Kai is a member of the hilltop colony. Hes extremely manipilative and cunning and dangerous due to the fact that hes a siphoner, a supernatural creature that can temporarily drain abilities from other supernatural creatures and use them. Kai is being held in a cell under the hilltop mansion, hes suspected of murdering 8 outsiders. Kai will eventially be the reason our pack runs into the villains.
