Everyone gasps as Alex quickly picks a sharp bone off the floor and launches it across the room. It goes right into Azazel's throat, the demon gags as his hot blood squirts onto the floor and he stumbles around. Evan is showing running across the hospital parking lot in a panic as a horde of people run around screaming.
