The outside of STAR LABS is shown as Explosions Come from central city. Jackson is shown laying on the bed in the glass room as he quietly cries, the veins on his face are nearly popping out and black blood oozes out his nose and ears. Barry stands next to the bed just looking down as he cries. Felicity looks stressed out as she types away at her computer and Oliver stands next to her

Oliver: he's dying....how much longer?

Felicity: I don't know!!!

He looks at her

Felicity: I'm sorry....this virus literally has firewalls to prevent anyone from decoding it and making a cure. It's such a long process and we don't have time

Oliver: he should've already turned right?

Felicity: 8 hours ago....I think the fact that he's a werewolf slows it down

Oliver: his body is constantly trying to heal itself but the virus is too strong so it just slowly but surely progresses

Felicity: I have to do this...not for Jackson but for Barry. He already lost Brenton....if he loses Jackson then he loses himself




Barry frowns as Jackson stops breathing and alarms go off

Barry: guys!!

Felicity and Oliver frown and run over to the glass

Oliver: Barry get away from him!

Suddenly Jackson jumps up and roads in Barry's face. He slams Barry against the glass so hard it shatters. Jackson coughs up black blood onto the floor

Felicity: he's turned....he's a crank now

Barry sobs as he sits up in the glass

Barry: Jackson!

Jackson runs towards Barry but Oliver suddenly shoots him in the shoulder and chest with arrows. Jackson stumbles back then quickly runs out the room and into a hallway. Barry just lies down and cries

Oliver: we can't let him get out

Felicity: the building is under a lockdown. No one can get in or out unless I override it

Barry: he's gone......my Jackson is dead

Fellcity: Barry it's not too late. If I can make the cure in the next 2 jokes then it's reversible

Oliver: we just have to find him first and I can't do it without you Barry

He stands over Barry and extends his hand. Barry sniffles then grabs it and Oliver pulls him up to his feet

Oliver: let's go find your boyfriend






Lydia and Ella are shown cooking breakfast in Argent's kitchen.

Ella: could you go grab Gabriel for me? He's upstairs with Stiles and Evan

Lydia: yeah of course

Lydia walks upstairs and opens up Stiles' room. She stops and smiles as she sees Evan and Stiles sleeping as Gabriel sleeps between them

Lydia: Evan.....Evan

Evan opens his eyes and sits up and smiles

Evan: hey sis....everything ok?

Lydia: I hate to break up this really cute moment but Ella wants Gabe downstairs to eat breakfast

Evan yawns and nods then runs Gabe on the back

Evan: hey buddy, your mommy wants you to go eat breakfast

Gabriel opens his eyes

Gabriel: I wanna stay with uncle Diles

Evan chuckles as stiles snores

Evan: you've gotta go eat Gabe so you can be big and strong like me one day

Gabriel: ok!

Gabriel jumps up and Lydia picks him up and smiles then looks at Evan

Lydia: you love him don't you?

Evan smiles as he looks back at stiles

Evan: I think it's getting there

Lydia: Stiles is one of the greatest people i know and is super loyal. He's just a bit damaged

Evan: I know, his father just died and his husband is with Derek now. We're both in the same situation

Lydia: well maybe that bad situation put you guys in a better one

She smiles and walks out with Gabriel. Evan waves goodbye to Gabe then cuddles up close to stiles as Lydia leaves. He kisses stiles on the head

Evan: I love you






Derek's muscles are shown as he's shirtless out in the woods by the Argent's house and he chops down a tree with an axe. Isaac bites his lip as he watches the sweat trickle down Derek's abs

Derek: you're drooling

Isaac: I'm just supervising

The tree falls over and Derek starts cutting away at it as the others in the pack carry away huge pieces of logs.



Ian and Theo carry a giant log

Theo: you really think building a wall of logs around the house will protect us

Ian: whatever keeps those things away from us works

Theo: if you say so

They carry it towards the house as Chris, Alex and Daryl already have a tall wall of logs built on the right side of the house.

Ian: here's another one

Alex smiles as they set the logs down

Alex: thanks....this won't stop them but it will slow them down

Theo: they can climb?

Alex: if they can destroy our city I'm sure they can climb





Stefan and Eddie are shown wearing gloves and wrapping barbed wire around a bit truck that makes up a part of the barricade

Eddie: they don't feel pain

Stefan: yeah well this will trap those Fuckers

Eddie: you seriously think this will last? The entire world ends and we just make a life out here and hope what's happening doesn't spill out onto us

Stefan: all I know is that the Argent's have enough food, supplies and weapons to hold us over for several months. We can't stay here forever but we can stay here long enough until we have a solid plan

Eddie: what am I supposed to do?

Stefan: survive, protect those you love and keep fucking that juicy ass Danny's got

Eddie chuckles





Chris Argent looks towards the city with binoculars as he raises an eyebrow. Daryl walks over to him

Daryl: what you thinkin?

Chris: I want some of us to make a run into town before sunset

Daryl: you hear that?

They listen to the gunshots and explosions coming from the distance

Chris: I do and we should be taking place in that fight

Daryl: we go in there and we will die.

Chris: we stay out here and we'll suffer the same fate. My decision is final: I'll arrange for a small number of us to go into the city and see if we can find any survivors

Daryl: we are the survivors

Chris: if we want to beat this thing then we need numbers. Go tell Alex to start loading up my car

Daryl nods then walks off. Chris then looks over at Tyler as he sits on the porch looking worried 






The streets of beacon hills are shown as screams come from every direction. A crank is shown sprinting down the street then suddenly someone comes out from a corner and Rams it across the face with a crowbar. The person then jams the crowbar right through its head as it hits the ground. It's Detective WillDrake as he takes a deep breathe

Willdrake: alright stick close

He pulls out a gun and walks down the street with Ray, Daniel, Finn, and Maggie as they all look terrified and Carry weapons

Maggie: we need to get out of here

Finn: no shit

Willdrake: just keep it down. Once we find a working vehicle we're home free

Finn yells as a crank jumps onto him and tries to bite his face. Maggie kicks the crank hard in the throat and it rolls off of Finn. She steps on its neck then shoots it in the head as everyone looks at her

Maggie: gonna keep staring at me or are we going to leave this shit hole?

She starts walking away and all the guys look at each other then follow her down the street

Ian and his pack are shown shirtless in the woods as they keep cutting down trees

Boone: how many trees do we have to cut down?

Theo: you always complain this much?

Boone growls and Ryan just chuckles as he chops his axe down into a log

Theo: what are you laughing at?

Ryan: I'm not Boone ok? I won't take your shit

Ian raises an eyebrow as he listens but keeps chopping at the wood

Theo: uh oh we've got a badass over here

Ryan glares at him

Ryan: what's your deal?

Theo: what's yours? Never knew you were so sensitive?

Ryan: sensitive?! Maybe I'm fucking sensitive because my family was murdered before I came to this godforsaken town, or maybe because my girlfriend was just murdered or my brother is pretty much destined to go to hell when or even if he does....maybe I'm sensitive because the fucking world is ending!

Ian: HEY!!

They all look at Ian

Ian: that's enough

He walks over and grabs Theo and pulls him away from the other two

Theo: and of course I'm always wrong

Ian: it's not that. What are you trying to accomplish? These are my betas this is my pack

Theo: and what am I?

Ian: the love of my fucking life. Lately you've been such an asshole towards them and don't use you being possessive as an excuse

Theo just gets quiet as he looks sad

Ian: what is it?

Theo: everything is so bad now and i feel like we have no control over anything, we can die at any second. Bossing Boone and Ryan around is when I actually feel like I have control of something

Ian: they're my betas...we need them just as bad as they need us. Putting a rift between everyone just makes things worse

Theo: I don't like being the bad guy but....

Ian: you're not the bad guy. You're ask asshole at times towards them but you're not the bad guy

Theo smiles and kisses Ian then hugs him. He looks over at Ryan and Boone as they chop away at a tree, theo's eyes go wide as he sees a crank stumbling up behind Boone.

Theo: BOONE!!!!

Boone frowns as he looks at Theo. Theo picks up his axe and throws it super hard, the axe flies through the air and hits the crank right in the forehead as everyone gasps. Ian and Theo run over and look down at the crank

Boone: you just saved my life....thank you

Theo: don't make it a habit

Ian looks at Theo and smiles





Willdrake and his cops walk into a church in downtown beacon hills

Maggie: it'll be sunset before we know it

Finn: you guys seriously think we can survive another night?

Ray: all we can do is Rey right boss?

Willdrake: dear god

They walk along the second floor of the church and look over the balcony down at the main room as there's piles of bodies everywhere. Suddenly willdrake's Walkie goes off

Walkie: My name is Chris Argent.....if there are any survivors out there, help is on the way. Sunrise is is approximately 3 hours and 18 minutes. If you need rescue go to the high school, it's not a safe haven but it's out of the downtown area. The Cranks get stronger at night so please hurry. We have food, water and shelter, we just want to help those that need it. If you try anything stupid during the rescue, I will not hesitate to blow your head off

The Walkie cuts off

Daniel: think we can trust that?

Maggie: hell no

Willdrake: that was Chris Argent, his family has long ties to this city

Finn: doesn't mean we should trust him?

Willdrake: it means he's a badass with a lot of guns and knowledge of this place. He's our way lot of this mess

Ray: ummmm guys

Willdrake: what is it deputy Palmer?

Ray: look

He points down at the first floor and they look as about 15 of the dead bodies are standing up and looking at them

Willdrake: guys.....run

They turn around to run out the doors they came from. Suddenly the doors burst open and more cranks stumble in

Maggie: shit!

Willdrake: hold the position

They all point their guns and start shooting. A crank runs at Maggie, she trips it then spins around and jams a knife into its skull. Willdrake holds two pistols as he shoots all over the place and kills crank after crank. Daniel stands near the ledge of the balcony as he fired his shotgun. Suddenly a crank climbs up onto the balcony and grabs Daniel as he screams.

Ray: NO!!!!!

The crank bites down on his neck as he screams. A second crank climbs onto the ledge and bites the other side of his neck. Willdrake looks down then points his gun and shoots the cranks in the head and they fall back down to the first floor. Daniel slides down and blood gushes out his neck as Finn takes off his shirt and holds the wounds

Ray: there's too many!!

Ray points his shotgun and keeps firing at the cranks that keep running through the doors.

Maggie: we have to make a break for the streets. There's more cranks downstairs that will find their way up here

Willdrake nods then they look as a loud bang is heard and Finn screams. Daniel had just killed himself

Maggie: oh god...

Willdrake takes a deep breath as Maggie pries Finn away from him

Willdrake: we have to go NOW

They follow willdrake as he runs through the doors and out onto the streets. He shoots a crank in the head then another in the knee. Maggie walks up to it and Rams her knife into its forehead and pulls it out. They turn a corner and willdrake stops as he sees several cranks feeding on dead bodies

Ray: oh shit

Willdrake: shhhhhh

Suddenly the walkie goes off again and the cranks shriek and jump up. Out of nowhere 2 cranks run up behind Ray and pounce on him

Maggie: NO!!!!!!

Maggie grabs Ray's hand as the cranks drag him down an alley

Maggie: RAY!!'

Finn and willdrake stand back to back as they shoot at the cranks

Finn: there's too many of them!!

Willdrake: I can see that

?: GET DOWN!!!

They drop down onto the ground as someone lights up the area with machine gun fire killing all of the cranks. Willdrake sits up as he sees Dr Deaton and Ms Morell walking up holding machine guns

Finn: whoa...

Maggie sniffles as she stands up

Maggie: who the hell are you guys?

Deaton: I'm Dr Deaton and this is my sister Ms Morell

Maggie: I'm Maggie, that's Finn and that's WillDrake. Deputies from Bloomington stuck in this nightmare

Morell: a good friend of ours is picking up survivors at the high school

Willdrake: we heard the radio broadcast

Deaton gives willdrake a look

Morell: would you all like to come with us?

Finn: hell yeah!!

Maggie gives Finn a look and they all start walking ahead of Deaton and WillDrake

Deaton: so you finally decided to come back to beacon hills?

Willdrake: it was just for work...had to transfer a prisoner

Deaton: and now fate ended the entire world just to get you to see your boys again?

Willdrake looks down

Willdrake: how are they?

Deaton: surviving....Ian is an Alpha now. The True Alpha

Willdrake smiles

Willdrake: they're going to hate me

Deaton: that's a given. But they'll forgive eventually, if Peter still has a place in their home then you will someday

Willdrake rolls his eyes at the mention of peters name

Willdrake: I shouldn't have come back

Deaton: clear your conscious....reunite with your family and survive with them.

Willdrake nods

Deaton: Welcome back to Beacon Hills William......William Hale

Deaton keeps walking and William just stands there looking serious as his eyes glow blue

Deaton and Morell slowly walk across the large parking lot of the high school as WillDrake, Maggie and Finn follow them. Finn sniffles and Maggie rubs his back

Maggie: hey....you ok?

Finn: I knew Daniel since I was 14 years old, I just can't believe he's gone

WillDrake looks back at them

WillDrake: I dragged you guys into this situation. I'm gonna get you out of it

Maggie: you can't blame yourself detective. We know what we signed up for

Willdrake: you signed up to fight for the law not to fight against the undead

Morell: shhhh....

WillDrake: what is it?

Suddenly loud shrieks are heard as cranks come running at them from all directions.

Maggie: LOOK OUT!!

She points her shotgun and blasts off the head of one of the cranks. Finn and WillDrake dies their guns

Deaton: LETS GO!

They run and follow Deaton and Morell towards the front doors of the school. Maggie reaches the doors first and pushes on them but the doors are chained shut

Maggie: shit! They're chained together

Everyone stands close together and shoots at the cranks as they keep running at them. WillDrake sees Maggie struggling and his eyes glow blue. Maggie looks at him in shock as WillDrake grabs the chains and breaks them with his bare hands. The doors open and they all run inside. Deaton, WillDrake and Finn try to shut the doors as the cranks pile up against it. Morell and Maggie shoot at them and the door shuts all the way. Deaton breaks open a glasscase on the wall with a fire axe in it. He slides it into the handles of the door and it keeps the doors shut as the cranks slam their hands against it


The group backs away from the door and turn around as they look at the dark hallways of the school

Finn: how do we know we're safe in here?

Deaton: because....my sister and I have been hiding out in the school since the Flare started.

Morell: we had a feeling more survivors would show up eventually

They start walking down the hall and Maggie looks at WillDrake

Maggie: what the hell was that back there? Your eyes....they...they

WillDrake: there's a lot about me you don't know

Maggie: you've been here before haven't you? To Beacon Hills

Deaton stops and looks at WillDrake

Deaton: if they're going to stay with us they deserve to know. Especially after what they've been through

WillDrake nods and looks at Finn and Maggie

WillDrake: my name isn't William Drake. It's William Drake Hale, I was born in Beacon Hills. I raised my family....

Finn: as in the Hale Werewolf pack everyone talks about

WillDrake nods and his eyes glow blue

WillDrake: I'm a werewolf....a born wolf. I lived here with my family until....I became an alcoholic, I....I lost it. I would beat up my oldest son just for the heck of it, I was a monster

Maggie: you're one of the nicest guys I know

WillDrake: i was different back then. My wife's brother, Peter, killed me after he saw how horrible I was treating his sister and her children. He slit my throat right open Infront of my sons....and they just turned away

He tears up

Finn: you died? How are you back?

WillDrake: Peter was an idiot. He buried me under the nemeton. A sacred ritual space for ancient Druids

Maggie: Druids aren't real

Deaton and Morell give her a look

WillDrake: many years later a dark Druid called a Darach named Jennifer Blake started committing sacrifices on the nemeton. The power she put into it brought me back to life...I wanted to go back to my family but Derek had his own huge pack, an alliance with the Argent's had been formed....they were so happy. Why would i ruin that?

Maggie: so you came to Bloomington?

WillDrake: to start over. To try to forget.....but I never did.

WillDrake wipes some tears away

WillDrake: i hope my children never see me again. Because all my face brings back are those painful memories. I hate my old self....but i do love my children. Derek, Ian, Jackson, Laura, Cora

He smiles

Deaton: William....

WillDrake: I know....Laura and Cora are dead. I've been watching mostly everything that's been happening in this town....waiting for when they would need me

Morell: they need you now

WillDrake: no they don't!

Deaton: regardless of what you did....you're still family. Family forever






Logan is shown moaning loudly as he's bent over on the roof and James fucks him from behind

Logan: ohhhh ohhhh....OH GOD!

James smirks

James: mmmmm am I doing you that good?

Logan: look!

James looks as a huge horde of cranks runs out the woods and towards the house

James: FUCK!!!





Stiles is shown sitting in the living room with Gabriel on his lap as Ella and Stefan sit across from him

Ella: you're trembling

Stiles: just worried

Ella: I'm sure Evan can handle himself

Stiles: I'm worried about all of them

Stefan: about Isaac?

Stiles sighs and nods

Suddenly Logan falls down the stairs as his pants are around his ankles

Stiles: what the hell did you just smoke?

Logan babbles as he tries to speak then James comes running down the stairs

James: there's a big was group of cranks coming right for us!

Stiles stands up and frowns as he walks towards the windows and looks as he sees hands grabbing the top of the barricade then suddenly dozens of cranks climb over the barricade

Stiles: EVERYONE!!! WE'VE GOT CRANKS!!!!

Lydia runs downstairs and grabs Ella as Ella holds Gabriel. Peter, Liam, boone, And ryan Coke running from downstairs and they gasp

Peter: holy shit! Stiles get Ella and Lydia out back

Stiles nods and grabs a gun as he leads them to the kitchen and they look out the window and see cranks coming from the back of the house

Stiles: we're surrounded!

Everything goes in slow motion as the cranks Come crashing in through all the windows and the doors. Stefan teleports next to Stiles, Lydia and Ella and grabs them then reappears next to everyone else in the living room as the cranks lunge at them. Everyone grabs each other as stefans eyes glow red. Suddenly they all teleport





Oliver is shown shooting his arrows as cranks leap at him. Barry spins his arms around and knocks all the cranks in the hallway down on their backs as his arms create a wind tunnel. Oliver shoots multiple arrows down the hallway as they all beep while the cranks stand up. Barry turns and runs at Oliver and quickly grabs him and pulls him away as the arrows explode killing all the cranks. Barry stops and puts Oliver down

Oliver: I hate it when you do that

Barry chuckles then sees the open door. Oliver shoots at the cranks outside that run towards the building as Barry leaps into the air and grabs the door. He kicks his feet super fast and brings the heavy door down. Suddenly out of nowhere Oliver gets thrown hard into a wall and Barry looks as Jackson stands there breathing heavily

Barry: Jackson?

Jackson growls and runs at Barry and pins him hard against a wall and snaps his teeth at him. Barry cries as he looks away from Jackson

Jackson: k....k.....KILL ME!!!!!!!! PLEASE!!!!!!

Barry cries as he looks at Jackson. Barry head butts Jackson super hard and Jackson falls onto the ground, Barry sits on top of Jackson and grabs one of Oliver's arrows and lifts it up

Barry: IM SORRY!!!

Barry closes his eyes and sobs then suddenly felicity runs over and pushes Barry off of Jackson then stabs Jackson in the chest with a syringe. Jackson sits up and gasps as his eyes glow blue






The two SUV's are shown parked outside of the school as Chris argent and the others walk side by side and shoot their guns. Daryl shoots his crossbow at every crank that comes his way as the werewolves slash at them with their claws. Evans eyes glow orange as he shoots a fireball at several cranks that run towards Ian and Theo. A crank tackles Evan to the ground and tries to snap at him. That's when Danny runs over and cuts its head off with his sword then helps Evan up

Evan: this is why I'll always love you

Danny: likewise

They grin then stop as Stefan and the other suddenly appear in the center of the parking lot and Gabriel cries as he hears the cranks running around and shrieking. A crank grabs Lydia and that's when James roars and breaks it's neck with its bare hands

Stiles: stay behind me Ella!

Logan and Stiles shoot with their guns as cranks spill out from every corner of the parking lot

Peter: we gotta move inside! Everyone! Come on!!!!

Peter runs towards the school then sniffs the air and frowns

Peter: it can't be....

Everyone rushes past Peter as he just stands there looking confused

Liam: PETER!!!

Liam runs back and grabs peters arm. A crank suddenly tackles Liam to the ground but gets shot right in the head. Everyone looks as Deaton stands at the entrance of the school holding the gun

Deaton: come on! Hurry!

Peter grabs Liam and they follow everyone inside then shut the doors






Jackson is shown sitting on the bed in the lab as he looks normal and smiles as Barry sits next to them and they passionately kiss

Barry: I thought I was gonna lose you baby

Jackson: I'm not going anywhere

Oliver watches them and smiles then felicity walks in and takes a sample of Jacksons blood

Barry: can we stop the flare?

Felicity: i don't have the tools in here to replicate the cure in Jacksons blood

Oliver: but we do on Lian Yu where my sister and some other friends went to escape the Flare when Star City went dark.

Felicity: it shouldn't take more than a week. We can go there and make the cure then start distributing it to survivors to make them immune and who knows? Maybe it can even reverse the effects of those already infected

Jackson: you're genius Felicity Smoak

Felicity: and you're the true definition of a survivor Jackson Hale

Jackson smiles and puts an arm around Barry

Barry: we would love to go to Lian Yu with you and Oliver but we have to go back to Beacon Hills to find Jacksons family

Jackson: seriously?

Barry: they're my pack too

Oliver smiles then walks over and hugs them both

Oliver: we'll make the cure then come back, I promise

Barry: thank you Oliver

Barry stands up and smiles as he shakes Oliver's hand then hugs him for a moment





The pack grabs desks and chairs and stacks them up Infront of the doors of the school.

Deaton: we should be fine.

Derek: hopefully

He looks at his pack as they all look frightened

Deaton: my sister and i were working on making this a community center of sorts for survivors. Many of the classrooms have beds for you all to stay in, there's plenty of food in the cafeteria....and electricity for now. Also hot water

Derek smiles

Derek: thank you


Peter wanders down the hall as he sniffs the air.



Deaton: we have a few other survivors here as well.

They all follow Deaton down the hallway as Peter walks ahead of them. They see Finn and Maggie leaned against a wall. Everyone meets them and says hello. Maggie looks shocked as she sees Daryl

Maggie: Daryl?!

Maggie runs over to him and they hug for awhile and both start sobbing as Alex stands there looking confused

Daryl: Maggie this is my boyfriend, Alex

Maggie: boyfriend? Wow he's cute...nice to meet you

Daryl: Alex, this is my sister....Maggie





Peter walks into the cafeteria and growls as WillDrake sits at one of the tables and just looks at Peter

WillDrake: Peter

Peter: William......I killed you

WillDrake: not permanently

Peter growls loudly and runs at WillDrake and flips the table over. He then slashes will across the chest, will grabs peters hand and growls back at him as their wolf teeth come out and both their eyes glow blue

?: dad?

Peter and Will stop fighting and look as Derek, Ian and the rest of the pack walk into the cafeteria. Ian immediately hides behind Derek like he used to when they were younger

Derek: Deaton....why'd you bring us here?

Deaton just looks down as Derek's eyes glow red and he growls at his father

WillDrake: Derek....Ian

Will pushes Peter off of him

Will: it's been so long

He goes over to them and looks into Derek's eyes.

Derek: you're not welcome here

Will: Derek...

Derek: GET!!! OUT!!!!!!!

He yells so loud everyone covers their eyes and the room shakes. Will looks down

Will: you look just like me

Derek: I'll never be like you. My father.....my father is Peter Hale

Peter raises an eyebrow and looks shocked since Derek has never been nice about him

Will: if i leave, I'll die

Derek: you've been dead for years

Will: so be it. I love you both

Everyone moves out the way as Will goes to leave but he stops and looks back at them

Will: but if you all want to survive living here. You're going to need me

Derek: bullshit

Will: there's a man named Negan. And in 2 days he's going to sweep through this town worse than this plague....and kill anyone that doesn't bow down to him

Chris nods

Chris: he's right....I heard a radio transmission about it

Derek: we can handle it

Will: you've never faced someone like Negan. I've been arresting the guy for years, I'm the only one that can get through to him. He trusts me and respects me, I can stop him

Derek: we'll see in 48 hours....in the meantime you can stay in the boiler room

Will nods then walks out the cafeteria. Derek rubs Ian's back and holds onto him and kisses him on the head

Derek: I won't let him hurt us again ok? Like I promised you....never again




A flashback starts and shows young Derek and younger Ian as they're in a room and Will and Talia can be heard arguing downstairs. Derek kneels down and looks into Ian's eyes as Ian cries

Derek: uncle Peter said he's going to get rid of dad so he won't hurt us. Never Again Ian....say it with me....Never Again

Ian wipes away his tears

Ian: never.....never again

Derek smiles and hugs his little brother as sad music plays and Derek's eyes glow yellow
