Nothing will be the same ever again. The US government has knowledge of the existence of werewolves. They have ordered the FBI, military, and scientists to Beacon Hills in order to capture and run tests on any wereolves. Stiles was captured after he saved Chris Argent from the military. As Stiles is missing Chris Argent goes to Derek's new house and tells the pack what happened to Stiles and reveals the awful truth that the military has wiped out other packs all over the country over the past few days. Enemies will become friends as the greatest threat to face this small town is now here. The Occupation has begun....
A military base in an unknown location is shown..the scene then goes to the inside of a building. Stiles lays ontop of an operating table as he's shirtless. His arms and legs are chained to the table. Scientists look down at him
Stiles: please......where am I?
Agent Sullivan walks forward and looks down at him
Sullivan: you're on a military base....
Stiles: let me go!! Please I won't tell anybody
Sullivan: we've been all over the country...capturing betas like you
Stiles: why? For what?
Sullivan: you are the definition of the next stage of human evolution...its amazing
Stiles: then why treat me like im an animal?!?
Sullivan: because you are one. We have you here to research your abilities...to test your molecular structure....to see what it takes to kill you
Stiles: how...how did you all find out?
Sullivan: we found a body in florida buried with a spiral of wolfsbane around it....body was still in wolf form. The president sent us to occupy any towns where the lycan disease was out of control...like your town.
Stiles: you wont get away with this
Sullivan: oh trust me we will...who's gonna believe the boy that danced with wolves and.ended up getting bitten?
He laughs then nods at the scientists. They an oxygen mask on his face that is connected to a clear tank full of wolfsbane. The wolfsbane is lit on fire and stiles is forced to breathe it in. Stiles yells out in pain as his eyes glow yellow and.he tries to break out the chains. The scientists then start to crowd around Stiles as they hold operating tools. Stiles is heard screaming

Derek stands in the backyard of the cabin as he looks towards the sky as the sun rises. Esteban walks up and rubs Derek's back
Esteban: I'm so sorry Derek
Derek: don't be...this is all my fault
Esteban: we're all gonna blame ourselves for not being there for Stiles. But if we sit around here and.dwell on whose fault it is we'll never find him
Derek: I have no idea where he could be
Esteban: really Derek? You're gonna let your human cousin outsmarts you?
Derek laughs
Derek: you have a plan?
Esteban: its simple...we need someone great with computers to help us find out where Stiles is. Then we all go there and get your mate back
Derek smiles and nods
Lydia U and Erica are in the kitchen of the cabin
Erica: does this mean that the wedding is off?
Lydia: that doesn't matter right now...we have to find him. He never wanted any of this
Lauren walks into the kitchen
Erica: what do you want?
Lauren: to help?
Erica: in my eyes you're still the alpha that tried to kill us and that kissed my boyfriend!
Lauren: well if you look into my eyes you'll see that I'm no longer an alpha

Lauren: you don't want me to be apart of your pack...that's fine. But I am going to help Derek because he helped me.
Erica backs down and rolls her eyes. All 3 of them look as Chris Argent walks into the kitchen in his boxers
Erica: wow...I'd let you hunt me any day
Chris laughs
Lauren: up so early?
Chris: well after being chased by the US military all night...I couldn't sleep. I'm about to head into town
Lydia: for what?
Chris: an associate of mine told me that the military moved into the town last night. You all might not want to go to school today
Erica: why not?!
Chris: the military knows Stiles goes to beacon hills high...they might check there to see if he turned any of the other students. So thank God you all are here
Lydia: Isaac....Jackson...and Matt already left for school

Jackson, Matt, and Isaac walk down the halls at school as everyone whispers and looks at Jackson
Jackson: I'm used to attention but not this type.
Scott walks up to them
Scott: how are you still alive?
Scott looks at Jackson
Matt: what are you talking about McCall?
Scott: everyone is talking about Jackson's house exploding...everyone thinks you're dead
Jackson: yeah well I'm surprised I'm not
Isaac: no one cares about that..Scott, Stiles was kidnapped by the military last night

Scott: the military? How dumb do you think I am?
They look as everyone runs to the front entrance of the school
Jackson: what's going on?
They follow the crowd and step outside as dozens of military trucks and Hummers drive down the street
Scott: holy shit....looks like they're going towards the hospital. I gotta go check on my mom
He runs down the street as more military vehicles pour into town as everyone looks confused
Derek and Esteban walk into the house and see Lydia and Erica
Derek: what's wrong?
Lydia: we're going to go save Isaac, Matt and Jackson
Esteban: from what?!
Erica: argent said they're not safe there
Derek: he might be right...you all go check on them. Esteban ill.start what we talked about. Oh and Esteban....
Esteban: yeah Derek?
Derek throws his keys at Esteban and esteban catches them. Both cousins smile at each other then estebans runs outside with Lydia and Erica. They get into Derek's car and speed off

Jackson, Matt, and Isaac sit together in class as Coach Finstock walks in
Coach: well looks like I'm the sub again....
Isaac: coach..
Coach: its Mr. Finstock!
Isaac: whatever!! Why is the military here?
Matt: yeah why?
Coach: rumor has it that theres a new disease on the outskirts of town. Like the plague or something. A few lumberjacks and fisherman caught it and the military is here incase it spreads in the town. In other words its the zombie apocalypse!!!
Everyone looks quiet as the coach nervously laughs at his own joke
Isaac: can I go to the bathroom?
Coach: yeah sure whatever
Isaac walks out the classroom and is walking down the empty hallway
Isaac: hello?
He looks around as he hears something. Suddenly the front entrance opens as someone throws in several grenades into the school. The grenades roll down the hallway Isaac runs. The grenades don't explode, instead they shoot out a plume of yellowish smoke

Chris Argent walks through the neighborhood as he looks around cautiously. He hides behind a car ad 2 military trucks drive past. Chris gets up and runs to his house as he goes inside
Stiles is still laying on the operating table as he cries
Stiles: please just stop!!!!
He growls as his claws come out
Scientist: sir, we're ready to run the trial
Sullivan: go right ahead
The doctor opens up a briefcase and takes out a syringe
Stiles: what is that?! I'm not good with needles....please don't
Sullivan: congratulations Stiles Stilinski you'll be the first to receive the cure
Stiles: cure?
Sullivan: cure to the lycan disease....this will hurt
The.scientists injects it into Stiles' neck. Stiles' roars loudly and arches his body up as his eyes glow red, then yellow, then go back to normal

Chris Argent is in his basement as he puts all of his guns and knives into a large Duffel bag. Glass is heard breaking upstairs. Chris takes out a gun and holds the bag in his free hand as he goes upstairs. Chris leans against a wall as he hears someone crawling through the living room window. He spins around and points the gun at the person then sighs
Lauren stands there
Chris: oh its just you
Lauren: relax argent
Chris: are you following me aroundM
Lauren: just making sure you don't stab us in the back.
Chris: can't blame everyone for doubting my intentions. Those men killed all of my hunters...and they would've killed me if it wasnt for Stilinski. I owe that kid my life
Lauren: I think in some way or form...we all do
Chris nods then smiles as he looks at Lauren
Jackson and Matt sit in class as the smoke pours into the classroom as everyone coughs and the firealarm goes off
Coach: okay everyone file out!! We've got a fire
Matt and Jackson couch and breathe heavily as everyone rushes out the class

Isaac stumbles around the hallway filled with students as his eyes flash yellow. As the students rush out the front entrance the military surrounds the front of the school with guns drawn as they looks at everyone

Esteban Parks across the street from the.school as they watch the scene
Erica: oh my God....I smell wolfs bane
Lydia: its a trap...so they can find out if any students are wolves. We can't go in there
Esteban: yeah...but I can.
He gets out the car and runs across the street
Lydia: Esteban wait!
Isaac falls to his knees the hallway as he growls in pain. Jackson and Matt stumble out the classroom and go up to Isaac
Matt: we have to get out of here!!!

The look down the hall as 4 soldiers walk in with gas.masks on.
Soldier: freeze!!!!!!!
They point their guns at the 3 betas. Suddenly Esteben falls out from the celing. As he falls he drives 2 knives right into the tops of the heads of 2 soldiers. The other two soldiers shoot at Esteban. He does a backflip making both soldiers shoot and kill each other
Jackson: Esteban....
Esteban: lets get you 3 out of here

Derek walks through the woods and arrives to the river as he sees Danny shirtless as he stands on a rock staring out at the water. Danny sniffs and looks back
Danny: Derek....
Derek laughs as he walks up to Danny
Derek: last time I saw you...you killed me
Danny's eyes glow red as his claws come out
Derek: whoa ..relax. I'm not here to fight, I know that you saved my pack from that fire
Danny: just happened to be in the neighborhood.

They both look at each other
Esteban holds up Isaac as they along with Jackson and Matt run across the lacrosse field. The wolves keep coughing
Esteban: we have to keep going!!
They run into the woods and approach a road
Matt: you saved our lives Esteban
Isaac nods and hugs Esteban as Esteban smiles then kisses Jackson
Jackson: how'd you know this was gonna happen?
Esteban: Argent told us
Matt: us?
Lydia drives up as Erica runs out the car and hugs and kisses Isaac. Lydia gets out the car
Lydia: Matt.what happened?!
She kisses him
Matt: the military tried to kill us with wolfsbane....
Isaac: I'm so tired
Esteban: no time for rest...we're rescuing Stiles tonight

Ms Morell pulls up to the vets clinic as there's 2 military Hummers parked outside of it.
Morell: deaton...
Dr deaton is inside as 3 soldiers stand infront of him
Deaton: under whose authority?
Soldier: The president of the United States. You're under military arrest for treason by aiding multiple individuals infected with the Lycan disease.
Deaton: very well.
The soldiers hit him in the stomach with the butts of their guns. Suddenly Morell walks in mumbling in a different language
Soldier: freeze!!!!
Morell holds her hand up and points at the soldiers. The soldiers yell as blood pour out their noses. They grab their heads and scream as they collapse. Morell helps deaton up
Morell: are you okay?
Deaton: yeah...what the hell was that?
Morell: a new spell....I made their brains melt
Morell smiles and walks out as deaton shakes his head
Esteban pulls up to the cabin. He and the rest of the pack get out the car and walk inside. Everyone looks shocked especially Jackson as Danny and Derek are sitting at the table as they're on Stiles' laptop

Stiles lays on the same operating table as the.scientists and Agent Sullivan stand over him
Sullivan: did it work?
Scientist: can't be sure....it'll take some time to run more tests
Sullivan: we don't have more time.
He grabs a knife and cuts stiles across the arm. Stiles yells in pain. Sullivan grins as the wound doesn't heal

Sullivan: history as been made. Who would've known that Peter Hale's blood held the cure in it. Soon this will be distributed to every school, every hospital, every grocery store to make sure that no American has to be afraid of the big bad wolf anymore
Jackson: what is he doing here?
Danny: relax Jackson...I wont bite. Unless you want me to
Esteban: did you find anything?
Danny: just alot of porn on Stiles' computer
He laughs
Derek: Danny was able to connect to Stiles' cell phone
Danny: he's about 5 miles north from here...right in the middle of the forest.
Isaac: how can they be keeping him in the woods?
Danny: a map isnt going to show a military installation. We're gonna need alot of firepower
