derek: 2 weeks

Scott: what?! why haven't you came home? Laura needs you...Stiles needs you...we all need you!

Ella: I was just about to ask the same thing

Derek: You all are better off without me. Look at how happy Stiles is with Eddie. You all are safer too

Scott: you call this safer? Those hunters are turning our town into a warzone!

Derek: ill protect the lives of everyone in the pack...but I wont be joining the pack. You're the Alpha now

Ella: Stiles is gonna freak when he hears this

Derek: you can't tell him anything! Not Stiles...not Eddie...not Isaac, Erica, or Laura. This stays between us...Derek Hale is dead in their minds and it needs to stay that way

Scott: but he loves you..this isn't fair

Derek: I love him too! But....this is a sacrifice I have to make so that he can live a normal life. I was supposed to be here to protect him and instead I....I died and left him all alone. I want him to be with Eddie....he's happier and safer

Scott: But you're his one true love

Derek: once he finds closure that'll change

Scott: Derek...

Scott tears up and hugs Derek tightly. Derek sighs and hugs Scott back then hugs Ella as she joins in

Ella: if we ever need you...where can we find you?

Derek: everywhere and nowhere

Damian: so what're you some type of superhero now? sticking to the shadows and only showing up when we're in trouble

Derek: that's a good way to put it. But I'm no guardian angel...I'm just here to protect what I left behind

Everyone turns and looks as Argent, Drew, and Riley walk in

Scott: oh no...

Drew and Riley look disgusted as theres bodies everywhere

Drew: what happened to them?

Deaton: a bear came in and fought them off

Ella laughs quietly as Drew then looks at Derek

Drew: hey its the guy from earlier

Argent: Scott, I see you now know what Deaton and I were keeping from you

Scott: I don't care...only person that is being affected by all this is stiles

Derek sighs and looks down

Drew: what exactly are you guys talking about?

Damian: mind your business Torres!

Drew: I just killed 2 of the guys that were here to kill all of you...what's going on?!

Derek: Your friend Damian here was doing a drug deal that went bad

Drew: ohhhh bummer...

Argent: drew...Riley...ill drive you two back home

Drew: its fine..my car is just right down the street. We'll walk


Drew stares at everyone as they huddle together and talk quietly. Drew takes out his phone and takes a picture of the group then he walks out with Riley



Ella: what does Kate want with the kanima?

Scott: kanima?!

Damian: what is it?

Derek: The Kanima is a strong, ferocious, vengeful lizard creature that we had to deal with last year. While the wolf seeks a pack the Kanima seeks a master and we believe Kate is in South America seeking someone that shapeshifts into a kanima so she can bring it back here and let it wreak havoc on this town

Ella: can't we stop her before she finds someone that has it?

Argent: do you have a dozen round-trip tickets to Brazil? I suggest we wait here until she gets back then we end it

Scott: how?

Derek: if she finds a kanima then we kill it then we kill Kate

Argent: let me do it....if anyone deserves to kill Kate its me

Derek: right because she burned your family alive in a fire

Deaton: we will not fight about this!

Argent: fine...I suggest you all get out of here. Im gonna call in some units to clean this mess up


Scott, Ella, Damian, and Derek walk out the clinic and look at each other

Scott: so what now?

Derek:you all go home and act like tonight never happened. Ill be around

Damian: and we'll be waiting

Derek half smiles then walks away into the darkness as cops and ambulances arrive to the clinic. Damian wraps his arms around Ella as he looks at Scott

Damian: I can't believe this happened...do we tell the others?

Scott: no.....our Alpha said...this stays between us.




Drew and Riley are walking down the street

Riley: its 3 am and we have to be at school in 4 hours. I'm never gonna forget tonight...I mean you killed people!

Drew: I kind of enjoyed...the rush I got from it haha

Riley: you're sick..and I wondered what drug dealer Damian had....whoever it was he had an army

Drew: you really think all of that was about drugs? You've got the looks Riley Stavros but you certainly don't have the brains

Riley: what're you talking about?!

Drew: I'm talking about the fact that they were all acting so sneaky...like they were trying to cover something up. Don't believe me? then look at this picture I took back there

He takes his phone out his pocket and shows Riley the picture of everyone. Everyone is in the picture except for Damian

Riley: what's wrong with it?

Drew: That Damian kid was standing between Scott and Ella when I took this....but he's not in the picture

Riley: dude...that weed went straight to your head.

Drew: so you're calling me crazy?

Riley: no I'm just saying your mind is playing tricks on you. He probably stepped out of the picture at the last second and you didn't notice it. Anyways Drew, here's my place. Ill see you at school tomorrow

Drew nods as Riley walks into his house. Drew looks at his phone and smirks

Drew: I know what I saw

He looks up at the moon as it shines on him then he walks down the street. The moon is shown and howling is heard
