It's nighttime and an entire city reduced to rubble is shown as the wing blows dust and ashes around. A sign is shown hanging upside down as it reads WELCOME TO BEACON HILLS
The scene then shows the high school as half the building is destroyed. Inside a dark hallway is shown. Suddenly someone throws a flare down the hall and the entire area lights up in a red glow. Braeden walks into the hallway carrying her shotgun as 6 of the Calaveras follow her.
Calavera: what the hell happened to this place?
Braeden: Araya really doesn't tell you guys anything does she? A virus broke out over a year ago and the military wanted to contain it so they dropped a bomb on the entire town. A lot of people died. Luckily for us the school is still somewhat standing....the school also happens to be the only entrance into the hale vault
They walk down some stairs and then into the basement of the school
Calavera: I thought only a hale can open the vault
Braeden: so can some c4
They then turn a corner and stand infront of a concrete portion of the wall
Calavera: this is it?
Braeden nods then reaches into a bag and sticks 4 packs of C4 explosives onto the cement
Braeden: GET BACK!
They all run back as the explosives go off and the cement door is reduced to rubble. Braeden walks to the opening and looks inside
Braeden: holy shit
They all step into the huge vault as there's books everywhere, jars with strange things, skeletons of strange creatures
Braeden: don't touch anything
Braeden goes up to a desk and looks around. One of the Calaveras touches the skeleton of a Kanima and it crumbles to the ground
Braeden: I SAID DONT TOUCH ANYTHING!
Braeden snaps and the hunter just looks down. Braeden looks back at the desk and picks up a book
Braeden: so this is what that old bitch Araya wants so bad
The front of the large black book reads: THE HALE BESTIARY
It's still the same night and a large hospital is shown. The sign on the front of the hospital reads: CRESCENT PEAK MEMORIAL HOSPITAL. The scene goes to the lobby as Deaton and morell walk in and look around
Morell: are you sure they came here?
Deaton: positive
Deaton walks up to a nurse
Deaton: excuse me miss...where's your blood bank?
Nurse: sorry but that's confidential into
Deaton puts his hand on her shoulder and looks deep into her eyes
Deaton: tell me....please
The nurse gets lost in his eyes almost as if she's in a sort of trance
Nurse: umm...it's down that hall and last door on the right
Deaton: thank you
Deaton and morell walk down the hall
Morell: get ready
Deaton: trust me I am..just Trying to figure out why they would go through the Hassle of breaking into the hospital's blood bank. When they've been on a wild feeding frenzy for human flesh
Morell: well I prefer to stab first then ask questions
Morell smirks as they stop infront of a door.
Deaton: whatever you do, don't get bit
Morell rolls her eyes as Deaton pulls a long steel baton out his coat. Morell kicks the door open and inside there's 3 men with glowing red eyes. All three of them are on their knees and holding bags of blood up to their mouths as they drink them
Morell: vampires
The vampires shriek at them and show off their fangs
Deaton: sorry boys, dinner time is over.
One of the vampires disappears then reappears behind Deaton. Deaton elbows the vampire in the face then spins around and hits him in the knee with his baton making the vampire fall onto his knees. Deaton then kicks him hard in the face. Morell jumps and roundhouse kicks one vampire then blows mountain ash into the eyes of the third. The vampire shrieks then morell puts him in a headlock. The vampire scratches her arm hard making her gasp and fall onto one knee as blood trickles down her arm. 2 of the vampires sniff the air then run at morell. One coming from the right and one from the left. Morell suddenly pulls 2 wooden stakes out of her leather jacket and stands up and jams them into the hearts of the vampires. The vampires shriek loudly then erupt into clouds of ash. The third vampire tries to get away but Deaton snaps his fingers and a circle of mountain ash appears around the vampire and it stops as it breathes heavily
Vampire: please....we were just so hungry!
Morell: hungry enough to slaughter a bunch of high school kids on a bus?
Deaton: hungry enough to kill everyone at the mystic falls radio station?
Vampire: what?! No...you think we did that?! We never hurt anyone! All we do is break into blood banks...that's the only way we feed. We're not killers
Deaton and morell look at each other
Vampire: we want blood not flesh...whatever the hell did that. Is further from humanity than us vampires
Morell sighs and breaks the mountain ash circle
Morell: you're free to go
Morell and Deaton turn to leave
Vampire: you killed my brothers!
The vampire leaps at morell, she spins around and jams the stake into his chest and he erupts into ashes. Morell then turns and looks at her brother
Morell: what?
Deaton: you've still got it
Morell: and you're losing it. You swore that these vampires were behind it
Deaton: it was an educated guess.
Morell: what do we do now?
Deaton: we pay the stranger a visit
Morell nods and walks out the room with Deaton. They walk down a hallway then they both frown as they hear screams coming from the lobby. Deaton and morell run into the lobby then stop as the lights are flickering and everyone in the lobby is dead and their body parts are all over the place and there's blood everywhere. The two emissaries look at each other and gulp

Danny is shown laying on a concrete floor. A bright orange glow is casted over him as smoke blows around and the sound of screams can be heard. Danny blinks several times and starts coughing. Danny sits up and looks as he's in a large room with a fire on the ceiling. Danny sees several children on one side of the room crying in a corner. Talia hale is shown and runs over to Danny
Talia: PETER! WE HAVE TO GET THE CHILDREN OUT OF HERE! PETER!
Danny frowns as his aunt looks at him and he frowns
Danny: Peter?! I'm not...I'm not Peter
Talia: PETER!
Suddenly Danny jumps back as the room collapses between them. Danny then looks back and sees Cora and Ian climbing out a window with bars on it. Danny runs over and grabs the bars but the space is too tiny
Danny: HEY!!! HELP!!!! HELP!!!!!
Danny sees Cora and Ian running off into the woods, he then looks to the left and sees Kate standing by the house with a grin as her hunters stand behind her
Danny: HELP!!!!
The entire basement collapses and fills with fire. Danny grips the bars and screams as he's engulfed in flames
Danny then opens his eyes and is breathing heavily and letting out small cries of terror as he's covered in sweat and laying in bed. Evan wakes up next to him and starts shaking Danny
Evan: babe! Babe! Danny? Hey!
Danny keeps crying in his sleep
Evan: DANIEL!!
Danny opens his eyes and looks at his boyfriend
Evan: it's okay...it was just a dream
Danny hugs Evan tightly

Derek sits up and looks as riley isn't in bed. Derek runs out the room in his boxers and follows the screams downstairs. Derek stops as he sees Stiles screaming as Liam beats him at a video game. Derek looks as Isaac, Brett, Stefan, and Ella are also sitting on the couches

Derek: where's Riley?
Stiles screams again and Derek growls and stands infront of the tv

Stiles stands up and Derek growls loud making Liam and Brett whimper

Alex Argent is shown driving his car as Lydia sits next to him. Lydia has a serious expression on his face
Lydia: okay so I guess I'm gonna be the one to break the ice then. I was upstairs waiting to have some alone time with you then you burst into the room and say we have to hunt down your dad. What the hell is going on?
Alex: I saw my dad loading his car up full of weapons...Like enough to take down an army

They stop at a red light and Lydia stops talking as she just stares out the window and looks at the glowing red light

Lydia hears sirens but looks around and sees no kind of emergency vehicle.

Lydia breathes heavily as the sirens get louder and louder then she suddenly screams extremely loud. Alex covers his ears, Lydia stops and starts hearing whispers

Alex grabs her hand and looks at her

Deputy Blake is shown sitting at a computer in the police station. Blake stares off out the nearby window and has a flashback
Blake appears to be a bit younger and walks through the woods at night. He stops infront if a tree trunk, someone walks out from behind him and it's Jennifer Blake

Jennifer: not murders...sacrifices. These people are doing a great deed by loaning their power and energy to me so I can defeat the alphas. Don't you get it...a dozen people die so that hundreds if not thousands more can live. But I can't do it alone...

Blake: we're meant to be advisors to the packs...not ritualistic murderers.
Jennifer: just like the other supernatural creatures we adapt to our surroundings. Things here in beacon hills went to hell so I'm adapting and doing whatever it takes to survive and save everyone else that they're after but I cannot do this alone. Don't you remember how someone becomes an emissary
Blake: I remember it doesn't just happen randomly
Jennifer: it actually somewhat does....every generation a cluster of emissaries are born across the world. Some say it was Lycaon's doing...that he made sure that every generation of werewolves will have an emissary there to help them. The most interesting thing is that every emissary has a brother or sister that is also one...it's a strange pattern. You and I....Deaton and Morell
Blake: The Stilinski boy?
Jennifer: once he finds out that he has a sister, yes. It's a pattern....and each group of siblings has a job and that's to protect the packs and to also protect humanity by any means necessary. What I'm doing may be evil...but it's a necessary evil
She smirks
Blake: it's not right
Jennifer: and are you gonna stop me? You're an emissary...the alphas are gonna involve you in this anyways
Blake looks down
Blake: they can't involve me if I'm no longer living in Beacon Hills
Blake walks away as Jennifer sighs

Deputy blake walks away into the darkness as Jennifer frowns
Deputy Blake snaps out of the flashback and wipes away some tears as he tries to pull himself together. Blake then pulls out his cell phone and looks at it. The phone reads NO SIGNAL
Blake: what the hell?
Blake picks up the landline phone and puts it up to his ear
Blake: phone lines are down
He walks out his office and looks at the several cops that are walking around and at computers
Blake: anyone else having issues with the phone lines?
Officer: phone lines are down...so is cell service and even the damn internet
Blake: is it the whole county?
Officer: just the city from the looks of it
Loud laughing can be heard coming from the jail fella as Blake frowns and follows the noise. Blake stops infront of the cell that belongs to the Stranger
Blake: what's so funny?
Stranger: No phones....no internet...the poor little city boy is cut off from the outside world. No way to call for help
Blake: this is the only help I need
He points to the gun on his waist
Stranger: that won't save you..just accept your fate like I have
Blake: save me from what?!
Stranger: something worse than death...something out of the pages of a horror novel...
Blake frowns
Blake: something evil is coming?
Stranger: An ancient Evil....and it's already here

Downtown mystic falls is shown then the scene shows a nightclub packed full of people, most of which are shirtless guys. James is shown walking through the crowd as several guys smirk at him and try to touch him. James just chuckles and finally reaches the bar. James just nods his head to the music until the bartender walks up to him
Bartender: what can I get you?
James: uhhhh 2 long islands please
The bartender nods and goes to make the drinks. Suddenly a random blonde guy walks up to James
Blonde: damn you're hot
The blonde rubs James' chest and James nervously smiles and blushes
James: thanks..but um I...
?: he has a boyfriend
The blonde turns around as Hiro stands there looking intimidating. The blonde nervously runs away and James gets Hiro a look
James: you didn't have to do that

He grabs James and makes him look across the club at Zane as Zane playfully dances with Scott and Eddie
Hiro: you see that?

He points and James notices the dozens of guys just staring at Zane

James jumps then sniffs the air and smiles, he turns around as Zane stands there

The DJ presses a button and the music gets way louder and more upbeat as lasers shoot across the club and the strobe lights shoot out all kinds of colors. The entire crowd is dancing and jumping up and down. Scott and Eddie are both shirtless as they're making out in the middle of the crowd. Ian jumps up and down and ends up right next to them, he stops and looks at them for a moment
Ian: wow
Eddie looks at Ian and smiles
Eddie: you okay?
Ian: yeah....actually way more than okay. Surprised that I'm actually having the time of my life at a gay club. I just kind of wish Derek came with us
Scott: don't worry...if Derek came it would either be an amazing night or him just sulking in the corner. Takes me back to the two Derek's theory
Ian: the what?
Scott: my 2 Derek's theory. There's 2 Derek's....The extremely happy, loving, fun, big brother type of Derek or the grumpy Derek that hates everyone and everything
Ian: well the Derek I remember was just one kind of way....he loved everyone and everyone loved him. I don't know half of what he's been through since the fire I'm just shocked that he's still normal and living a somewhat normal life...I don't know how he does it...I don't know how any of you do it
Eddie: we lost a lot of people and lost even more hope. But we all keep fighting because we still have something worth fighting for
He looks at Scott and Scott smiles
Ian: yeah well I have a few things worth running away from. Like finding out my entire life was a lie
Scott rubs Ian's shoulder
Scott; hey it's gonna be alright...we're all gonna help you through this and atleast you're with your big brother again.
Eddie: yeah Derek told us to watch you...and that consists of making sure you're having fun
Ian smiles as Scott and Eddie start dancing. Ian then looks to his right and sees a shirtless Drew dancing with riley. Ian just stares at Drew's tan and muscular body. Ian then blushes and nearly dies from embarrassment when Drew looks right at him and just smiles
Ian: say something Ian...go over there and say something
Ian growls and walks over to Drew. Riley notices and just smiles and dances on his own.
Ian: hey drew...happy birthday man
Drew smiles brightly
Drew; thanks Ian...I'm really happy you decided to come out to a gay club
Drew chuckles and Ian looks nervous but just laughs it off then a smirk comes across his face
Ian: could be a club full of assassins...I'd still come here to celebrate your birthday
Drew: you really have been hanging around stiles a lot haven't you?
Ian laughs
Ian: so uhhh...do you wanna dance?
Drew: you wanna dance with me? Instead of Erica whom happens to be all over you

starts playing as Ian takes his shirt off. Drew smiles as Ian gets super close to him and starts dancing. Drew puts his hands on Ian's hips and looks deep into his eyes as they dance to the music. Ian gets lost in Drew's eyes and the two lean in for a kiss. Suddenly a growling sound can be heard and Ian snaps out of it and looks to his right. Erica is standing next to riley and growling at Ian
Ian: Erica...let me explain!
Erica rolls her eyes and rushes out the club. Ian puts his shirt on and runs after her. Drew let's out a growl as he walks over to riley
Riley: whoa...you and Derek's brother. That was really hot....there was something there
Drew: well whatever it was doesn't matter anymore. I swear I should just turn asexual
Erica walks out the club with her arms crossed. Ian runs up and grabs her hand spinning her around
Erica: leave me alone
Ian: Erica please! Drew is just a friend...I'm not gay
Erica: funny...Isaac said the exact same thing when we were dating
Ian: you dated Isaac?
Erica: yeah...right after your brother turned me. I was apart of Derek's little experiment...I was one of his first betas, I met Isaac and we hit it right off.....we even got engaged and I got pregnant
Ian looks shocked
Ian: where's the baby?
Erica looks down
Erica: dead....I was attacked by vampires and the baby didn't survive. Shortly after I was killed by a pack of psychotic alphas.
Ian: Erica I'm sorry but what does any of that have to do with me...with us?
Erica: because you remind me so much of Isaac
Ian: I do care about you
Erica: but do you wanna be with me?
Ian: I...I don't know. Erica, I just found out my whole life was a lie...I just got reunited with my brother...I'm still trying to grasp exactly what's going on. A relationship isn't something I can even consider right now
Erica: so all that time we spent together on the beach? The night you fucked me in my room...none of that meant anything?
Ian holds her hands
Ian: it meant the world to me...it really did. I just wanna take things slow
Erica: or you wanna see if you can make something happen with someone else...Like Drew
Erica walks away and Ian follows her, she quickly stops and shoves him back
Erica: I'm gonna walk home...just give me some room ok?
Ian sighs and nods then watches Erica walk away. He walks back into the club and sees Riley and Drew.
Riley: where's Erica?
Drew: everything ok?
Ian: she wanted to walk home by herself....she's kinda pissed at me
Drew: just because we danced?
Ian: because she thinks I don't like her as much as she likes me
Riley: well do you?
Ian looks at Drew for a moment
Ian: I can't answer that...not yet anyways
Riley: maybe you just need a sign
Suddenly the music cuts off and the lights go out as everyone in the club starts booing.

Lydia is shown sleeping in the front passenger seat of Alex's car. She opens her eyes and looks as Alex is gone
Lydia: Alex? Babe?!
She gasps and sits up and gets out the car. Lydia sees a sign that says WELCOME TO CRESCENT PEAK. Further down the road she can see dark buildings of what looks like a giant ghost town. Lydia turns around and sees Alex getting a gun out the trunk of the car
Alex: you're awake
Lydia walks over and hugs him
Lydia: where are we?
Alex: Just 20 miles from mystic falls...this place is called Crescent Peak.
Lydia: you think your father is here?
Alex: the beacon I placed on his car ends here.
Lydia: let's drive into town and see if we can find him.
Alex: no..I want you to stay in the car. I'm gonna go into town and see if I can find him.
Lydia: no we're not separating
Alex: do you see that?
He points towards the dark town
Lydia: a power outage?
Alex: yeah or maybe it's just meant to look that way. Something isn't right here...I'll be back
Alex starts walking down the street towards the town. Lydia grabs a handgun out the car and runs up beside Alex and he rolls his eyes

Lydia: Im coming with and you can't stop me.
Alex: fine...just if anything happens. Run and don't look back
Lydia: trust me by now I'm a pro at running in heels
They walk down a street that goes into the center of the town.
Lydia: where the hell is everybody?
Alex looks around and grips his gun tighter

Alex chuckles and they walk infront of alley way. Suddenly someone grabs both of them and pull them into the alley. Alex and Lydia gasp and try to fight back but stop as they realize it's Chris Argent. Alex looks as his father looks frightened and has some blood on his forehead
Alex: dad..what the hell is goi-
Chris: SHHH!!! They'll hear you
Lydia: who?
Chris: I don't know what they are....

Argent's house is shown then the scene goes inside as Derek and Stiles stand infront of the tv and both are really into a video game as they face each other. Isaac, Stefan, Ella, Brett, and Liam sit on the couches and watch them
Brett: will you two stop flirting and pass the controller to someone else?
Stiles: I'm sorry Derek did you hear that? Sounded like a rookie trying to speak up
Derek looks at stiles and laughs suddenly the power goes out

The neighborhood they live in is large and the houses are far apart, Argent's house is on a hill where the back part overlooks the beach and the front part overlooks a portion of the small city. Liam frowns and runs back inside

They all run out onto the driveway and look towards the city as it's blacked out. A few screams can be heard followed by the sound of someone shooting a gun

Blake: since tonight...I need some of you to stay here with me to see if we can reach anyone. I need the rest of you to get into your cruisers and get on the loud speakers. Drive through the city and tell everyone to stay inside during this blackout and that the situation is under control
Cop: it's a Saturday night...do you realize how many people are out?
Blake: you're the police...they'll listen to you. Ramirez and Coleman...
The 2 officers look at him

Blake: I need you two to drive out to the next town over
Coleman: you mean crescent peak?
Blake nods
Blake: we need another jurisdiction to know about our situation here. So get on it gentlemen and be careful. The darkness tends to bring out the worst in people
The officers nod and start heading out. Blake let's out a sigh of relief as very dim lights turn on in the station
Blake: thank god for back up generators
Blake smiles and walks towards the jail cells and looks at all the criminals as most of them are sleeping. Blake's radio that is attached to his waistband goes off and he grabs it

Suddenly Blake leans his back against a jail cell. An arm goes out from the bars and puts Blake in a chokehold. Blake gasps and drops the radio

The stranger laughs as he chokes Blake. Blake tries to reach for his gun then instead he grabs ahold of the strangers forearm and squeezes it. The stranger yells out in pain and let's go of Blake and falls back in his cell

Blake coughs then picks up the radio
Blake:I'm ok...the bum tried to choke me out

Blake: just stay at Argent's
Evan: Derek's brother and half the pack are still downtown...we're coming
Blake sighs and looks at the stranger as he looks at his forearm in shock as red marks on his arm make a symbol

Blake sighs and looks at the stranger
Blake: and you're someone that needs to talk right now. Is something bad about to happen?
The stranger walks up to the bars
Stranger: are you a good Druid....the type that runs with wolves. Or the bad kind? The kind that loves the three food death.

The stranger laughs
Stranger: if I were you I'd get out of this town as quickly as possible. They're already here and they love your kind oh boy do they love you emissaries. They think you all can tell the future and bring people back from the dead

The stranger chuckles
Stranger: if I told you it would ruin the surprise
Blake: DAMMIT JUST TELL ME!!!
Suddenly is heard and Blake pulls his gun out and so does all the officers still remaining in the station
Cop: BLAKE WHAT THE HELL IS THAT SOUND?!
Stranger: it's their call....their call that it's time to feed
Suddenly something falls through the ceiling and jumps onto of the officer. Everyone looks in for horror as what appears to be a person dressed in all black with razor sharp black claws bites down on the officers neck and literally starts eating him. The other officers hell and shoot at the mysterious figure. It let's out a shriek and jumps back up into the hole in the ceiling it came from. Blake looks at the stranger
Blake: what was that?!
Stranger: let me out and I'll tell you
Blake thinks then sighs and opens the jail cell. The stranger steps out then grabs Blake and pushes him into the cell and locks it. Blake runs up to the hard
Blake: HEY!!
Stranger: the other Druids won't talk but I've got a feeling you might. Their leader wants to know where the nemeton is....if you tell him then it's all over. So while the frenzy is happening I need you to keep your ass hidden
Blake: what frenzy?
The shrieking sound is heard again and Blake gasps
Stranger: HIDE!!!
Blake looks around and slides underneath the bunk bed with his gun in hand. He closes his eyes and all he hears is the officers screaming extremely loud and gunfire. Suddenly he looks and sees something tackling the stranger to the ground as he let's out a loud scream. Blake gasps and hears what sounds like people talking in an unknown language. 
Walk past as their jagged claws are dripping with blood and their razor sharp teeth snap open and shut as they sniff the area. Blake looks as one of the creatures rips off the bars of the cell across from his, the inmate screams as the red headed woman standing infront of him opens her mouth and shows off her teeth then pounces ontop of him and chews on his neck. Blake then sees the older creature grabbing the stranger by the neck and lifting him off his feet
Stranger: I did what you asked me to do!!! Now you have to turn me! Keep your promise Marlow
Marlow grins and chuckles
Marlow: I'll say this in English so you understand....you did your part. You disrupted the communications of this city...provided us with tons of food. But you didn't find us a Druid. We had to hunt through another town just to find 2. You failed me
Stranger: No! No!
Marlow: then where are the Druids?
The stranger gulps and looks towards where Blake is hiding. The stranger looks at Marlow
Stranger: I don't know
Marlow growls and rams his claws right into the stranger's stomach. The stranger gasps and collapses onto the floor as Marlow licks the blood off his claws

He let's out a shriek and walks away as the other creatures follow him

Santana is shown laying in her bed in her mother's large house. Santana turns onto her side and looks at a picture on the nightstand of her and Allison. Santana sighs as a single tear slides down her face then suddenly a bang followed by glass breaking can be heard coming from downstairs. Santana jumps up and walks downstairs. She tries to turn on a light but he power is out. Santana stops in her tracks in the living room as she hears a strange growling sound. Santana turns around and looks as 
Is standing right next to a broke window. Santana stares at the creatures razor sharp teeth, claws and pitch black eyes
Santana: I don't know who you are but if you don't get out my house I'm gonna call the cops!
The creature shrieks at Santana and she turns and starts running as it chases her. Santana runs up her stairs and the creature jumps and grabs her ankle. Santana screams and looks back and kicks it right in the face. Santana gets up and runs into her bedroom. The creature walks into the room and Santana stands by the window as she holds a crossbow in her hand. The creature shrieks and Santana shoots the arrow and it goes right into it's shoulder. The creature shrieks and falls onto the ground. Santana grabs a dumbbell off the ground and uses it to break her window. She gasps as the creature runs at her. Santana jumps out the window and lands in a bush. She quickly rolls out the bushes and runs to the driveway and gets into her car as she cries
Santana: where the fuck is it?!
Santana looks around and finds the spare key and starts up the car
Santana: yes!!
Santana then screams as the creature runs at her car and jumps onto the hood and punches it's fist right through the windshield. Santana quickly reverses then speeds down the street as the creature keeps slamming it's fists onto the glass. Santana then suddenly slams on the brakes and the creature falls onto the road infront of the car and shrieks in pain
Santana: die you son of a bitch!
Santana speeds and runs over the creature. She stops and looks throwing the rear view mirror as she sees it stand back up in the road. Santana's eyes go wide and she speeds off down the street
James, Zane, Riley, Drew, Eddie, Scott, and Ian stand around in the dimly lot club as all the other club goers stand around and nervously talk
James: what the hell is going on?
Riley: no one knows
Ian: Erica is out there by herself
Riley: Erica can defend herself just as good as any of us can
Ian: I'm gonna go look for her
Ian goes to walk but riley grabs his arm

Riley sighs and looks at the others
Scott: nothing's happening...so stop worrying

Suddenly a loud scream can be heard coming from the other side of the crowded club.
Zane: what was that?
James holds Zane's hand

Several of the creatures are shown slowly walking through the crowd as they slash people with their claws then pounce on them and feed on their necks or rip their chests wide open. The back up generators cut off and the club is pitch black as everyone starts screaming and running
Evan, Danny, Derek, Isaac, and Stiles walk into the police station and they all look shocked as there's blood and body parts everywhere
Danny: what the hell happened?
Stiles: I think I'm gonna be sick
Derek looks around and frowns
Evan: dead...half the department is dead
Evan tears up and Danny rubs his back, they then hear someone coughing. The group follows the sounds to the jail cells and see the stranger sitting against the wall and coughing as he has a hole in his chest
Derek: what happened here?! Tell me!
Derek kneels down and looks at the stranger. The stranger laughs and cries
Stranger: I tried to warn all of you...that they were coming. They made me get your little town ready for this...tonight they're gonna feed on the entire city. Only a few will survive and those that do are gonna go through hell trying to get out of a city occupied by a force of evil
Stiles: what kind of evil?
Stiles looks at the stranger and the stranger coughs up blood
Stranger: they don't have a name.....they're like some kind of mutated breed of vampires. Except vampires just drink blood....these things actually feed on people...it's how they get their strength
Stiles: are these fuckers also allergic to the sun?
The stranger laughs
Stranger: they have no weaknesses.....midnight is when they begin the full frenzy
The stranger lays his head back as he dies. Stiles looks down at his watch and it reads 11:30
Stiles: well half an hour till the end of the world I guess
They all look nervous then stiles screams as Deputy Blake reaches his hand out from the jail cell
Blake: help...please
Blake cries, Evan walks over
Evan: get back
Blake steps back and watches as Evan grabs the steel bars and his eyes glow orange and his hands turn red hot. Suddenly the bars melt to the ground as everyone looks impressed. Blake steps out the cell and hugs Evan as he cries

The town of Crescent peak is shown as the place is pitch black and the only light comes from the moon. Alex and Chris Argent walk down a sidewalk holding guns as Lydia follows them
Alex: dad what exactly are you doing here?
Chris grabs Alex's chest and makes him stop walking. Chris looks down an alley next to them and points his gun
Chris: clear
They start walking again
Chris: I got a call from Deaton and morell....they were trying to figure out who was doing the killings. They tracked down a small coven of vampires to this town
Lydia: but vampires only drink blood they don't chew on people
Chris: that's why they weren't sure if it was them. They confronted the coven in the hospital...they were feeding on the blood in the hospital's blood bank. The vampires told them that they weren't the killers
Alex: what if they were lying?
Chris: they can't...vampires can't lie to Emissaries. No one knows why but it's just the way it is
Alex: so if it wasn't vampires....what the hell captured Deaton and morell, has been eating people, and made this a virtual ghost town?
Chris stops and looks at Alex and Lydia
Chris: it's an evil we've never seen before but I happen to know a lot about thanks to my fathers teachings. They're called The Lamia
Lydia: why does that sound so familiar?
Chris looks around then stops again
Chris: it's the darker side of Greek mythology. Lamia was the name of a queen that also happened to be A mistress of Zeus. When Zeus' wife, Hera, found out about the affair she placed a curse on queen lamia and turned her into a child devouring Demon. Lamia slaughtered and are all 10 of her children. The people of her kingdom threw her into a prison...legend states that the curse made Lamia develop razor sharp claws, rows of jagged teeth, pitch black eyes, super human strength and an unstoppable urge to feed on human flesh. Lamia attacked the other prisoners, the ones that survived the attacks soon turned into the same kind of creature lamia had become
Lydia: she was infecting them with the curse
Chris: exactly. Soon the entire kingdom was overrun by these creatures...Zeus eventually destroyed the entire kingdom and all the creatures with lightning from the heavens
Alex: or so he thought
Chris: Zeus killed the first Lamia outbreak. Looks like we're dealing with the next one...
Lydia: are these people or creatures?
Chris: they look like men and women...but they're demons. Demons that always have the need to feed on human flesh
Alex: what about...werewolf flesh? Or berserker flesh?
Lydia: or Banshee flesh?!
Chris: unless you look like them...they're going to try everything it takes to eat you. And if they don't chew you down to the bone...just a bite from them can turn you into a lamia
Lydia: great
Suddenly a siren is heard and they look as a police car slowly drives down the street. Coleman and Ramirez from the mystic falls police department are in the car
Lydia: there's help! Help us!
Lydia goes to run towards the car but Chris grabs her and closes her mouth with his hands and pulls her into the shadows as they watch the car
Chris: the demons are in the buildings...watch
Lydia opens her eyes and looks as as several dark figured are shown standing on a building. The 3 figures suddenly jump off the building and land hard on the road infront of the police car. The police car stops then suddenly 3 of the lamia run out a building and let out a loud shriek. They grab the back bumper on the police car and lift it up into the air then give it a push. The policemen scream as the car flips over into it's hood then a swarm of lamia run out the buildings and break open the windows and pull out the two cops. Lydia gasps as they rip off the cops' limbs and heads with their bare hands and start eating them
Alex: oh my god they're like piranhas
Suddenly Lydia looks back as the window they're standing infront of a light turns on inside. Lydia looks into the window of what appears to be a diner as there's people hiding inside and looking at her
Lydia: guys...survivors
Chris: tell them to turn off the lights!
Chris motions through the window telling the 20 or so people to cut off the lights
Lydia: let's go in there
Alex: dad....dad...DAD!!!
Chris: what?!
Alex points his gun and Chris looks back as 10 of the lamia demons are standing in the road covered in blood and staring at them
Alex: what do we do?
The lamia's let out a loud shriek
Chris: RUN!
Lydia screams as the 3 of them quickly run down an alleyway. The 7 of the lamia run and dive right through the window of the diner and loud screams are heard as they start attacking everyone inside. Lydia looks back as 3 of the demons sprint super fast after them
Lydia: THEYRE TOO FAST!!!
Chris: Lydia! Scream! Do it!!! They're like werewolves it'll hurt them
Lydia takes a deep breath as she runs then let's out a loud banshee scream. The 3 lamia stop in their tracks and hold their ears and let out shrieks. Chris and Alex stop and start shooting at the lamia's. The creatures stumble back each time they're shot but the bullets don't stop them. They run at the hunters.
Chris: aim for the head!
Chris shoots one right between the eyes and it collapses. 2 of them push Alex against a wall and try to bite him. Chris pulls out a knife and stabs one right in the back of the head, the other lamia backhands Chris so hard he flies back and hits a dumpster. The lamia then looks at Alex and he gasps as he looks into the pitch black eyes of the demon. The lamia tilts it's head back and opens it's mouth showing of it's sharp teeth as it shrieks. Suddenly a bang is heard and Alex looks as the lamia is shot in the head and it falls onto the ground. Alex breathes heavily then smiles as he sees Lydia holding a gun
AlEx: holy shit you just saved my life
Lydia: don't get used to it
Lydia kisses him then they help Chris up
Chris: we have to keep moving
Lydia: what if these things get to mystic falls?
Chris: they're probably already there. Which is why we need Deaton and morell...they know a lot more about this than we do
Lydia: that always seems to be the case
They walk out onto another street and see a large hospital across the street
Chris: thats where we need to go
Liam is shown standing on the street outside of Argent's house as he just nervously bites his fingernails and looks at the dark city in the distance. Brett walks over to him and hugs Liam
Brett: what's wrong?
Liam: we should be down there helping them
Brett: Derek wants us to stay here
Liam: I don't have to listen to him
Brett: he's your alpha
Liam: he may be the alpha but he's not my alpha. My alpha was Peter
Brett: you mean the same psychopath that started a DEADPOOL to kill all of us...the same one that was just prepping you for slaughter. That's not an alpha that's a monster

The 3 figures step forward and Liam gulps as he hears a low growling sound. Suddenly they step into the moonlight and Brett and Liam gasp as they see the lamia with their pitch black eyes and razor sharp claws and teeth. The lamia let out a loud shriek
Brett: HOLY SHIT LIAM RUN!!!
Brett grabs Liam and pushes him towards the house. One of the lamia slashes Brett across the back with it's claws making Brett yell out in pain. Liam growls and wolfs out as he roars at the lamia but they just chuckle. Liam slashes one across the face and it growls and opens it's mouth only to be shot right in the head. Liam gasps and falls onto the ground and looks back as Ella stands on the porch holding a rifle. The lamia shriek and step towards Brett and Liam again. Suddenly Stefan appears in thin air between them and shrieks at the lamia as he shows off his red eyes and vampire fangs. The lamia stop and tilt their heads as they look at him. They suddenly back away and walk off into the darkness as Stefan looks confused. Liam gets up and helps up Brett as Ella runs over
Ella: what the hell were those things?!
Liam: looked like vampires
Stefan: do I look like that?
Ella: thank god you don't
Stefan: they were afraid of me
Brett: no...it was like they respected you. Like you were one of them
Stefan frowns and just looks at the body of the dead lamia.

Suddenly loud shrieks are heard coming from all over the city and they stop kissing and gulp.
Ian: what the fuck is that?!
Drew: I don't know
Several other people stop on the street and look around. Suddenly several of the lamia demons come out of the darkness and start killing everyone by slashing them and jumping ontop of them and eating away at their necks
Drew: IAN WE HAVE TO GO BACK!
Ian: Erica is by herself! I have to find her
Drew rolls his eyes
Drew: fine
They turn around and stop as 
Is standing right infront of them. The demon shows off it's pitch black eyes and opens it's mouth up wide and shows off it's razor sharp teeth. Drew growls at it but the lamia slashes him across he chest with it's claws, Drew spins around and yells out in pain, the demon grabs Drew from behind and is about to bite on his neck.
Ian: NO!
Ian growls and stabs the demon in the back with his claws. The demon glares at Ian and elbows him in the face. Ian runs at the demon to fight back, the demon suddenly wraps it's arms around Ian and bites down super hard on his neck. Ian yells extremely loud and even let's out a howl
Drew: IAN!!!!
Drew roars and kicks the demon between the legs super hard making it fall onto it's knees. Drew then picks Ian up in his arms and runs down an alleyway as Ian moans in pain and blood pours out his neck
Derek, Stiles, Isaac, Danny, Evan, and Deputy Blake are shown running out the police station. Derek stops in his tracks and Isaac notices and looks at him
Isaac: Derek what is it?
Derek: something terrible has just happened
Isaac grabs Derek's hand
Isaac: Derek do you hear that?
Derek listens to the sounds of gunfire and people screaming coming from within the city
Isaac: the things that killed everyone in that police station are running loose throughout the town. Half the pack including your husband and your little brother are still there. We have to keep going!
Blake: GUYS!!!
Blake pulls out his gun and starts shooting as 3 cops stumble out the police station and have pitch black eyes and razor sharp teeth
Evan: GET IN THE CAR!!!
They all run into the large SUV. Stiles holds the door open as Isaac jumps into the back and Derek is the last one. One of the demon cops runs and bashes it's head right through Derek's window. Derek roars back at it and jams his claws right into it's head then pulls his claws out and the body falls onto the road as Evan speeds away
Blake: they weren't like that half an hour ago
Stiles: it's like a virus...kind of like werewolves. If a werewolf bites someone they turn
Isaac: we bite we don't eat
Stiles: you know what I mean
Danny: they're like rabid beasts
Blake: not their leader...their leader, this older guy...I think his name was Marlow. Well he spoke in English to the stranger, right after the stranger told me that these things aren't just here to feed. They're looking for emissaries...like me
Stiles gulps and Isaac holds his hand
Stiles: like me and my sister
Erica is shown crying and running as she runs down what looks like a neighborhood street in Mystic falls. Several houses are on fire and people are speeding down the street in cars nearly crashing into each other, others are shooting guns and in almost every house loud shrieks can be heard. Erica runs then stops as she sees a large family running out their house, suddenly a group of the demons jump out a house across the street and run at the family and chase them back into their home. The demons rip the door off and go inside. Erica sobs as she hears screams, she then turns around and screams as one of the demons shrieks at her. Erica turns and runs but the demon grabs her but only by her leather jacket. Erica slips out the jacket and runs out into the street. She stops and screams as she sees a bright light and a car stops right infront of her
?: GET IN!!!!
Erica can't see the person because of the bright headlights. She just runs to the passenger side and gets in as the car speeds down the street and she looks at the driver whom is none other than Santana
Erica: Santana?
Santana: still alive
Erica: what the hell is going on? I just left the club and these things came out the dark
Santana: I know one of them attacked me at my house. Is Ian still at the club?
Erica: he was when I left
Santana sighs
Santana: then that's where we're going
James is shown laying on a hardwood floor as people run and scream all around him. He blinks several times and is very much out of it as he then sees Zane kneeling over him and yelling his name
Zane: JAMES!!!! JAMES!!!! GET UP!!!!!!!!
Suddenly someone tackles Zane into the bar which makes James roar extremely loud and jump up. The entire club is packed full of screaming partygoers and the lamia demons. James sees one of the demons slamming Zane ontop of the bar and trying to bite him. James runs over and grabs the demon and slams it onto the floor by the neck. The demon shrieks at him
James: you ugly son of a bitch!
Suddenly another demon shrieks and runs at James. Zane grabs a half broken bottle and jams it right into the demon's throat killing it instantly.
James: what are these things?!
Zane: no one knows!!! But they're everywhere!
James breaks the neck of the demon he's pinning down then walks over to Zane and holds his arm
James: and the others?
Suddenly Riley lands on the ground next to them and coughs as he moans in pain
Riley; these fuckers are too strong
Zane helps riley up
James: we have to get out of here and get to Argent's
Riley: Ian and Drew are still out there...no power...no cell service.
Zane: there's Scott and Eddie!!
They look and see across the club as as Scott and Eddie are wolfed out. Scott slashes open the throats of two of the demons then kicks another in the stomach and breaks it's neck. 2 demons are crouched down and eating a random guy on the floor. Eddie growls and they look at him, shriek then charge at Eddie. Eddie blocks their attacks and backs away step by step as they keep coming at him. They get super close and Eddie spins around and slashes both their throats open at the same time
Riley: SCOTT!!! EDDIE!!!!
Scott and Eddie run through the crowd and rush over to them
Scott: what is this?!
Eddie: they're eating everyone!
Riley: we don't know what's going on but we have to get out of here!
James: well we can't go that way
They look towards the front entrance as a stampede of people try to get out. Suddenly they scream as several of the demons crash through the ceiling and pounce onto random people in the crowd
Zane: hey guys! This way!
They look and follow Zane as he runs out a backdoor and into an alleyway. Zane stops dead in his tracks as a lamia demon has a guy pinned against the brick wall and chews on his neck. The demon drops the guy and looks at Zane as the werewolves run out the door
James: NO!
Zane: I got it!
Zane's eyes glow gold and he balls up his fists as the demon pounces at him. Zane moves out the way then jumps and kicks the demon hard in the back of head making him fall onto the ground. The demon jumps up and shrieks as it runs at Zane again. Zane yells and his claws come out as he stabs the demon in the stomach and lifts it up off the ground. James looks on and looks half impressed and half shocked. The demon coughs up blood then drops to the ground and on it's knees. Zane grabs it by the head and breaks it neck.
Scott: so Zane has claws
Zane: wanna paint them for me Scotty?
Scott laughs and playfully pushes Zane
Eddie: how far are we from Argent's?
Riley: about 4 or 5 miles. Noway we'll get there on foot
Zane jumps out the way as a group of people run out the back doors of the club screaming. James looks back into the club and then shuts the door and holds it
James: GO!!! Go!!!
Zane runs over and helps James hold the door as loud shrieks can be heard coming from inside
Zane: there's too many of them
James: GET OUT OF HERE!
Scott and Eddie run down the alley with riley. Zane looks at James
Zane: I'm not leaving you!
James: dammit Zane!
The door opens a little and a hand comes out and scratches James.
James: fine then we're both gonna run!
James grabs Zane by the hand and they both run extremely fast down the alley as the door falls over and horde of about 30 of the lamia demons run out and chase after them. Zane and James look surprised as they see a large school bus infront of them with the doors open and Hiro in the drivers seat
Zane: Hiro?
Hiro: GET ON!!!
Zane and James get on the bus and see Riley, Eddie, Scott and several random people on the bus. They scream as Hiro shuts the door and some of the demons run into the side of the bus and nearly tip it over but Hiro starts speeding down the street. James kneels next to Hiro and looks at him
James: you know what's happening don't you?
Hiro sighs
Hiro: I've heard of these creatures before but didn't think something of this scale could ever happen. They're called The Lamia...terrible demons that possess human bodies and turn them into flesh eating monsters.
James: we killed some of them
Hiro: yes but there's too many. Especially since a bite from when of them is all it takes to turn you.
James: maybe if the pack came together with the cops we can kill them all
Hiro: they took over half the city in less than an hour....most of the people in this town are gonna be dead by sunrise. Which is why we're not going to Argent's house
James: but what about Derek and Chris and everyone else?!
Hiro: they're probably already dead and the roads to that part of town are literally impassable...we're going to the school
James: like that's any safer
Hiro: under the school is the Hale vault...the place is safe...Peter kept the place always stocked full of food...there's weapons, beds. It's not just a vault it's a bunker...a place a lot of people could survive for months in
James: incase something like this were to happen
Hiro nods
James: but I thought you need a Hale to open the vault
Hiro: and we've got one......
James raises an eyebrow then turns around and looks at Riley as the werewolf nervously looks out the window at the crowds of people running and burning vehicles

The inside of a dark hospital is shown then a trashcan gets thrown right through the window of the dark lobby. Chris Argent is shown climbing in and holding a gun in one hand and flashlight in the other, Chris frowns as there's body parts and blood everywhere. Alex climbs in next then pulls in Lydia.
Alex: oh god...Lydia don't look
Lydia: too late
Chris: shhh!
Chris quietly walks down a hallway as the other 2 follow him
Alex: you said Deaton and morell were captured...why would they capture them and not eat them?
Chris: because...legend states that when lamia was turned into the demon by the curse from Zeus' wife...well it was right after Zeus had placed the curse on Lycaon and made him a wolf.
Alex: yeah and Lycaon sought out the ancient Druids and they helped him learn how to shift
Chris: well Lamia thought she could do the same thing. That they could make her normal again...before she could find the Druids she was thrown into the prison.
Lydia: so you think these beasts are doing the same thing as their ancestor? They're trying to turn back normal by seeking help from emissaries?
Alex: I don't know dad they seem to be enjoying being themselves
?: they don't want our help....they wanna sacrifice us
They stop and turn around as Morell stands there with slash marks on her arm
Lydia: Ms morell...are you ok?
Morell: I'm fine...I got away but they took my brother
She looks down with tears in her eyes
Chris: where?
Morell: I don't know...they attacked us and chased me away then I saw them forcing him out the hospital. He's gone
Alex: why do they want you?
Morell: they want to sacrifice us to their god...Lamia. The first of their kind. The Druids couldn't help her so they want to perform a ritual and sacrifice Druids in her name. I guess they think it'll make them stronger and more powerful
Alex: so they're gonna kill your brother
Morell: they won't....the ritual is a mockery of Druid traditions. It has to be done on the nemeton. And it has to be done on a painting of the 5 fold knot...there also has to be 5 sacrifices at the same time.
Lydia: 5 Emissaries...
Alex: you.....Deaton....
Lydia: Stiles and Ella
Chris: and Deputy Blake
Alex: how do they know who's a Druid and who isn't?
Morell: because the man that was arrested...The Stranger...he's was watching all of us. He found out and told them about it. That's how they know..and that's why they went to mystic falls
Lydia: oh god...they're probably all dead
Alex: we have to get back home
Chris: but Deaton...
Morell: Alan is tough...he'll be fine. And besides they won't kill him until they have all of us
They all start walking and head out the front doors of the hospital. They step outside then stop as there's a huge group of the demons just staring at them
Alex: get behind me Lydia
The demons suddenly shriek then out of nowhere and flare shoots up into the sky and everyone looks at it. Suddenly 2 large trucks with gunmen in the bed of the pickups speed into the intersection and open fire on all the shrieking demons. Someone on a motorcycle comes speeding down and holds a shotgun and shoots at the demons. Suddenly they're all dead and Chris glares
Chris: I've seen those men before
They all gasp as the person on the motorcycle takes their helmet off and it's Braeden
Morell: Braeden?!
Braeden: I see you all have an infestation on your hands
Chris: working with the Calaveras?
Braeden: they're helping me find a creature...you guys wouldn't know anything about a Phoenix would you?
Lydia frowns and Braeden notices but Alex cuts in
Alex: those exist?
Braeden: yeah...Marin and I ran into one years ago. He was really hot...Araya believes he's here with you guys
Morell: Braeden incase you don't realize it we're dealing with a situation much more important....They have Alan
Braeden rolls her eyes
Braeden: I don't care about Alan. Remember when he snapped my neck?
Morell: you broke the code
Braeden: so he had to break my neck?!
Alex: look I'm all down for a family reunion but can we get the fuck out of here?!
Chris: I second that
Braeden: fine...but only if I can talk to Peter Hale
Chris looks down
Chris: he's dead
Braeden sighs
Lydia: why do you need Peter?
Braeden: Hale family business
Morell: then you can talk to Derek
Braeden thinks then nods
Braeden: fine...let's get the hell out of this godforsaken place
Braeden gets on her bike as the others get into one of the trucks and they all speed off down the street
The police SUV Evan is driving pulls up infront of the gay club as Blake and Evan step out and start shooting at the several demons that are chasing people all over the street.
Isaac: DEREK WAIT!!!!
Derek gets out the car and stiles jumps up and follows him. Derek runs into the club and instantly slashes open the throat of a demon. He then stops and looks around at all the dead bodies and blood in the empty club. Derek's eyes swell with tears as he kneels down and picks up a ring
Stiles: Derek what is that?
Derek: the ring I gave Riley at our wedding
Derek looks down and starts sobbing as Stiles wraps his arms around Derek
Stiles: he's okay...he's gotta be
Derek keeps sobbing as Isaac walks over and checks on him.
Evan and Blake keep shooting then suddenly Danny steps out the car
Evan: danny get in!
Danny's eyes glow gold then suddenly the 5 ONI appear and take out their swords and start killing all the demons that run at the car.
Blake: holy shit your boyfriend is a genius
Evan grins
Evan: he sure is
Evan looks across the street and sees Drew carrying an injured Ian
Evan: shit
Evan runs super fast across the street and goes up to them
Drew: please....he was bit and he's not healing
Evan looks as the veins on Ian's neck are black and he can barely breathe
Evan: god he's heating up. The rest of the pack is over there let's go!
Evan carries Ian and runs back to the car as Drew follows. A demon jumps at Drew. But one of the ONI quickly cuts it's head off.
Evan: DEREK!!!
Derek walks out the club with Isaac and stiles and his eyes go wide as he sees Ian
Derek: Ian? Ian!!!
Derek runs and picks Ian up in his arms
Derek: what's wrong with him?
Evan: he was bit...
Blake: he's turning into one of them
Derek: NOOOO!!!!
He roars at Blake and Blake backs away
Stiles: uhhhh guys can we go? Please
Evan looks as a huge horde of the demons are running down the street towards them
Evan: I agree with stiles
They all jump into the car and speed off. Drew looks confused as he sits next to Isaac
Drew: but where's Riley? And Scott, Eddie, James, and Zane? Where are they?
Isaac looks at Drew
Isaac: we couldn't find them...they're tone
Drew: Riley....
Drew closes his eyes and starts crying, Isaac sighs and wraps his arms around him
Erica and Santana run across Argent's lawn and go into the house. They both scream as Stefan, Brett, and Liam growl at them.
Ella: guys stop! It's Erica and Santana
Ella sits on the couch holding Gabriel
Erica: where's everyone else?
Santana: where's Ian?
Liam: they're all downtown....is it that bad?
Erica nods as she cries
Erica: those things are eating everyone...even if you just get one bite you turn into them
Santana: most of the roads are impassable because of fires and overturned cars
Suddenly the door bursts open and they all gasp. Suddenly Derek walks in carrying Ian as Evan, Danny, Isaac, Stiles, deputy Blake, and Drew follow.
Santana: what happened to him?!
Derek lays Ian on the kitchen table
Derek: he was bit..I....I...I need a light...please!!!
Stefan disappears then comes back with a bunch of candles and lights them around the kitchen giving it an eerie glow. Santana cries as everyone surrounds Ian. He lays on the table and breathes heavily as his eyes suddenly turn black
Derek: noooo!!!
Derek growls and starts crying as everyone looks away
Isaac: derek if he turns...we have to do something about it
Derek: I'll do it
Evan's eyes swell with tears as he looks down at Evan. He looks into the eyes of the boy as he squirms around and tried to fight off what he's turning into. Suddenly one of Evan's tears falls off his face and right onto the gash in Ian's neck. Everyone gasps as Ian's eyes go back to normal and the bite suddenly heals. Ian gasps and sits up as he starts coughing.
Derek: Ian!
Derek and Santana hug him tightly.
Danny: what the hell just happened?
Evan looks confused
Evan: I don't know
?: The Phoenix has many powers...most consist of utter destruction but the most impressive power is in it's tears. The tears of a Phoenix have incredible healing properties....and can literally cure anything. Even a bite from a demon
They look as Braeden stands there reading the bestiary
Evan: I've seen you before
Braeden: unfortunately Evan I came here because there's a big bounty on your head
Evan: I'm actually used to that
?: but she's not cashing it in because she's stuck here...just like the rest of us
They all look as Chris argent walks in followed by Morell then Alex and Lydia.
Ella: thank god you guys are alive
Alex: where's everyone else?
Evan: uhhh we don't know...
Stiles looks at Chris
Stiles: we think they're dead.
Chris sighs and closes his eyes for a minute
Chris: alright...this situation is mainly isolated to the downtown area. So we need to board up all the windows and set up my motion detectors outside.
Stefan nods
Stefan: I'll get right on it
Ian opens his eyes and looks up at Derek
Ian: am I dead?
Derek: no Ian...you're alive...and with your family
Ian: where's Drew and Erica?
Derek: right there
Ian smiles as he sees Drew and Erica. He then looks at Evan and holds his hand
Ian: thank you
Evan: anytime buddy
Evan smiles at Ian then looks at Braeden
Evan: so who placed the bounty?
Braeden: Araya Calavera...she's been looking for you for years
Santana: did you say Araya? That's my grandmother
Braeden: UGHH I'm sorry
Santana walks up to Braeden
Santana: did you see a lady named Maria? She was visiting my grandmother and I haven't talked to her in days. She has a tattoo of a bird on her right arm
Braeden sighs
Braeden: yeah...she's dead. She was killed by Araya
Santana gasps
Santana: no!! You're lying!
Santana cries and Ian jumps up and hugs her
Braeden: sorry sweetie.
Braeden looks out a window and Evan follows her
Evan: so when this is all over are you gonna kill me?
Braeden: no..I'm gonna take you to Araya and she's gonna do whatever she has planned
Evan: I'm not going without a fight...and sorry, you may be tough but you don't stand a chance against me
Braeden: hmmmm well according to this book you actual do have a few weaknesses
She shows Evan the bestiary and he reaches for it but she moves it out the way
Evan: I'm not going anywhere with you
Braeden: we'll talk about it when the vampires are gone cutie
Stefan growls
Stefan: THEYRE NOT VAMPIRES!!!!
Derek walks outside onto the porch and can see smoke coming from the city. He crosses his arms and starts sobbing. Derek falls down and sits on the steps as he keeps on crying, suddenly Stiles walks outside and rubs Derek's back
Stiles: Derek....?
Derek: Riley's gone....he's dead
Stiles: I think so
Stiles hugs the alpha as he breaks down into tears even more
The outside of mystic falls high school is shown then the scene pans towards the ground and shows the Hale vault under the school. Scott stands infront of a shelf and looks at random jars
Scott: eye of a kanima? Yuck
There's several beds and tons of blankets all over the ground as the random people Hiro rescued sleep on one side. James and Zane both lay shirtless in a bed as Hiro sits in a chair and sharpens a samurai sword. Eddie sits on another bed and riley just sits on the floor
Scott: I thought the vault was in Beacon hills
Hiro: there's 2....one below beacon hills high and one below this one
Scott: weird
Riley: well none of that matters...because if we don't die of starvation down here everyone we love is gonna die up there.
Eddie: hey...they're strong. They can overcome this
Riley: did you see how many of those things that there were?
Eddie: hundreds
Riley: exactly
Zane: even when you're unsure about something you just have have hope...having hole increases the chances of things working out your way.
Riley; I just....
Riley looks down and cries. Scott goes over and comforts him. Zane sighs and lays down and James cuddles up to him
James: we're gonna be ok....I have hope
Zane: I'm not even worried about us....I'm worried about our friends
James: me too baby
He kisses Zane on the neck then they try to sleep as loud shrieks can be heard coming from above ground
