It's not about getting rid of the supernatural it's about getting rid if any threats that can cause any problems for him when it comes to his master plan. Trust me it'll make sense...

Ok, makes sense about him eliminating the threats standing in his way, but his own sons? How come he cares about Danny, but not the twins?

Because Danny is way more powerful than them. Peter actually wants to do to Danny what Deucalion did to his betas. Peter wants to kill Danny to become more powerful. Danny isn't his beta but his still someone with a deep connection to Peter, killing him would make Peter way stronger same goes if Peter kills Liam. It's all about power and getting rid of any competition. Basically every relationship he's had, Chris...Danny...being nice. Has been fake

I wanna actually keep Riley, he's way too cute to kill & I don't wanna torture Derek anymore lol as for Madison I think I'm gonna kill her off soon, it'll be a way to get Scott closer to Isaac
