Not much is known about the doctors yet besides that they're a group of scientists that are doing experiments in Beacon Hills on supernatural creatures. The doctors have a group of trained killers they use to go out and hunt the supernatural down and capture them, they're called The Reapers. The Reapers wear gas masks because of a mass experiment the doctors did on them to protect them against the super natural that went horribly wrong
