Viserys Targaryen
Age: 20s
- Viserys is the older brother of Daenerys Targaryen. After their family was slaughtered by the Argents, Viserys went into hiding and isolation with the council of 5 while Daenerys was creating a giant army. Viserys is now the head of the council, he along with the rest of the council. Believe that he should be the one to control the dragons and lead them in a complete domination of the world. They see Daenerys as royalty but Viserys as a god

- Petyr Baelish also known as littlerfinger is the most dangerous man in the werewolf world because he knows everything about everyone and manipulates to gain what he truly wants. He was madly in love and obsessed with Talia Hale before she died. Which will play a role in his interactions with Ian

Varys
- Just like Petyr Baelish, Varys knows everything about everyone but he isn't as corrupt as Petyr is. While everyone else on the council seems to be loyalists to the Targaryen Bloodline. Varys is secretly a Hale sympathizer and has played a massive role in protecting Ian when he was younger.

Margaery and Loras Tyrell
- Margaery and Loras Tyrell are fraternal twins and the only ones on the council that don't seem to shady or with a hidden agenda. Margaery is very smart and popular with the entire werewolf world. Even though she doesn't want to because she thinks he's horrible, she's being forced into marrying Viserys in order to help her family's image. Meanwhile Loras, is extremely popular due to how great he is in combat and how good looking he is. Even though it's been proven that all werewolves are atleast bisexual Viserys doesn't like it and has even gone as far as torturing a beta for it which is why Loras hides the fact that he's gay.
