- Isaac and Peter are married and Peter is the father of baby Aiden

- Sheriff Stilinski is alive and acknowledges Barry as his son

- Negan and The Saviors are back as a terrorist organization trying to stop Adrian Chase and the military from distributing the vaccine

- Harlow is Negan's right hand man. And isn't an incubus anymore. He has claws but he's also somehow a speedster now and will have a run in with Barry


- Oliver Queen is mayor of STAR city and still the Green Arrow. He is also against the vaccine after learning first hand what it does

- Jack is still alive and a very powerful Beta with blue eyes

- Jack is still with Ryan but his old Alpha comes into town and causes problems

- Derek and Riley are dating again, while Mason is madly in love with James but James doesn't show it back


- Eddie is still in love and with Stiles. Jackson still with Barry

-  Stefan and Ella are still together but Damien Salvatore is back and trying to get involved in Gabriel's life

- Chris is still with Tyler, instead of being sheriff Tyler is now a doctor. Daryl doesn't exist and instead Alex is back to dating Lydia

- Scott and Gabriel are still together

- Melissa McCall is alive

- Evan and Danny are still together and are married but they now live in Beacon Hills. Evan works with the US military with Adrian Chase and finds out the dark side of the new vaccine

- Ian is still true alpha and married to Theo

- the only ones that know that Barry messed with the timeline are Barry, Stiles and one surprise person
