Evan: what's going on?

Derek: we just got back from eichen house. Learned a bit more about the doctors

Lydia: anything on stopping them?

Derek kisses Evan and puts his arm around him

Derek: nothing

Stiles: but Danny called. They found out who the next chimera is. He's in the school

Lydia: who is it?

Stiles: Cory Bryant...Jackson and Barry found a list of transplants done on teenagers in this town. The dread doctors are going down the list in alphabetical order, that's how they're picking who they take. Cory is next

Lydia: his sister is Hayden right?

Stiles: yeah they're twins like Ella and I

Lydia looks worried and looks at Ella

Lydia: I've been hearing a voice all day. I thought it was saying Aiden but now I realize it's been saying Hayden

Theo: what does that mean?

Ian: when Lydia hears voices...especially voices saying someone's name that means they're about to die. And all I know is that Hayden is at the hospital right now...she had some kind of surgery today

Stiles: but Jackson said Cory was the next name...not Hayden

Lydia: what if they want both of them?

Derek: call Jackson...I'll head over there right now. The rest of you get inside and find Cory

Stiles pulls out his phone but the light on it starts flickering as suddenly all the lights out in the parking lot flicker

Evan: what's happening?

Ian: its them! They're coming

They all look as they see just 2 of the doctors slowly walking towards the school

Derek: inside...EVERYONE INSIDE

They all start running towards the main entrance of the school. They reach the door and start banging on it as its locked. Suddenly it opens and that's when Danny and Eddie appear. Everyone runs inside as the school is dark and Cory can be seen leaning against some lockers looking terrified

Evan: they're here...the dread doctors are here

Eddie: we know...they were inside and have been chasing us for over an hour

Cory: they're not human

Cory starts crying

Danny: but there's only 2 of them. Where's the third?

Ian looks at Cory

Ian: going after his sister

Cory looks up at Ian with a terrified look on his face




The scene goes back to the hospital as Jackson is on his knees still screaming out in pain as blood trickles down his bare chest and Brenton lets his palms chew and gnaw on Jackson's face. Barry gets up at the end of the hall

Barry: leave him alone!

Brenton looks at Barry

Brenton: kill me Barry...please....I can't stop this

Brenton cries and Barry starts crying as well

Barry: you're strong Brenton...you can fight this. I know you can

Brenton takes one hand off of Jackson's face and there's a deep gash on that cheek from where the hand was chewing. Brenton suddenly shows off the palm from that hand and shoots the teeth at Barry. Barry turns around and yells out in pain as the teeth hit his back.



Hayden is shown in the bathroom of her hospital room brushing her hair as she looks in the mirror. Suddenly her phone goes off and she looks at it as the screen reads IAN HALE CALLING. Hayden looks surprised that he's calling, she grabs the phone and answers

Hayden: ummm hello?

Ian: Hayden its Ian. You're at the hospital right? You need to find my brother Jackson

Hayden: what? Why?

Ian: he's there and he'll protect you. FIND MY BROTHER!

Suddenly the phone cuts off and the lights in the bathroom flicker

Hayden: what the hell...

Hayden then looks in the mirror and sees The Pathologist standing behind her




Hayden lets out a loud scream as the pathologist reaches out and grabs her by the hair. Hayden turns around and kicks and screams but the giant doctor is too powerful. The pathologist grabs her and throws her into the room. Hayden gets up and growls as her eyes glow yellow and she looks surprised as claws come out of her hands and she's now a werewolf

Hayden: what's happening to me?

Pathologist: your condition is promising

Hayden: yeah? Well condition this

She acts like she's about to fight the doctor but instead Hayden runs at the door and runs right out The room and into the hallway as the lights flicker. Hayden cries and looks terrified as she runs to an elevator and starts pressing the buttons super fast as she looks back and tries to see if the doctor followed her. Suddenly the elevator doors open and the Pathologist is now standing inside of the elevator. Hayden screams super loud and turns around and starts running away. She makes a right and runs right past Barry as he's lying on the ground moaning in pain. Hayden then sees Brenton with his hands still pressed up to Jackson's face

Hayden: what the hell?! There's a fucking giant with a mask on coming. HEY!

She walks up to Brenton and gasps when he hisses at her and raises his hand and shows off the razor toothed mouth on his palm. Hayden falls back against the wall and looks horrified then suddenly Barry lets out a loud scream right as the Pathologist appears behind Brenton with a giant needle.

Pathologist: Condition Is Terminal

Jackson suddenly roars and jumps up to slap the needle out of the pathologists hand. Barry runs super fast and knocks the pathologist on his back. Jackson climbs ontop of the pathologist and starts slashing away at his chest. He goes to grab the mask off but the lights flicker and the pathologist disappears in thin air as Jackson looks shocked

Hayden: guys!!!

Hayden screams as Brenton pounces at her

Barry: BRENT NO!

Brenton grabs Hayden then she suddenly slaps his hands away and grabs Brenton's face. Her eyes go from glowing yellow to glowing purple as Brenton's eyes go wide and from a deep black color to his normal eyes color as the mouths on his hands disappear and black blood starts dripping out his nose and out his ears. Hayden lets go of his face and she gasps as Brenton collapses towards the floor but Barry runs over and catches him

Brenton: where am I?

Barry: you're home

He smiles and holds onto his little brother. Jackson smiles then looks at Hayden as she still looks extremely shocked

Hayden: what the hell did I just do?

Jackson: you....you cured him

Hayden looks at her hands as she gulps



Cory is shown sitting nervously in the school cafeteria as Derek, Evan, Lydia, Stiles, Ian, Theo, Danny and Eddie all stand around

Stiles: got a text from Jackson....they have Brenton and he's ok

Evan: oh thank toe

Stiles: he said one of the dread doctors showed up and was there for Hayden but they fought him off till he disappeared

Cory: what do they want with us?

Theo: they need to experiment on you. Because you're one of them

Cory: one of what?

Theo: the few teenage genetic Chimeras in this town. You...your sister and everyone else like you are the perfect candidates for their experiments

Cory: you guys are all werewolves right?

Evan: some more than others

He chuckles

Eddie: we won't let them get you. I promise

Ian walks away from them and looks at the entrance door of the cafeteria. Suddenly the door swings open and the 3 dread doctors slowly walk in

Ian: GUYS!

Derek: Stiles! Take Lydia and Cory and get the hell out of here

Stiles nods and runs over to Lydia and Cory. He grabs their hands and they run out a door that leads out into the hallways

Derek: you can't have him...you can't have any of them

The surgeon tilts his head as he looks at Derek

Surgeon: our trials are far from over

?: you keep thinking that

They look as Chris walks in carrying a shotgun. Chris points and starts shooting at the doctors. The pathologist gets hit in the head and the bullet puts a dent in his mask and makes him fall back onto one of the lunchtwbles. Chris fires again but the surgeon puts his hands up and the bullets stop in mid air and vibrate then suddenly they fire back at Chris. Chris ducks and takes cover

Derek lets out An extremely loud roar as he and the others start fighting the doctors. Ian runs at the surgeon and tackles him right into a wall. Ian tries to slash him but the surgeon grabs his arm and squeezes it hard. Theo runs over and stabs the surgeon in the chest multiple times with his claws. The geneticist ducks and blocks every attack as Danny and Eddie go after her. She grabs their heads and slams them together. Evan runs over and the entire room gets bright as his arm is engulfed with flames and he swings his arm and punches her super hard with his flaming fist sending her flying back against the wall. Derek sits ontop of the pathologist and repeatedly slams his head down onto the lunch table. Suddenly the surgeon looks at his gloved hand as theo and Ian stab at his chest repeatedly. The Surgeon presses a button on his glove and an extremely loud high pitched frequency noise comes out and makes all the werewolves fall to their knees and hold their ears. Even Danny



Stiles, Lydia and Cory run through the library and the windows start shattering from the high frequency noise

Stiles: come on! We gotta get him out of the school. Lydia!

Lydia stops and stares at an empty book shelf. It's the shelf that all the seniors sign their initials on and have being doing so for many years. She rubs her hand on the initials that say " EM + DH= Forever"

Lydia: Evan and Derek...

Stiles: Lydia!

Lydia: oh god...stiles.

Stiles: what?

Lydia: I know who they're going to kill....WE HAVE TO STOP THEM!

Lydia runs back out into the hallway as stiles looks frustrated

Stiles: stay here Cory

Stiles runs out after Lydia



Evan stands up in the cafeteria as all the werewolves are on the ground holding their ears in pain

Evan: get away from me...

The three dread doctors look at Evan

Surgeon: over 20 years and still your condition worsens
Pathologist: condition is terminal
Geneticist: condition is...

Evan: HERES A CONDITION FOR YOU FUCKERS!

Evans eyes glow orange as his hands become engulfed with flames. Lydia suddenly runs into the cafeteria

Lydia: THEYRE GOING TO KILL YOU!

Evan looks back at Lydia then he suddenly heard a stabbing sound followed by a gasp as the frequency sound stops. Evan looks back as the surgeon stuck his spear like cane right through Derek's neck and pulls it out as blood shoots out of Derek's neck and he collapses onto the ground


Evan: Derek....? DEREK?!?!! NOOOOOO!!!!!

Evan shoots a huge fire all at the dread doctors from his hands but when the flames disappear the doctors are gone.


Ian sits up and looks on in shock as Derek lays there coughing up blood

Ian: Derek! Oh fuck! ....DAMMIT!

Ian kneels next to his brother and holds his hand as Ian starts sobbing

Ian: come on Derek...you're stronger than this. That's nothing...Derek

Stiles walks in and his jaw drops. Eddie runs over and grabs stiles as Eddie is already crying

Eddie: stiles go outside...you don't wanna see this

stiles: what happened to Derek? Derek!

Stiles pushes Eddie out the way and runs over as Derek lays there choking on his blood as he rubs Ian's face. Evan crawls over to Derek sobbing frantically

Evan: DONT YOU FUCKING LEAVE ME DEREK!!!! YOU PROMISED ME....YOU SAID FOREVER

Lydia gasps as she remembers the initials she saw in the library and a tear slides down her face.

Ian: let's get him to Deaton! Mister Argent!

Ian stands up as Chris stands there with tears in his own eyes

Ian: let's get him to Deaton maybe he can help...I know he can I've seen him do it before

Chris: Ian....

Chris shakes his head and looks down. Ian's bottom lip shakes as he hears Evan start crying even harder. Ian turns around and sees that Derek has died right on the floor in front of them. Theo walks over to Ian

Theo: I'm sorry....Ian, I'm so sorry baby.

Theo looks at Ian as Ian's eyes are now glowing pure red

Ian: why isn't he getting up?

Theo: he's gone baby

Theo wraps his arms around Ian as Ian looks at Derek's body and starts sobbing. Evan gets up and storms out of the cafeteria as Danny follows him


Evan walks outside and into the school parking lot as he breathes heavily. He suddenly falls onto his knees and lets out a loud roar as all the cars in the parking lot suddenly explode into huge explosions that rock probably the entire town. Evan lays on the ground and starts sobbing. He then looks and sees Dandy Mott walking towards him in a white tuxedo as the flames rage on in the back

Dandy: I told you didn't I? I told you that it was all going to lead to this. You wanna beat them? Give in to the instinct and don't send them to hell. Bring hell to them

Evan blinks and dandy is gone since it was just a hallucination. Suddenly someone grabs Evan and forces him up to his feet. Evan looks as its Danny

Evan: he can't be gone....not my Derek.....DANNY, I DONT WANNA BE ALIVE ANYMORE!

Evan breaks down and sobs as Danny holds him

Danny: shhhh....just breathe. We'll make things right again....we have to focus on what's important. On what Derek would want....kill those bastards and make them pay for everything they've done. Show no mercy

Evans eyes glow orange as he holds onto Danny and has an intense look on his face



Peter is shown tracing a spiral onto a window in the loft as a tear slides down his face



Isaac is shown laying on his stomach in bed sobbing loudly as stiles holds onto him


Barry has his arms wrapped around Jackson as he stands behind him and Jackson looks out the window in their bedroom as he cries. Brenton sleeps peacefully on the bed behind them



Theo is shown sitting on Ian's bed looking worried as he lays his head back on the pillows and closes his eyes. Ian is in the bathroom just staring at the mirror looking extremely sad as he makes his eyes go from their normal brown color to red over and over again



Tyler and Stefan are both shown naked in a bath tub filled with blood. Tyler sits in Stefan's lap as they make out with each other



Peter is once again shown in front of the loft. He raises an eyebrow and chuckles

Peter: I smell ash

Suddenly Evan walks in and storms up to Peter

Peter: sorry for your loss

Evan: cut the bullshit....everyone knows you didn't give a damn about Derek

Peter: you're right...Ian was always my favorite nephew

Evan: Lydia told me everything today...about you. About how you used her to bring you back to life. How? How did you do it?

Peter: ask my lawyer

Evan: I NEED TO KNOW GODDAMIT !!!

Peter: because you're so desperate to get your boytoy back aren't you? Don't you get it? This is how it's supposed to be...Derek's gone which paves the way for Ian. For our True Alpha

Evans eyes glow orange and he makes a fireball appear in the palm of his hand as he holds it close to peters face

Evan: I know how much you hate fire. Want me to make those old scars come back Peter?! Huh?

Peter gulps

Peter: alright fine....

Evan makes the fire go away

Peter: Lydia wasn't an essential during it. But she was easy to control back then. There's 2 important things needed the full moon....and the blood of the alpha

Peter smirks as Evan looks nervous but just nods.

Evan: gonna tell me where to look for an alpha?

Peter rolls his eyes

Peter: you don't have to look far

Evan looks out the window with Peter and takes a deep breath

Peter: you want Derek back right?

Evan nods

Peter: then do what must be done. Do not hesitate, show No mercy. Because you don't just need Derek.....the entire pack needs Derek. I need Derek

Evan: no....you just need power

Peter: at least I know what I want

Evan: I just want Derek

Peter: then you know what to do

Peter walks away as Evan stands there staring at the window and he traces one of the spirals Peter drew with his finger as a tear slides down his face
