It's nighttime in beacon hills. The scene goes to a house in the middle of the suburban part of the city
Is shown sitting down on a couch in the middle of a living room. The house is pretty dark except for the glow of the TV Infront of him. He grabs a bong and lights it as he takes a huge hit and starts coughing. Suddenly his phone goes off and he puts it on speaker
?: hey what's up?
The voice on the other end speaks
?: Hey Toby! You ok?
Toby: yeah why wouldn't I be?
?: you didn't go to the rave tonight did you?
Toby: nah man. All those fags that follow the hales around like their gods were gonna be there. I'd rather not see a bunch of dudes grinding up on each other
?: you know they can all kick your ass right?
Toby: doubt it...
?: did you hear what happened at the rave?
Toby: spit it out already
?: just put it on the news I'm going to bed. Night man
Toby: yeah....night
He hangs up the phone and presses a button on the remote. It shows a news broadcast as a reporter stands outside of the warehouse and there's cops everywhere
Reporter: I'm standing outside the scene now where just hours ago there was an illegal underground rave being held with over 1000 in attendance. What turned into a night of partying changed for the worse. Apparently a fight broke which left one teenager dead with a gunshot wound to the head. Details are under lock and key right now as the beacon hills police department tries to piece together what took place. All this happening just hours after the gruesome discovery under a tree stump in the Beacon Hills reserve. Authorities found a total of 36 people dead with their bodies mutiliated. Most of the victims are not residents of beacon hills but this is just one of the many mass murders to plague this county
Toby rubs his jaw and changes the channel
Toby: what the hell is wrong with this place?
He takes another hit from his bong then Toby stands up and walks down a hallway in the house. He goes into his room and takes off his shirt as he lays in bed and the only light comes from the moon outside shining through the window. Toby closes his eyes as he tries to sleep then a few moments later the sound of a door creaking open can be heard. Toby sits up and frowns as he sees that his closet door opened up a bit. Toby gets up and goes to the closet and closes it. He walks back to the bed and lays back down on his side and closes his eyes. His eyes go wide open again as he hears the door creaking open. Toby sits up and the closet door is open again.
Toby: what the fuck?
He gets up and grabs his phone then turns the flashlight on it on. Toby goes to the closet and opens it. He shines the light around as he looks into the closet then suddenly a gloved hand goes over Toby's mouth and he freaks out and starts kicking everywhere as he's dragged away from the closet and thrown onto the bed. Toby looks up as the 3 dread doctors stand around him. They make creaking noises and literally glitch as they turn their heads to look at him
Toby: MOM!
Toby runs at the door but the main doctor called the surgeon grabs him by the neck
Surgeon: this is the next candidate
Toby: who are you?!?! Please leave me alone
Surgeon: we leave....when the work is complete
Suddenly one of the other doctors grabs Toby's jaw and forces his mouth open. The surgeon takes out what looks like pliers and grabs Toby's tongue with it. Toby screams as tries to break free but can't. The third doctor suddenly holds its hand up and has a small spinning power saw attached to the cuff of his sleeve. The doctor lowers the saw onto Toby's tongue and Toby loses it and starts screaming and sobbing. The doctor fully cuts off his tongue and puts it in a jaw as blood is pouring everywhere. Suddenly the surgeon pulls out a giant needle and sticks it right into the under part of Toby's jaw and injects a silver substance. Toby gasps as he looks at the masks of the 3 doctors as they crowd around Infront of him and his eyes start changing colors
Toby wakes up in the morning and gasps as he sits up covered in sweat. He rubs his jaw then opens his mouth and puts his hand inside. Toby looks confused as he grabs his tongue and let's out a sigh of relief
Toby: it was just a dream
Toby gets out of bed and walks out his room. The scene shows drops of blood on the carpet near his bed as ominous music plays

The scene goes to the next morning as the warehouse where the rave was held is shown. Sheriff Stilinski and Barry stand inside of it as Barry kneels down and rubs the ground the his hands
Barry: where's the body now?
Stilinski: at the morgue....Deaton is gonna take a look at it today. A lot of the EMTs were confused when they found a body with a big ass horn sticking out of its head
Barry: well it is beacon hills......I fought him last night, he was strong and fast but he just seemed...
Stilinski: seemed what?
Barry stands up and looks at Stilinski
Barry: he seemed like he was in a trance
Suddenly Tyler and Chris Argent walk in
Tyler: we found it. The person that shot Nick wasn't on a rooftop next door, the snipers nest was nearly 5 blocks from here on the rooftop of an office building
Barry: they must've used a high power sniper rifle?
Chris: we found the casings there
He holds up a bullet casing in a plastic bag
Chris: M107 military-grade Advanced Sniper Rifle
Tyler: how does someone even get their hands on a weapon like that?
Chris: I have one
Tyler raises an eyebrow
Chris: relax babe...I have virtually every gun ever made.
Barry: the question isn't how but rather why. Why would someone shoot Nick?
Stilinski: you think maybe it was a hunter?
Barry: or someone that was working with nick. He looked like he was about to talk to Ian and before he even got the words out his head was blown away.
Barry shows pictures of the body to argent and argent grabs them and frowns
Barry: what?
Chris: Deaton said it was an Encantado right?
Barry: yeah....Brazilian mythological shapeshifter that is half man half dolphin
Chris: I hunted an Encantado when I was in my 20s back in Peru. See those?
Tyler: its claws?
Chris: encantado's don't have claws....but werewolves do
Barry: what're you getting at?
Chris: Nick was a hybrid
Barry: he did roar....a lot
Chris: encantado's don't do that either
Stilinski: are hybrids a normal thing? Not that any of this is normal
Chris: not in the supernatural world. You can't intermix two different species....it's not possible. You either have one or the other
Barry: well it happened to Nick
Chris: its just....not the way things work
Barry's phone goes off and he looks at it
Barry: shit, I have to go pick up my brother from the airport
Tyler: you have a brother?
Barry: yeah he's 17 and while he's here I'm staying out of this supernatural business
Stilinski: we're always on duty Barry....no matter what
Stilinski and Barry start walking out. Chris stands there staring at the crime scene photos as tyler sighs
Tyler: maybe Nick was some psychotic freak of nature and that's it
Chris: he murdered over 30 people on the nemeton most likely trying to purposely put power back into it and someone killed him because they didn't want him to say anything

He chuckles then walks out the warehouse with tyler
The nemeton is shown as the police tape that was once blocking it off is now thrown all over the ground and covered in leaves. Peter can be seen standing Infront of the stump just inches away from it as he reaches out to touch it. Suddenly his eyes glow blue and he frowns, Peter roars as he spins around and tries to slash someone with his claws that's standing behind him. The person is Evan and Evan ducks then grabs Peter by the neck and with one hand lifts Peter in the air and slams him down hard onto the base of the nemeton. Evan glares into Peter's eyes as his fill with fire and Peter just smirks
Peter: even getting close to it makes you stronger
Evan: no......I think I've always been able to kick your ass
Peter: I didn't know it was you behind me. You can let me go now
Evan: no I can't
He tightens his grip on Peter and Peter frowns
Evan: I know everything....Danny helped me figure it out
Peter: figure out what?
Evan: what you did and what you know. You were the one that trained Dandy and taught him how to control his powers! You knew he was your son longer than you made out to believe. WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS LYING?!?!

After I killed Kate....the first time I found a copy of the bestiary that she had. I was able to finally put a name to what you were.....The Legendary Phoenix. When I heard about my old friend Deucalion holding auditions for the alpha pack I went to him. He thought I was too crazed to join them but he did help me understand exactly what a Phoenix is all about and exactly what their powers are and how to control them
Evan lets go of peters throat and Peter sits up and looks at him
Evan: will you help me control these powers?
Peter: why should I?
Evan: because if I don't I'll probably kill everyone including you

Evan: Danny found out....that a phoenix's lifespan is only 25 years. I turn 25 at midnight
Peter sighs
Peter: the legend of the Phoenix is that the Phoenix is born from the ashes of a previous Phoenix
Evan: so I'm going to become someone....different?
Peter: you're going to go full Phoenix.....how can I put this? You're going to evolve. Just like us Hales can evolve into a full wolf. Tonight you face your evolution....and if you don't get it under control you'll destroy this town and everyone in it with an inferno hotter than hell itself

Evan nods as Peter slowly walks around him in circles

Derek is shown grabbing his keys off the kitchen table in the loft. He's about to leave them he hears Ian walking down the steps only in a pair of boxers

Derek: to go see Deaton, I'm meeting Alex and Daryl there. You should be at school with the others
Ian: I fought off a crazed madman with a drill for a forehead and went through the most intense heat ever. I deserve a day off don't you think?
He smirks at his older brother

Derek: stiles said he would help

Derek walks out and Ian growls loudly then walks back up the stairs. Ian goes to his room and smiles as he sees Theo's naked ass as he's lying on his side facing the windows as the light shines into the room. Theo: he doesn't trust me....none of them do
Ian: they're cautious around new people

Ian: you were in a pack? What happened to them?
Theo: they were all wiped out in a matter of weeks...I...I had no pack, no friends, no family. I just felt drawn here so that's what I did. I walked hundreds of miles to get here
Theo tears up. Ian makes him turn around so they're face to face and he wipes away his tears for him
Ian: was it hunters?
Theo: no....a group of scientists. I forgot what they were called. They kidnapped members of my pack and experimented on them in horrible ways until they were all dead. I was the one they couldn't capture...they kept following me everywhere so one night I just ran and when I stopped running I was here
Ian: you're safe now
Ian leans in and they start making out
Theo: I remember what they were called
Ian looks at him as Theo looks nervous and scared
Theo: they were called The Dread Doctors
Ominous music plays
Toby is shown walking the halls of beacon hills high as everyone walks around him in the hallway. Toby looks sick as his eyes go from blue to black and a strange silver substance drips out of his nose and onto his shirt. Toby looks down at his shirt and wipes it off with his fingers. He frowns as he stares at the silver on his fingers
?: you ok dude?
Toby looks up as Eddie stands Infront of him
Toby: get the fuck out of my face....FAGGOT!
Toby pushes Eddie super hard into a locker. Suddenly Danny runs up from out of nowhere and punches Toby so hard in the face he falls onto the floor
Eddie: holy shit
Danny: how did that feel homophobe?
Toby: you're fucking dead!
Toby runs at Danny then suddenly Jackson runs over and grabs him by the shoulders
Jackson: chill out!
Toby glares at Jackson
Jackson: just walk away
Toby breathes heavily as everyone has stopped to look at him
Jackson: just walk away dude
Toby hears a clicking sound in his head as he starts panicking and breathing louder and louder. Toby pushes Jackson out the way and runs down the hall as everyone looks confused
Eddie: what the hell was that about?
Jackson: people still hate us
Eddie: well at least I know I've got a boyfriend that can kick ass
Danny smiles
Jackson: oh by the way guys....Barry's little brother is flying in and will be staying with us for a few days
Danny: is he hot?
Jackson: ummm I don't care. I just want him to like me
Eddie: you care about what his brother thinks about you. I smell a super long term relationship
Jackson chuckles
Jackson: I love Barry....and I want his family to like me if we do take things to the next level one day
Danny: I think all of us are with the people we were meant to be with. I know I am
He holds Eddies hand and Eddie smiles brightly
Barry is shown sitting on the hood of his car outside of the beacon hills airport. He looks down at his hand as it keeps moving like a blur
Barry: don't think I'll ever get used to this
Suddenly he hears a familiar voice say his name. Barry looks up and sees his little brother 
Barry runs over and hugs his brother
Barry: holy shit Brenton....you've gotten so big since I've last saw you
Brenton smiles
Brenton: so have you...it's been what? 2 years
Barry: two years too long.
Brenton: so you left the big city for a place like this? Who is he?
Barry rolls his eyes and chuckles
Barry: his name is Jackson...and you'll be staying with us and his family. I think you'll get along with them
Brenton: as long as they have pizza and wifi
Barry smiles bright and hugs his brother tight as he has tears in his eyes
Brenton: aw come on Barry
Barry: sorry it's just....I didn't think I'd see you for quite some time
Brenton: lucky for you Aunt Clara is an annoying biotch. So I was dying to come here
Barry smiles and puts his arm around his brothers shoulders as they walk towards the car

Alex and Daryl are shown standing next to each other in the morgue as Deaton stands on the other side of the table they're standing over as there's a covered up body on the table. Deaton takes off the sheet and its Nick's body
Daryl: that ain't normal right? The horn?
Deaton: it is....but these aren't
He lifts up nicks hand and shows off his claws. Suddenly Derek walks in
Deaton: Derek....you're right on time
Derek nods at Alex and Daryl
Derek: so this is the guy that killed all those people to restart the nemeton
Deaton: he's far from a guy. A normal Encantado is human and when they shift have a horn just like this one and they also grow gills and a dolphin tale for swimming but they don't have claws or a horn that comes out the back of their head like Ian said he saw nick do
Derek: what are you saying? He's an abomination?
Deaton: More like a creation....he has the claws and fangs of a werewolf....according to everyone at the rave he even roared like one but he also has a the features of an Encantado.
Alex: so he's a hybrid
Deaton: a Chimera. 2 supernatural creatures fused into one
Derek: but that doesn't happen...ever
Deaton: exactly. If Derek for instance was bitten by Stefan Derek would die. You can't be a wolf and a vampire or 2 kinds of supernatural creatures ever. It's impossible and doesn't ever happen
Daryl: it did with him
Deaton: he's not an abomination....he was a creation
Everyone looks confused
Deaton: someone is trying to bend the rules of the supernatural world using science. Nick had to have been genetically modified
Alex: and whoever made him was the one that shot him
Deaton: they were silencing their creation before he could reveal anything
Derek: whoever did this to him.....wanted him to kill those people at the nemeton. They made it his mission. Why?
Deaton: Derek....when someone does something like this it doesn't happen just once and when the rules can be changed so easily well....lets just say you shouldn't be worried

Deaton: you should be terrified....terrified to the core
Derek gulps and Alex holds Daryl's hand tightly

Toby: what's happening to me?
He looks down as his nails are now razor sharp claws. Toby takes out his phone and looks at the front facing camera as his eyes flash red. He opens his mouth as he has vampire like fangs growing. Suddenly he disappears and reappears on the field

He breathes heavily then his eyes turn a dark red as he raises his head and sniffs the air
In the nearby words a group of 3 girls are shown as one of them sits on a log and looks at her leg as there's a big cut on it and it bleeds.
?: relax Ashley

The other girl with them chuckles
?: this is why we shouldn't go into the woods just to smoke.
Suddenly Toby appears out of thin air
Toby: ladies....need some help
Ashley frowns as she looks up
Ashley: I fell....hurt my leg pretty bad
Toby walks over and kneels Infront of her and grabs her leg
Toby: it's fine...my mom is a nurse and I've seen her do this hundreds of times
His eyes glow red and he suddenly chomps down on her leg where the cut is and starts sucking her blood as Ashley screams. The other 2 girls run away screaming. Ashley falls to the ground and tries to crawl away
Ashley: PLEASE STOP!
Toby: I wish I could but you just taste so good
He stands over her and turns Ashley onto her back. Toby lays ontop of her and starts biting into her neck and drinking her blood as Ashley gasps. Toby hears the screams of the other girls. He sits up as he's ontop of Ashley and she's bleeding out. He blinks several times and looks like he feels bad but his eyes turn black and he just slashes her throat with his claws.
One of the other girls is shown crying as she runs through the trees
?: HELP!!! SOMEONE HELP US!!!!!
Toby suddenly appears in a tree over her. He hops from tree branch to tree branch as he stalks her. The girl stops and breathes heavily and doesn't notice that Toby is right above her. Toby looks down then suddenly he makes a face that looks like he's in pain as his jaw Starts making a cracking noise. Suddenly Toby's jaw gets so wide his chin touches his chest. Toby's tongue darts out as it's super long and razor sharp like a spear at the tip. His tongue shoots down and goes right into the girls neck killing her instantly. He pulls his tongue out and it retracts back into his mouth as he looks confused and rubs his jaw
Toby: what is this?
Suddenly he hears another scream. The last girl is shown crying as she stumbles out of the woods and runs towards the field as she can see the lacrosse team practicing in the distance. Suddenly Toby's long tongue speeds out of the woods as she runs and wraps multiple times around her neck. The girl gasps as the tongue chokes her then she flies back as it pulls her back into the forest and her screams can be heard echoing from within the woods

Scott and James are shown laughing as they run away from the lacrosse field. Scott holds james' hands and leads him towards the woods
James: Come on Scott its the last practice
Scott: who cares about lacrosse anyways? We graduate in just a few weeks then no more high school
They go into the woods as James grabs Scott and pins him against a tree. James and Scott start making out as Scott pulls off James' shirt and rubs his chest. James starts kissing and sucking on Scott's neck making Scott quietly moan. Scott opens his eyes and gasps

Ian: where are you going?
Theo: I'm leaving
Ian: why?
Theo: because I don't live here....
Ian sits up
Ian: you don't have a home do you? How long have you been staying in beacon hills?
Theo: 4 days before I found you
Ian: and where have you been sleeping?
Theo: there's an abandoned underground metro station downtown. I slept in one of the train cars
Ian looks sad as he stands up and embraces theo in a big hug
Ian: I want you to stay here....for now on
Theo shakes his head and looks into Ian's eyes
Theo: half your pack doesn't even know me and Derek made it pretty clear that he doesn't like me
Ian: I don't care. I'm the true alpha right?
Theo nods
Ian: which means I'm in charge and that soon this pack and this loft will be mine.....will be ours
Theo smiles and passionately kisses Ian
Jackson is shown in his room stitching together some kind of red suit. He hears a familiar voice then quickly puts it under the bed. He walks out the room and goes down stairs and smiles as he sees Barry and Brenton walk in
Brenton: holy shit this place is huge
Barry: hey babe. Jackson this is my little brother Brenton. Brenton this is my boyfriend Jackson

Jackson smiles
Jackson: hey nice to finally meet you. How was your trip?

Suddenly Ian and Theo come downstairs holding hands
Barry: Brenton this is jacksons brother, Ian
Ian smiles
Ian: hey
Barry: and this is....
He looks at theo and looks confused since he's only seen him once and that was at the rave when they fought nick
Barry: ummmm....
Ian: Theo.....my boyfriend Theo
Theo looks at Ian and smiles brightly and blushes.
Jackson: let me show you the guest room
He leads Barry and Brenton upstairs. Ian looks at theo as he keeps smiling
Ian: what?
Theo: first time you told someone in the pack that we're together
Ian: and it won't be the last. I promise
He smiles and theo nods and looks overwhelmed by how good Ian is treating him

Peter: it's called muscle memory. Now sometimes anger and sadness and an adrenaline rush will trigger the shift but your muscles can too...and You've got plenty
Evan rolls his eyes as Peter grabs his hands.
Peter: close your eyes
Evan frowns
Peter: trust me
Evan chuckles
Evan: that'll be the day
Evan sighs and closes his eyes. Peter makes him close his fists and then Peter Starts rubbing his arms
Peter: just feel the power inside of you. Remember what it feels like in your veins the second before the flames appear?

Suddenly Peter moves his hands as flames appear on Evans hands and he opens his eyes as his eyes are flame colored.
Peter: good....now close your eyes and think about the relief you feel when you lose control but the flames finally go away and you're human once again. Remember what that feels like?
Evan nods and suddenly his eyes go back to normal and the flames go away
Peter: now remember the flames
Evans eyes suddenly turn into flames again and fire swoops around his body as Peter looks at him in amazement

Evan blinks and the flames leave and his eyes go back to green as Peter smirks

He collects the gooey liquid and puts it in the vial

She hears Allison calling her from the hallway so Lydia gets up and starts walking out but she hears a thud behind her. Lydia turns around and sees a book on the floor. She walks over and picks it up. Lydia frowns as its a book titled The Dread Doctors.

She turns around and sees Allison

One of the doctors then starts pulling out Toby's teeth as he screams loudly and bleeds everywhere. Suddenly vampire fangs grow out and the other doctor pours blood into Toby's open mouth making his eyes glow black and claws come out of his fingers.
Toby snaps out of it as Lydia looks at him

Another arrow hits Toby right in the shoulder and he drops tyler as Alex, Chris and Daryl pull out guns and riddle Toby with bullets. Allison runs over to Lydia and leads her away from the fighting. Toby is about to step off the stands to go towards everyone as he shrieks again. Tyler, whom is laying on one of the stands with blood pouring out his neck pulls out his gun and shoots Toby numerous times in the knee. Toby yells out in pain and falls onto the ground. That's when Tyler pulls out a knife and jumps Ontop of Toby and starts stabbing at his chest over and over again as Toby coughs up blood and kicks his legs around. Tyler yells like a maniac as everyone watches the attack. Tyler then lifts the knife all the way up and drives it down right through Toby's forehead killing him instantly as Lydia looks away and sobs. Tyler stands up covered in blood from head to toe as he holds the wound on his neck
Tyler: guys....I don't feel so good
Tyler suddenly collapses on the ice as Chris runs over to him. Alex looks at Lydia crying in Allison's arms and shakes his head. He walks over to the stands and looks down as he picks something up. Alex raises an eyebrow as he looks at the Dread Doctors novel

Suddenly Ethan howls as he goes faster and faster then cums. Aiden does the same right as Derek walks into the loft looking angrier than ever. Liam and the twins quickly fumble around to get their clothes on
Aiden: Derek....you ok?
Derek: where's my brother?
Ethan: Jackson and Barry went out to some bar

Liam: he's upstairs with Theo. please don't tell Peter about this
Derek: IAN!!!!!!!
Derek roars loudly as the entire loft shakes and lightning flashes can be seen coming through the windows from outside as it rains and the lights flicker. Ian suddenly appears on the steps in just his boxers as he frowns
Ian: what?
Derek: where's theo?
Ian: for the last fucking time Derek leave him alone
Ian walks down the steps and gets in Derek's face
Ian: he hasn't done anything to you and he makes me happy ok? Happier than I've ever been
Derek: happier than drew
Ian glares at Derek
Ian: fuck you...fuck you for ever saying that
He pushes Derek
Liam: guys stop....
Aiden grabs Liam
Aiden: just stay out of it
Ian: what's your problem with him Derek? Huh? Is it because he's strong and possibly stronger than you? Is it because Evan doesn't make you happy anymore? WHAT IS IT?!
Derek: HES DEUCALION'S SON!!!!
Everyone gets quiet. The twins look at each other with confused faces
Ian: what?
Derek: Theo Raeken is Deucalion's biological son. Deucalion the alpha of the alpha pack
Ian: I know who he is....I don't believe you
?: he's right
Theo walks downstairs and looks at Ian then at Derek
Theo: Deucalion was my father
Ian: why would you keep that from me?
Theo: because I knew it would cause issues. I came here to join this pack not be the cause of why it falls apart. My father was in my life for just a few years then he left my mother and I after his alpha pack idea came to mind...he abandoned me and I hate him for it. I'm not my father but I do understand why it's an issue for you Derek
Derek: you don't understand shit
Derek roars and grabs Theo then throws him across the room. Theo hits the kitchen table hard and tips it over. Ian roars super loud at Derek and wolfs out
Derek: you don't want any of this Ian
Derek walks towards theo with his eyes glowing red as theo crawls backwards to get away from Derek. Suddenly Ian grabs Derek and spins him around then slashes him across the stomach. Derek gasps and looks down as everyone else looks shocked. Derek then uppercuts Ian then grabs him by the neck and lifts him off his feet
Derek: you're gonna turn your back on your pack just because you found a nice piece of ass
Ian: YOU DONT KNOW SHIT!
Brenton is shown standing on the stairs in complete shock as he records everything with his cell phone.
Ian kicks Derek in the chest and drops down to his feet. He spins around and leg sweeps Derek knocking him onto his back. Ian gets Ontop of Derek and growls loudly in his face. Derek rolls over so he's Ontop and roars even louder in Ian's face. Theo runs over to them
Theo: you guys are brothers! STOP!
Theo grabs Derek in a non violent way but Derek roars and slashes theo across the arm which sets Ian off. Ian headbutts Derek knocking Derek off of him then Ian stands up and roars super loud at Derek as Ian's eyes go from yellow to red. Derek sees this and looks shocked
Derek: Ian....
Ian blinks several times then suddenly the lights go out and the only thing that lights up the room is the Lightning from outside
Liam: GUYS! what's happening?
Suddenly the door to the loft opens and the mechanical sound of the doctors is heard as the 3 Dread Doctors walk into the loft and look around
Liam: who is that?!
Theo freaks out and starts sobbing as he falls onto the floor
Theo: it's them! It's the doctors! They followed me here
Ian looks at theo then growls at the doctors as they stroll into the loft. They glitch with every single step they take. Liam hides behind the twins as he looks terrified. The doctors stop in the middle of the room and look at everyone. Derek suddenly roars
Theo: DEREK NO!!!!!!
Derek runs at the surgeon and goes to punch him. The surgeon grabs Derek's hand and Derek's eyes go wide and he yells in pain as the surgeon starts crushing Derek's fist then suddenly he sends an electrical current through his gloved hand and shocks Derek. Derek yells in pain as he's electrocuted and falls onto the ground. The doctors look at theo as he cowers on the floor and looks traumatized
Theo: please....no more
Surgeon: True Alpha
The doctors turn their heads away from theo and look right at Ian
Theo: NO NOT HIM! ME! YOU WANT ME!!!!!!!
Ian growls and is in a fighting stance as the 3 doctors walk towards him. Derek lays on the ground twitching from the electrical shock as he reaches his hand out towards Ian. Suddenly theo roars and jumps into the air kicking one of the doctors in the chest. One of the other doctors grabs theo's head with both hands and gets in theo's face
Doctor: your trial is over
The doctor throws theo across the room. Liam roars as he runs at the doctors. One of them throws mountain ash in his face and Liam falls onto the floor and starts crying and kicking his legs around.
Ian: you want me? Take me but don't hurt anyone else
The doctors crowd around Ian and the surgeon reaches out to grab him but a loud roar is heard followed by the sound of extremely heavy footsteps. The doctors turn around as the twins have morphed into the super alpha and it runs at them. Suddenly the three doctors disappear on thin air and the super alpha stops right infront of Ian and makes eye contact with him. Just the surgeon reappears behind the super alpha and takes the bottom off of his cane and shows off a long pointy needle. He lifts up the cane and Rams it into the back of the super alpha's head like a spear. The super alpha gasps and so does Ian
Ian: NO!!!!!!!
the surgeon pulls the cane out and the super alpha's body collapses to the floor. Ian looks as the surgeon has now disappeared and the lights are back on.
Ian: ETHAN! AIDEN!!! Someone help me!
The twins bodies separate on the ground but they both lay there still as they have holes in their heads and lay in a pool of blood. Theo walks over and consoles Ian as he starts sobbing over their bodies
Suddenly the door to the loft run in as Stiles and Isaac run into the loft
Stiles: DEREK!
Stiles kneels down next to Derek and helps him up as his body still shakes from the electricity
Ian: Isaac don't! Stay back please
Isaac walks into the room and his lip quivers as he sees the twins lying on the floor
Isaac: no...this...not them....oh god fuck!!!!!
Isaac falls onto the ground and starts sobbing loudly as stiles and Derek grab him and hold onto him.
Liam sniffles as he sees everyone crying over the twins. He looks at the stairs and frowns when he sees a light on the step. Liam walks up the stairs and picks up Brenton's phone and looks at it. Liam gasps as there's a video playing that shows Brenton recording Ian and Derek fighting. Suddenly right after the doctors teleport, two of the doctors appear Infront of him on the steps and grab him as Brenton screams then the phone drops on the ground. Liam looks as Barry and Jackson walk into the loft looking shocked at the scene
Barry: what happened?
Liam looks at the phone then at Barry as he has a sad and worried look on his face
Ryan and Chris Argent are shown standing in a hallway in the argent mansion
Ryan: you think he'll be ok
Chris: he didn't bleed out. So don't worry your brother is gonna be fine, he's tougher than he looks
Chris chuckles then hugs Ryan. Ryan smiles but Chris has a worried look on his face
Alex is shown laying in bed as he reads the dread doctors novel and raises an eyebrow. Daryl walks out the bathroom naked and lays next to Alex
Daryl: normally every night I walk out that bathroom naked you're on your back with your legs wide open slapping your hole saying "come fuck this boy pussy daddy" please tell me that tradition ain't dead?
Alex looks at Daryl
Daryl: no one got killed
Alex: yeah except a high school kid that was forced into becoming a supernatural creature
Daryl: he's the second chimera. Who the hell is doing this?
Alex: what's happening...it happens in this book
Alex shows Daryl the book and Daryl rubs the cover and frowns
Daryl: the dread doctors
Alex: I know it sounds crazy but....this book. It's about three mad scientists that go to a town and start turning kids into crazy beasts and experiments in hopes of creating the one true being. These scientists manipulated the supernatural by using science. I know it sounds insane comparing a book I found on the ground to real life events but it's so similar
Daryl: wanna hear something even crazier?
Alex: what?
Daryl gets up and walks over to the dresser drawer and digs through a few things. He pulls out a box and opens it. Alex gulps and looks terrified when Daryl pulls out another copy of the Book
Daryl: Martinez had the same book....I stole it from him and some other shit before we left that camp. Martinez....had...the same fucking book
Daryl and Alex look at each other as they both look terrified
Tyler is shown standing in his bathroom as he cries and sniffles. He suddenly coughs and pukes up into the sink nothing but blood. Tyler turns on the water and breathes heavily as he watches the water go down the drain. Tyler then gasps as he looks at his hands gripping the sink and he has claws. Tyler looks in the mirror and his eyes are red, he opens his mouth and he now has vampire fangs
Tyler: God help me
Tyler suddenly punches the mirror then he disappears and teleports into the bathtub. Tyler just lies there as he starts sobbing
A dimly lit room is shown as someone can be heard screaming out in pain. Brenton is shown strapped to a chair as the 3 doctors stand around him
Brenton: STOP!!!! BARRY!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!
One of the doctors grabs Brenton's arms and forces him to stretch them out as the other 2 doctors hold long needles and smash them into Brenton's palms and inject some kind of silver fluid as Brenton starts screaming. The surgeon then starts pulling out his teeth as Brenton kicks around and spits up blood. He suddenly balls up his fists and blood pours onto the ground from his hands. He opens his hands and a round mouth with numerous razor sharp teeth appears on his palm. Suddenly Brenton's eyes glow white and he has razor sharp teeth as he lets out a loud shriek
Surgeon: Commencing Part 3 of the Beacon Hills Trials. Condition is promising

Derek is shown talking to Ian as they stand at the ruins of the hale house
Derek: do you even know who you are? Who you're meant to be?
Ian: I don't care...I want theo in the pack
Derek: why do you care so much about him?
Ian: I care about our survival. He dealt with these doctors before, he can help us
Derek: he ran from them....and he brought them here
Ian: they would've came eventually. They always come here
Lydia is shown crying as she and Evan sit at a table
Lydia: they weren't the last ones....Aiden and Ethan
Evan: is someone else going to die?
Lydia nods
Lydia: tonight
Fast paced music plays as Evan is shown holding Lydia and covering her mouth as they hide behind a truck. Evan breathes heavily and looks back as the dread doctors can be seen walking across a parking lot dragging a body.
Ella runs through the woods as she's covered in blood. Stefan appears out of nowhere and grabs her
Stefan: be quiet if you want to live
She looks at him and nods
Tyler is shown laying in a bath tub filled with blood as he whistles while staring at his claws
Alex and Daryl are shown looking at the dread doctors book
Daryl: after the shit with those zombies and juice and reality getting fixed. What if Martinez didn't stay dead like a lot of your friends?
Alex: he didn't...
Daryl: then I think it's time we pay our old friend a visit and ask him about this book
Alex: trip to Mexico?
Alex and Daryl are shown shooting In a nightclub as people run around and scream. They both take cover as men shoot at them from a balcony on the second floor of the club
Lydia's loud scream can be heard as several explosions are shown followed by someone hitting a button and all the doors in eichen house opening up.
Jackson is shown tied to a chair as Brenton stands behind him. Brenton grabs the sides of Jackson's face and Jackson screams loudly as blood pours onto his shirt
Liam is shown laying naked in bed with Peter
Liam: I found out something...about Theo like you asked
Peter: what?
Liam: his father's name: Deucalion
Peter's eyes go wide
Derek, Stiles, Ian, and Theo are shown walking down the halls of Eichen house together
Theo: I don't think I'm ready for this
He grabs Ian's hand tightly
A different scene shows Ian, stiles and Derek standing outside of a glass room as Theo sits in the room Infront of Deucalion as Deucalion is also in a chair with a straight jacket on as he wears his signature shades.
Theo: dad....
Deucalion: you didn't come here to see me
Theo: its been years. I didn't even know you were still alive
Deucalion: they're here aren't they? The Dread Doctors. And you came to find out more about them
Ominous music plays as the lights flicker and the dread doctors stand behind Deucalion
