Derek and what was left of his pack made it through the full moon without incident...but that all changed when a ghost from Derek's past. His younger brother Ryan showed up declaring war against Derek and his pack. Ryan tells Derek to give him the rest of his pack and for Derek to go into exile by the next full moon or else Ryan and his deadly pack of murderous werewolves will kill them all. Derek is struck by sadness and heartbreak as he realizes that the baby brother he thought had died in the Hale house fire is now completely evil and hellbent on death and destruction. As Derek backs away into the shadows to deal with the situation the two omegas James and Lydia Ulsaker are in the woods as they are surrounded by Ryan and his pack. Ryan laughs and is clearly entertained as he makes Lydia watch his pack torture James. Ryan then picks James up and is gonna kill him infront of Lydia. Suddenly Stiles runs Ryan over with his Jeep and saves James but they are forced to leave Lydia as the pack chases them away. Ryan and his pack take Lydia as a prisoner and lead her to their hideout.....a house by the lake. Ryan then offers Lydia two things. She can die or she can join the greatest pack in the world. Lydia regretfully joins then grows accustomed to the idea of being apart of a powerful and vengeful group. Ryan then reveals to Lydia that his pack has Erica as a prisoner as they try to convince Erica to join them as well. Stiles, Isaac, James, Scott, and Derek are the only ones protecting the town of Beacon Hills from Ryan's pack. As this all unfolds the Kanima stalks the shadows waiting for its next victim.

Erica is tied to a chair in a dark room as she looks around
Erica: hello!?!?! Hello?!?! Someone help me!
She cries
Erica: someone.....please help me
A large group of about 10 beta werewolves step out from the shadows with blood around their mouths as their claws also have blood on them and they breath heavily as they look at Erica and she shakes in fear.
Erica: please!! Don't kill me!!!
The back of a mans hand rubs the side of her face. The man walks around her and squats infront of her as he rubs her legs and its Ryan Hale as he smiles brightly at her
Ryan: shhhhh....darling. We're not going to kill you....well unless you don't do what what I ask.
Erica: what do you want from me?
Ryan: simple sweetheart
He kisses her on the cheek
Ryan: I want you to join my pack.....your friend Lydia already did and well if Derek and his pack cared for you. Well you wouldn't be in this situation now would you. And your little boyfriend Isaac....is just a little boy with his tail tucked between his legs. You don't need him....you dont need any of them. If you join us....and help me destroy Derek and his pack and take over this town. Ill give you the world Erica.
Erica looks at him and sees Lydia Ulsaker standing with the pack.as she thinks then nods
Erica: okay....okay ill do it.
Ryan: I knew you would darling...now lets get started
Ryan's sinister laugh is heard as the Teen Wolf intro plays

Derek Hale is shirtless and in his house as he thinks
Derek: how....how did he survive? Why didn't Peter tell me he survived?
Derek grabs a shard of glass and spins around as he throws it across the room. Stiles is standing there as he grabs the shard of glass then drops it
Stiles: imagine if you had been a baseball player instead of a werewolf haha
Derek: I see you skipped school
Stiles walks up to him
Stiles: I know this is stressful but I'm scared too Derek!
Derek: I'm not afraid of them
Stiles: then what is it?
Stiles looks Derek up and down then leans in to kiss him. Derek turns away from the kiss as Stiles expression goes sad
Stiles: Derek.....
Derek: you're a fool.....you really are Stiles.
Stiles: what are you talking about? What the hell is wrong with you?!
Derek laughs as he backs stiles into the wall
Derek: I don't love you....this whole thing about you being my mate. All a lie
He laughs as tears fill Stiles' eyes
Derek: I used you....I used you so that your little friend Scott would realize that he was losing you as a friend. I did it to get away from Allison so that he can help me when this pack came.....
Stiles: I...I don't believe you....Derek....you're breaking my heart
Stiles' breaks down crying as Derek coldly stares at him
Derek: you're a werewolf now....you don't have a heart. Get out of here....go....NOW!!!!!!
Derek punches a hole into the wall next to Stiles. Stiles looks shocked as completely destroyed as he runs out the house. Stiles gets into his Jeep and cries as he drives away
Derek leans against the wall and slides down into a seated position. He buries his face into his hands as he sobs

Scott, Isaac, and James are all in the lacrosse lockerroom
Isaac: what about Stiles?
Scott: I don't know he's not picking up his phone. But listen we have to get ready for this
James: what do you suggest?
Scott: we train
Isaac: wait....so you're suggesting that we fight? 4 16 year olds plus Derek against 10 insane werewolves and Derek's brother? We don't stand a chance! This is suicide
James: Isaac's right. We have to smart and.plan our every move
Scott: so what would you do?
James stands up as he smiles at Scott
James: Have you ever heard the saying the enemy of my enemy is my friend?

Danny is in the showers of the lacrosse lockerroom with as towel wrapped around his waist. Danny cries as his hands are on the sink and he looks down while sobbing. Danny stops as he hears something. Danny looks up at the mirror as Jackson just stands behind him naked. Danny laughs
Danny: Jackson I know you and Lydia are going through tough times but for the last time I won't be your backup booty call
He laughs as he turns around to face Jackson who just blankly stares at him
Danny: Jackson?.....jackson? Hello? Jackson
Danny puts his hand on Jackson's shoulder. Jackson grabs Danny's hand and squeezes it
Danny: stop!! Stop you're hurting me!! Jackson!!!
Jackson's eyes go reptilian. Danny's eyes fill with fear as he punches Jackson then grabs him and pushes his back into the shower wall as the water from the shower head rains down on them. Jackson looks normal again and confused as he and Danny are naked in the shower
Jackson: what the hell are you doing?!
Jackson pushes Danny away as Danny scratches his head
Danny: defending myself.....you don't remember
Jackson looks around and looks worried. He wraps his towel around his waist and grabs his things as he runs out. Danny stands there thinking

Matt is in Ms. Morell's office as he look annoyed
Matt: what I want to know is why am I in here?
Morell: well Matt....last week you were called in so we can simply talk about your grades. But then somehow we discussed your entire life. You've been through many traumatic experiences...question is, do you ever plan on finding closure?
Matt: closure? Closure? Never...I can never forgive them. I can never forgive my parents...never forgive Mr lahey or any of those airheaded jocks. I can never forgive myself
Morell: When you spend your life residing on past experiences they define and mold who you are right now and who you'll be in the future. I don't think you're crazy....I think you're hurt, lost, confused, and still dealing with what happened to you. Now Matt we're going to do a small exercise.....tell me, what do you see?
She holds up one of those ink sketches...this one is shaped like a wolf. Suspenseful music plays as Matt looks at her

Derek, Isaac, and James are infront of the Hale house as Derek is teaching them combat training.
Derek: I could've killed you both right there haha. Alright come at me
Derek roars and goes into wolf form as Isaac and.James do the same. The both of them charge at Derek. Derek elbows James in the face then grabs Isaac and knees him in the stomach. James jumps on Derek's back and chokes him. Isaac gets up and runs as he drop kicks him as James and Derek fall down
Derek: good...really good. You two are very quick together
Someone is heard clapping. Derek, Isaac, and James stand up and are back in human form as they look surprised.
Chris Argent and Scott stand infront of them
Derek: what the hell is he doing here Scott?
Scott: he's here to help
Chris: as much as you hate you and your pack Derek. This new pack killed 5 of my men today....5!! You're all animals in my eyes but.....you don't kill innocent people. M
Derek: so what did you have in mind?
Chris: hold your ground....when they cross this land you and your pack lead them into town and we'll show them exactly how to put down a rabid dog!
Scott: when is all th-....wait! Where's Stiles?
Derek: he should be home....I...I broke up with him today.
Scott: what?! But he's your mate
Derek: and if Ryan finds that out he'll kill Stiles just to get to me! To save his life I had to break his heart. So you haven't seen him at all today?
Scott shakes his head and instantly Derek takes off into the woods. Derek speeds through the trees as fast as he can
Ryan and his pack are in the middle of.the woods as there's bodies of a few hunter around them. Two members of his pack hold up two hunters.
Ryan: ahhhh fresh meat. Erica....Lydia. here's the final part of your initiation. Kill them
Lydia goes to wolf form and slashes one of the hunter's throats open with her claws
Ryan grins and runs his fingers through Lydia's hair
Ryan: That was beautiful...your turn Erica.
Erica: please....I don't want to. Please
Hunter: oh God! No! Please don't kill me!
Ryan gets close to her Erica
Ryan: Remember...he wouldn't hesitate if he were asked to kill you.
Erica goes into wolf form as she stabs her claws into the mans chest and kills him. She pulls her claws out as her eyes are wide.
Ryan: welcome to the family
He laughs then gets quiet
Ryan: shhhhhh......
A voice is heard yelling in the distance
Stiles is in a clearing in the woods
Stiles: Ryan!!!! Ryan!!!! Come and get me!!!!
Stiles turns his back to the woods and closes his eyes

Derek runs up to Stiles' house and knocks on the door and Mr. Stilinski opens it
Stilinski: Derek....haven't seen you in awhile
Derek: Is Stiles here?!
Stilinski: no...why....is everything okay?
Derek: it will be
Derek sprints down the street as Mr Stilinski looks on confused
Danny is in the library as he's on his laptop
Danny: lycanthropy....explains stiles and his friends but not what's wrong with Jackson
Danny's eyes dart side to.side as he keeps reading
Danny: what the hell is a kanima?......seeks a friend
Jackson walks up as Danny immediately slams his laptop shut
Jackson: library probably isn't the smartest place to look up porn you know haha
Danny laughs as he nervously stands up
Jackson: look....I'm sorry about your dad. Haven't had a chance to say it to you yet. But to get your mind off of it....this weekend is your birthday
He smiles
Jackson: I'm throwing you a party...right at my place
Danny looks surprised
Danny: seriously?! Wow thanks Jackson

Stiles opens his eyes in the woods and jumps as Ryan Hale is infront of him as his entire pack is behind him.
Ryan: you rang?
He smells stiles as stiles shake
Ryan: I had a hunch Derek was into boys but never thought he'd go for one as scrawny as you
Stiles: very funny...just like Derek except he actually has balls unlike you
Stiles sees Lydia and Erica. Lydia just stares at him as Erica looks away
Ryan: why would.....a weak mate of an alpha come walking into the woods calling the alpha of another pack?
He walks around stiles as he smells him
Stiles: I'm....I'm not his mate anymore.
Ryan: oh how devastating......Derek once again turns his back on someone. So did you come here to join....or to die?
Stiles: I don't want this anymore.....I'm nothing without him. Just kill me
Tears run down Stiles' face
Ryan: hmmmmmm I've got something better.
Ryan grabs Stiles's arm as he goes into wolf form. Stiles screajms as Ryan bites his arm. Stiles' eyes blink yellow as the wound doesn't heal. Ryan goes back to human form
Ryan: I stalled your powers. Meaning you wont be able to heal for quite some time
Ryan punches stiles in the face as Erica whimpered and turns away. stiles tries to crawl away but Ryan grabs his leg and pulls stiles into the center of the back.
Stiles: Erica!!! Help me!!
Erica just keeps looking away as Ryan pulls stiles up to his feet and slashes him across the chest with his claws as Stiles screams in pain. The pack just pushes him around the circle as they take turns cutting him. The camera shows the treeline of the woods as Stiles is heard screaming

Derek runs around the woods as he carries one of Stiles' shirts and sniffs it. He starts sprinting in a certain direction as he goes into the clearing of the woods. Derek's eyes swell with tears as Stiles lays there moaning in pain as his clothes are torn and bloodied as there's cuts all over him.
Stiles: Derek....?
Derek gets down and looks at Stiles as he cries
Derek: I'm right here....why arent you healing?
Stiles: your brother....he.....he bit me and took away my powers temporarily. I...oh my God it hurts so much Derek
Derek: I know....I know. It'll be quick
Derek grabs stiles and carries him as Derek stands up and stiles winces in pain. Derek starts running as he carries Stiles.
Matt is sitting in his car on a street as he sees Derek Hale running down the street as he carries Stiles.
Matt: damn he's fast...hmmmmm
Matt takes pictures of Derek then puts down the camera and smirks
Matt: I'm guessing that's the head honcho
Stiles is laying on the Vet's table moaning in pain as Dr Deaton and Derek stand over him
Derek: what is it?
Deaton: never seen it before....but I've heard of it. Some alphas.... have the ability to stall a beta's ability to heal or even shapeshift. His wounds will heal in a few hours.
Derek: they tried to make an example out of him
Deaton: well they did...and I think its time Derek that you realize everyone and everything is in harms way. He's not your baby brother anymore....Ryan needs to be dealt with
The vet walks out as Derek holds his hand
Stiles: do you...still...still love me?
Derek: I never stopped
He kisses Stiles then walks away and looks out the window as he takes out his phone
Derek: Scott...tell argent to get as many men as he can. We're going to war
