Isaac: Well..um...my home life was pretty bad to say the least so I moved out as soon as I could when I was 18. I...um..well, I lived on the streets for a while until I could afford this shoebox of a place taking on any job I could find. Isaac can't even believe what Derek is saying. His childhood has taught him that nobody is just nice to him in that way and he has a sceptical look on his face
Isaac: That sounds too good to be true. Where's the catch?
Isaac doesn't feel worthy of that kind of generosity so he can't really believe that anyone would want to take care of him like this
