He plummets through the branches and then lands hard ontop of an ambulance parked infront of the main entrance of the hospital. Gabriel rolls off and lands hard on the pavement. He moans in pain as blood trickles down his face and he looks down as his leg is broken. Gabriel crawls under the ambulance as infected stumble by and he can see hundreds on the street

Stefan: I can't move the bus. Evan! Hurry before they tip us over
Evan growls as his eyes glow with fire and he sticks his palms out and lets out a loud roar. 2 huge tornados made of fire shoot out his hands and hit the pavement infront of the bus. A wall of fire engulfs the hundreds of infected infront of them. Stefan starts driving as Evan keeps launching fireballs into the crowd of infected like they're missles
Rosita: holy shit. It's working
Alex keeps watching Rosita shoot and blushes, she glances over at him and smiles
Ella watches with the others from the ceiling

Stefan speeds out the parking lot and down a city street as Evan gasps from how fast he's going and almost falls off the bus

Stefan can see a group of infected surrounding the ambulance trying to grab Gabriel. Stefan growls and stops the bus infront of the hospital. Everyone looks nervous then Stefan opens the doors. Stefan runs out holding two handguns as he shoots an infected woman in the head then kills 3 more that run at him. Evan jumps off the bus and roars as he jams his claws into the stomach of an infected man then shoots him in the head. Rosita, tyler and Lucas run off the bus with machine guns as they fire them and Alex runs off with a big shotgun. Stefan runs towards the ambulance and kicks an infected man in the stomach then blows his brains out, he spins around and ducks as tyler and Lucas and Rosita spray the rest of the infected with machine gun fire. Stefan kneels down and pulls Gabriel out as he's moaning in pain
Gabriel: Dad
Stefan: oh god your leg!
Rosita looks at Gabriel
Rosita: his leg needs to be realigned and he needs stitches
Stefan: he'll heal we just gotta get it in place
Rosita: either way he's lost a lot of blood. He needs it now more than you do
Stefan looks at her then nods as he picks Gabriel up in his arms and runs towards the hospital with Rosita as Lucas, tyler, Evan, and Alex shoot at the infected that run at him
Tyler: go!!!
They gasp as a giant angry horde charges at them. They run into the hospital and shut the doors as the infected pound on the glass. They then hear the sound of footsteps and guns clicking. Stefan and the others growl as a group of about 15- 20 police officers fill the lobby and point their guns at them
Cops: freeze!
Stefan: help us!
Evan puts his hands up and frowns
Evan: I'm a deputy from beacon hills. We're not here to cause any harm we just need help...our friend here was shot, his son
Cop: put your weapons down!
Alex gives Rosita a look and she nods as she pulls out a grenade
Evan: HELP US
the officers shoot into the air
Cop: you got 4 fucking seconds until we blow your brains out and feed y'all to the biters
Stefan: it was you....it was all of you that shot my son!!!
His eyes glow red
Evan: Stefan calm down
Suddenly Rosita bites the pin off the grenade and throws it at the officers
Rosita: run!!!!!!
All of them run down a hallway as the officers gasp and the grenade goes off killing 4 of them. Rosita leads the way as they make a right turn and start running up a staircase. Lucas and Tyler turn around as 2 officers run up behind them and fire. Lucas ducks and shoots both in the head. They make it to another floor as there's more officers that turn around and fire at them. Stefan kicks open a hospital room door and lays Gabriel on the bed. Rosita, Alex, Lucas, tyler and Evan take cover and shoot back at the officers. Stefan takes off his shirt as he loses it and walks out into the hallway. He gets shot twice in the chest but keeps walking
Tyler: STEFAN!!!
Stefan's eyes go red and his claws and fangs come out as he teleports behind the cops then grabs one by the head and rips it right off as blood shoots everywhere and the other officers scream. Stefan runs at them and starts clawing away at their faces. He grabs one in a headlock and uses him as a shield as the other officers shoot at him. Stefan then tosses the officer at the final two officers and knocks them down. They scream as they try to crawl away but Stefan grabs one by the legs and drags him towards him and grabs a gun and starts bashing his face in with the gun as everyone looks away. The other officer gets up to run but Stefan shoots him in the leg then teleports so he's sitting ontop of the officer
Stefan: a sniper rifle. You're the one that shot Gabriel
Stefan bends down and the officer screams as Stefan bites into his neck and starts feeding on him as the officer kicks and screams
Everyone looks away and tyler leans against the wall and sighs then he sees Lucas standing off to the side holding his arm as he's been shot. Tyler is about to say something but Lucas rolls up his sleeve and the bullet falls out and he instantly heals up. Lucas doesn't notice but tyler frowns and steps back looking confused then Stefan says his name. Tyler looks as the officer is still yelling as Stefan has blood all over his mouth
Stefan: I know you're hungry
Tyler sighs then walks over and kneels down next to Stefan as both of them start drinking the officers blood
Rosita: this is ridiculous I'm gonna go help his son
Rosita, Alex, Lucas and Evan go into the hospital room as tyler and Stefan are like savages ripping open the officer's neck and drinking up every drop

Mason is shown sitting in the food court looking worried as Riley walks over and sits infront of him
Riley: relax baby
Mason: I just hope they're ok
Riley: everyone who went into the city is a certified badass, they'll be fine
Mason smiles
Riley: you know I love you right?
Mason nods and smiles
Mason: I love you too
Riley leans across the table and kisses Mason
Ella is shown standing on the roof of the building with Chris, Derek, Stiles and Eddie as she holds binoculars
Ella: I can't see anything
Chris: they're in the heart of the city. You won't be able to, im sure they're just inside the hospital looking for the blood bank
Ella points the binoculars up and frowns
Ella: oh my god...
Stiles: what do you see?
Suddenly they all gasp as they see 2 Umbrella attack helicopters diving towards the building. They all drop down as the helicopters spray the roof with bullets then they fire missles at the front of the building. The missles hit the entrance of the mall where tons of infected are gathered. Everything goes bright as a huge fireball shoots up into the sky and the front of the mall has a hole in it
Isaac is shown laying down on the ground in the mall as there's dust all over him and a streak of blood coming from his ears
Isaac: fuck....Aiden?!?!?! AIDEN!!!!!!!!!!
Isaac stands up and sees in the distance the giant hole in the wall and pile of rubble as smoke is everywhere. Suddenly Ian and Theo run over to him
Ian: are you hurt?!
Isaac: what happened?
Theo: it was a fucking bomb
Isaac: I have to find Aiden!
They then turn and hear screams as Lydia has her leg pinned under a chunk of rubble and several infected from outside start quickly climbing the rubble and sliding down towards her.. james and Corey walk out with guns and start shooting at the infected as they try to get to Lydia. Aaron and malia are huddled in a corner as they look at Lydia as she tries to crawl out. Malia runs over and pulls on Lydia's arms to get her out as Lydia cries. Aaron tries to run over and help but several of the infected pounce at him and push him back into the corner as he tries to fight them off
Lydia: don't leave me!
Barry suddenly runs over and pulls Lydia out then runs back and takes her to safety. He goes to run back for malia but he's too late and instantly an infected man jumps on her from behind knocking her onto the ground and bites down into her shoulder as malia screams and blood goes everywhere. Peter is shown standing up in the distance and his eyes go wide
Aaron: NO!!!!!
Aaron grabs one of the infected infront of him and jams his claws right into its head then kicks the other out the way and slams its head into the wall. He runs at malia and pulls out a gun and shoots the infected that's biting her in the head. Aaron picks her up and carries her away as she's crying. Danny, James, Corey, Jack and Jackson all have guns as they line up and shoot at the infected that enter the mall.
Derek protects Ella's head as the helicopters keep firing at them
Chris: lets go!
Chris, Derek, Ella, Scott, Stiles and Eddie run back into the building and tumble down the stairs to get away. Suddenly one of the helicopters hovers over the roof as umbrella soldiers in all black repel down and land on the roof and follow the pack inside
Gabriel is shown opening his eyes as he can hear gunshots in the distance and sees Stefan looking down at him smiling as Stefan has blood on his mouth and neck
Gabriel: you look terrifying
Stefan: on the blood. Sorry, I got hungry
Gabriel smiles then sits up
Gabriel: what's happening?
Stefan: well your leg is fixed. We're pinned down on the third floor of this hospital as there's a bunch of angry police officers trying to kill us and we found out the blood bank is in the basement so we're trying to get there
Gabriel stumbles a bit as he stands up and Stefan helps him
Gabriel: yeah I feel better
They walk out into the hallway as there's bodies everywhere. Tyler, Lucas, Evan, Rosita and Alex stand there
Alex: hey welcome back champ
Alex smiles. Suddenly the elevator door opens and a group of cops walk out of it and shoots at them
Rosita: RUN!!!!
Stefan protects Gabriel as they all sprint down the hallway towards the other elevator as Lucas presses the buttons quickly. Evan looks back as roars as the cops run at him. He looks at his hands as they're engulfed in flames then he suddenly slaps them together extremely hard. A shockwave knocks everyone onto the ground and all the windows break. The cops scream as the floor under them turns into a lake of fire and they roll around as they scream
Rosita: holy shit
The elevator does and they walk onto it and tyler clicks on the basement floor button. Rosita looks at Evan
Rosita: is there anything you can't do?
Evan: I'm not good with water
Rosita rolls her eyes and chuckles as the elevator descends. The doors open and they sprint down the hallway of the basement as Alex leads the way and he reads the signs. They make a right
Alex: here!
Alex kicks open the double doors and runs inside. He stops in his tracks and gasps as there's 2 of the giant mutated licker creatures with a giant tongue
Lucas: what the fuck is that!?
One of the lickers shrieks as its eating a blood bag. It's long tongue shoots out its mouth and wraps around Alex's neck. He yells as it knocks him to the ground and starts pulling him towards it's mouth. Evan grabs's Alex's legs and pulls back as Stefan grabs Gabriel and they run out the room. Lucas and Rosita jump out the way as the second Licker chases after Stefan and Gabriel into the hallway.
Alex: help me!!!!!!
Rosita jumps and rams a hunting knife right into the center of the Licker's long tongue as it shrieks. Rosita then grabs Alex's shotgun off the floor and she yells as she shoots it numerous times in the head over and over again until it's nothing but a steaming bloody pulp. It's tongue drops onto the ground and Alex stands up as he looks at Rosita and smiles
Alex: damn girl, thank you
Rosita: anytime handsome
Stefan and Gabriel are shown running as the other licker chases them. Gabriel trips and Stefan turns around to help him up. Stefan gasps as the kicker leaps into the air to pounce ontop of them then suddenly Evan comes crashing through the wall and tackles the licker to the ground as he roars and jams his claws into it. Evan and the licker roll around as they both scratch at each other, it tries to bite Evan but he lights his entire body on fire and holds onto the licker. It shrieks in pain and turns around and runs away as it's on fire but tyler and Lucas stand at the end of the hall and open fire on it with machine guns. The licker goes down as its Body is riddled with bullets
Lucas: Jesus
Stefan: we don't have much time
He runs back into the bloodbank room and starts filling bags up with the transfusion bags. Tyler stays back and looks at Lucas
Tyler: you were shot upstairs and you healed instantly, like us. You're not human
Lucas gulps and looks down
Lucas: this is a conversation we need to have at another time. Everything I've said, everything I feel towards you is real you gotta believe me
Tyler nods
Tyler: whenever you're ready. We'll talk
Lucas smiles then Stefan and the others coming back out the blood bank as Stefan and Gabriel carry huge bags filled with the blood transfusions
Alex: lets move
They all run down the hallway and out a door that's in a dimly lit parking garage. Rosita runs up to an ambulance and opens the door. An infected driver jumps out and tries to tackle her to the ground but Alex shoots it in the head. Rosita goes under the steering wheel and starts hot wiring it. Stefan opens the back of the ambulance and puts the bags in the back as he and Gabriel climb in. Alex, Rosita and Evan climb into the back of the ambulance as tyler and Lucas get in the front. Tyler starts driving out the parking garage and drives out onto the street as there's infected running all over the place and cops on the roof of the hospital shooting at them
Tyler: shit!!!
Evan kicks open the back of the ambulance as he roars and shoots a huge fireball from his mouth that hits the top of the building and he laughs as he sees several cops fall from the building screaming. Alex and Rosita shoot as infected chase the ambulance and several jump ontop of it. Tyler gasps as one punches through his window and grabs the steering wheel trying to bite him. The ambulance swerves to the right, Rosita screams as she and Alex fall out and land on the road hard
Evan: NO!!!!!!
Evan watches as the infected swarm around Alex and Rosita and their screams are heard. Gabriel looks away and Evan just falls on his knees and looks down as he cries
Eddie holds onto his brother as Aaron has malia in his arms and she's dead
Eddie: Aaron you have To let her go
Aaron sniffles as he looks at malia and she opens her eyes and she starts squeezing his arm and she turns as she looks like she's about to bite someone. Suddenly Peter walks up with a gun and shoots her right in the head as Eddie gasps
Aaron: asshole!!!
Aaron roars at Peter then suddenly Peter looks as Riley can be heard screaming. While everyone is busy fighting the infected getting into the mall the umbrella troops run in and shoot Riley in the leg then they put a bag over Mason's head and take him away. Peter runs over and kneels down next to Riley
Riley: not me! Stop them! They're taking Mason!!!!!
Derek growls as he runs after the soldiers as they go up the staircase. One of them turns around and shoots at Derek hitting him in the chest as Mason tries to fight back but they drag him. Riley hops over Derek and runs up the staircase and onto the roof. He roars loudly as he sees the soldiers already on the helicopter with Mason as it flies away
Riley: MASON!!!!!!!!
Danny is shown covered in blood as he spins around and decapitates 5 of the infected. Chris and Corey stand side by side as they fire machine guns at them
Chris: we need to push them back and form some kind of barrier ontop of the rubble pile
Everyone stands side by side as they slash away and shoot at the infected. Even Ella picks up a handgun and shoots at them. The pack stands ontop of the pile of rubble and that's when Barry runs around quickly and starts setting down huge boxes and hunks of metal. The others grab anything they can to set as a barrier infront of the hole in the front of the building. The others run around and grab anything from tables, vending machines and trash cans and create a wall on the pile of rubble
Chris: that won't hold for long.
Suddenly they hear the screeching of tires and see headlights as the ambulance comes barreling through the parking lot. It goes right through the hole infront of the building and plugs it up. Chris runs down the pile of rubble and hops ontop the hood of the ambulance and kicks open the windshield as tyler and Lucas climb out. Evan roars as he punches a hole and climbs out the back of the ambulance. Gabriel and Stefan soon climb out with the bags of blood and that's when chris frowns
Chris: Wheres Alex?
Evan sniffles as he still has tears in his eyes
Evan: Alex and Rosita...they didn't make it
Tyler looks at chris and hugs him as chris falls onto the ground and starts sobbing. Lydia gasps then turns around and stiles wraps his arms around her as she starts crying. Ian looks around at Aaron crying over malia, Riley crying over Mason and Lydia and Chris crying over Alex
Ian: the darkness....it never ends
The streets of Everett City are shown as there's a pile of dead infected in the center of a road. 2 more infected stumble towards the pile, a hand pops out and grabs the infected man by the shirt and pulls him close then jams a knife into his head and pulls it out. He falls ontop of the pile. Coughing is heard and that's when Alex sits up in the pile breathing heavily
Alex: Rosita!!!! ROSITA!!!!
Alex stands up and sees her hand, he grabs it and pulls her out of the pile
Alex: were you bit?!
Rosita shakes her head then takes out a flashlight as it's nighttime
Alex: they fucking left us
Rosita: they probably think we're dead
Suddenly they hear the shrieks and screams of the infected coming from down the street
Rosita: they're coming!
Rosita pulls out her handgun and Alex grabs his shotgun. The shoot at the infected and see a huge horde coming
Alex: fuck lets go!
They both sprint down an alleyway as infected jump out from all over and Rosita and Alex shoot at them. They run out onto a street and into another alleyway. Alex stops infront of a building and looks around.
Alex: come on, keep quiet
He kicks open the door and they run inside as he shuts and locks the door. Rosita looks around as the windows are all boarded up and they're in a bar. She gasps as there's a man pointing a gun at them, Rosita instantly shoots him right in the head
Alex: shit!
He breathes heavily then grabs a heavy table and pushes it infront of the door. He backs away and breathes heavily as he leans against the bar
Alex: fuck.....we made it
Rosita: we're not out of the woods yet
She catches her breath then grabs a bottle of vodka from the bar and takes a swig then hands it back to Alex and he gulps from it
Alex: just glad I'm here with you
He takes off his shirt and grabs Rosita and sits her up on the bar as he passionately kisses her. She kisses him back then wraps her arms around him and slides her fingers through his hair
Alex: what's wrong?
Rosita: you know we're gonna die in here right?
Alex opens his eyes and looks sad
Alex: I know
