Anderson: Breaking News here in downtown Los Angeles. About 2 hours ago a total of about 120 people collapsed and died from sudden heartattacks. 120 heartattacks....in the same city .. in the same day. We can blame this on obesity or medical history but this is something else. This strange phenomena isn't only in LA but just today there have been thousands of heartattack deaths all over the country. Lycan rights groups believe that these deaths are a result of the cure that is being used to save people from becoming werewolves. They believe the cure weakens the heart to a critical state and anyone with a preexisting heart condition will...drop dead. If this is true...it means that the tens of millions of people that received the cure are in danger. As this conspiracy theory spreads the CDC has released a statement today saying that the Lycan cure is 110% safe and that it is the greatest contribution to humankind in history...the CDC also stated that this spike in heart-related deaths is due to stress....that's right. These 120 people plus the thousands more that died today died....because....of stress

The scene goes to a prison in downtown LA. Inside of the prison dozens of prisoners sign in their cells as 2 guards walk up and down the hallway. The lights go out in the hallway as all the prisoners stand up and look out their cells as the guards nervously point their guns around. A loud growl is heard and the guards fire their weapons then scream. The lights come back on as the guards lay dead, Matt stands over them and looks at the prisoners with a smirk on his face as his eyes glow yellow

Stiles sleeps at his desk in his biology class as he snores and drools all over his desk. Coach Finstock walks up to the desk as everyone watches and laughs

he walks into the bathroom and looks in the mirror as he puts his hands on the sink. Jackson rubs his face as he keeps looking in.the mirror then he freaks out as theres blood on his face and all over his hands. Jackson looks down as the sink is covered in blood

he turns red then.snatches the keys out his dad's hands and leaves the mansion. Teddy gets into his car and speeds off. As Teddy drives he looks at the picture of Esteban he has in his car

he pulls up to the hospital and.steps out the car as his eyes glow red

Erica walks down the hallway in school and opens up her locker. She smiles as she looks at the pictures of Isaac she has

he holds stiles as they start walking out the bathroom. Stiles pushes Derek away and looks at the bullies as they stand up.

Stiles glares at them as the shards of glass from the broken mirror raise up off the round and float in the air. Stiles shuts his eyes as the glass fly at the two bullies and go right through their throats. They both fall to the ground and lay dead
Derek: we've got to get out of here
He grabs Stiles and they run out

Melissa: ummmm. yeah he is...unless we can find a heart for him or a cure

Derek opens his eyes as he lifts his head off the steering wheel. He has blood on him as his wounds heal

Stiles is missing as Derek looks around. Derek gets out the car and looks around the woods as he panics
