It's nighttime in Mystic falls. The scene shows an aerial view of the high school as medical crews pick up the dozens of bodies on the lacrosse field and firefighters try to put out a giant fire started in the woods by the helicopter crash.
The scene then goes to Argent's house. Ian sits in a chair in the basement as Derek, Riley, Isaac, Stiles, Danny, Alex, Lydia, Santana, and Chris Argent stand around him
Ian: so what do I do?
Santana: our mom...well my mom doesn't come back for a few weeks. It's your choice Ian, if you wanna learn more about your powers and your family then I suggest you stay here
Ian nods
Ian: you'll always be my sister
Ian gets up and hugs Santana
Stiles: so let me get this straight, Mini Derek here survived the fire along with Cora...got kidnapped by the Calaveras. They took him to their hideout in Mexico and tortured Cora and Ian to figure out where the hale vault is...
Ian: they wanted to find out more information on a creature...called a Phoenix.
Danny raises an eyebrow
Danny: did he look just like the teacher Mr. Martin?
Ian: yeah...exactly like him
Danny frowns and looks at Isaac
Danny: Evan never told me about this
Ian: all I remember was Deaton and morell coming in and saving us. They killed most of the hunters except for "my grandmother". Morell took me and Cora away but Deaton stayed
Alex: so Evan knew Deaton long before he knew any of us
Lydia: this had to have been around the same time he ran away from home.
Ian: Morell and this girl naked Braeden took us to New York but we couldn't find you Derek
Derek: that's because We found out that Peter had survived...we came back to beacon hills to see him
Ian: well I don't remember much after going to New York....time became a hour. Next thing I know I'm living here
Santana: our mother....my mother went to New York. She wanted a son really bad and said she finally found one to adopt. I thought she meant a baby, I was shocked when she brought home a 10 year old boy. My grandmother stayed with me while my mother went to get Ian.
Stiles: but she's a hunter! A big time werewolf hunter...why would she want a werewolf joining the family?
Ian shrugs
Derek: because....she knew that Peter had become an alpha back then...and she wanted to keep Ian close and use him as collateral incase Peter came after her.
Ian: so she kept me in the family to ward off a pissed alpha?
Isaac: or maybe to attract one. At the time The Hales were pretty much extinct right?
Derek nods
Isaac: she was keeping Ian close so she can lure Peter. So she could kill him
Argent: but it never worked because Peter had lost control and was chasing chaos in beacon hills
Ian: why aren't you guys in beacon hills?
Argent: because the entire town is gone
Ian looks down
Ian: so when mom was in on this Santana?
Santana: I promise you i had no idea...she just kept telling me I had to give you that medicine every day
Lydia: she knew he was a wolf...she knew everything and did as Araya had instructed her to do. The medicine made sure that he never shapeshifted...she found an alpha to take your memories away. She made you into a new person when the entire time you were just a trap built for Peter
Ian: you're beautiful
Ian stares at Lydia and Lydia smiles. Alex clears his throat and Ian growls at him
Santana: this is all too much, everything has been a lie
Ian: I'm not going back
Santana: what?
Ian: you'll always be my sister and I'll see you at school and you can come here whenever but I'm not going back. This is my true family
He walks over and hugs Derek
Santana: what am I supposed to tell mom?
Ian: that I know the truth
Riley looks at argent
Riley: is Araya still a threat?
Argent: she's always a threat. She's not like the hunters and assassins that came after us for money, she's old fashioned. She hunts for sport and once she sets her sights on a target. She never stops until their head is on her wall
Santana: we're talking about the same woman that sends me money and dresses every birthday
Argent: she's a killer
Ian: so are you
Argent looks at Ian
Argent: what?
Ian: I remember you...Chris Argent. My entire family, my real family...was terrified of you. And then you guys burned us to the ground
Argent: listen to me and listen good...that was Kate, that wasn't me. Got it?
He glares at Ian and Ian gulps then nods
Derek: chris is right...the person responsible for that is finally dead. Chris is an ally...a father figure to all of us
Ian: I just don't know what to do
Stiles looks at Ian
Stiles: Xbox?
Ian: sure!
They both run upstairs and Derek laughs
Derek: he'll fit in fine...don't worry
He looks at Santana
Santana: I'm not worried about him...I'm not worried at all I'm just shocked. That it was all a lie
Argent: the truth always comes out...something Peter should've known
Argent turns around looks down as he tries to hide his tears. Alex rubs his dad's shoulders
Alex: it's gonna be okay
Alex hugs his father
Danny: so you guys think that's it? We can finally have peace?
Derek: maybe but it'll only be temporary
The screen reads 2 HOURS LATER: CRESCENT PEAK
It's still dark out and a long road is shown with a school bus on the side of the road that had crashed into a tree. There's dozens of cops and paramedics on the road. A car pulls up and Evan gets out and frowns as he sees body bags all over the ground. Evan walks towards the scene and deputy blake walks up to him
Evan: for the last time John I'm not a cop
Blake: you're still gonna wanna see this
Evan walks past the police tape and cringes as the bus is covered in blood
Blake: the Crescent peak bobcats lacrosse team. They left mystic falls after losing...something made the bus crash into this tree and something else did this
Blake and Evan step onto the bus and Evan almost gags as there's severed heads and arms on the center aisle of the bus and several headless bodies sitting upright in their seats
Evan: what the fuck did this?!!
Blake: everyone is baffled by this...even me. I don't think I've ever seen anything like this
Evan: maybe another cult
Blake: I don't think so...look up
Evan looks up at as the middle part of the ceiling has been ripped open
Evan: those are claw marks...maybe a rabid pack?
Blake: a rabid pack of werewolves wouldn't be able to precisely remove the eyeballs out of every single person on the bus. They took out their eyes....ripped off limbs...severed heads...
Evan: alright I can't..
Evan runs off the bus and throws up on the side of the road. Blake runs out and rubs his back
Blake: you ok?
Evan: they're just kids!
Blake: which is why I wanna find out what or who did this
Evan: maybe...vampires? Any sign of the bodies missing a lot of blood
Blake: any blood that's missing is on the bus...but some of the bodies have bite marks..not the kind you get from a werewolf, the kind you get from something eating someone and those eyeballs....we can't find them
Evan looks at all the body bags and gulps
Evan: the DEADPOOL just ended....but we're still finding bodies
Ominous music plays as Evan looks at all the bodies

Deaton's clinic is shown. The scene goes inside as Derek, Alex, Stefan and Ella stand inside of The back room as Deaton and morell stand infront of them
Deaton: why do I have the feeling you all didn't come here for advice?
Alex: we came here with questions that you better have the answers for
Derek growls and looks pissed
Morell: Derek...call yourself. We're the last two you wanna pick a fight with. Don't forget that
Derek's eyes glow red and he grabs Deaton by the shirt and slams him hard against the wall.
Ella: DEREK STOP!
Morell puts a knife up to Derek's neck then she turns and looks as Alex points a gun at her head and Stefan looks at her as his claws come out. Morell sighs and moves the knife from Derek. Derek growls in Deaton's face
Deaton: Derek let me explain!
Derek: explain what?! That you kept this secret from me for 7 damn years?! You knew my little brother was alive
Morell: Derek w-
Derek: BOTH OF YOU DID!!! You gave Santana's mother pills to make sure Ian didn't transform so he didn't find out the truth..WHY?!
Deaton: we did it to protect him
Derek: only I can protect him!
Deaton: you weren't able to the morning of the fire
Derek looks at Deaton and drops him. Derek paces back and forth
Morell: All of you never had the chance to live normal lives...you're all submerged too deep in this supernatural world. We wanted to let this young boy that went through hell have a chance at a normal life...we wanted to give him a clean slate. No traumatic memories of his family burning, no transforming during the full moon.
Ella: so you have him to a family of hunters?!
Deaton: we didnt know that Maria Rodriguez was Araya's daughter. If we had known that we never wouldn't let her have Ian
Derek: but she did. And when Santana's parents come back from Mexico and find out that Ian is back where he belongs they're going to tell Araya and she's gonna bring her hunters here and they're gonna kill us all
Deaton: he wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for us
Morell: none of you would be
Alex: you two help...but you also give pretty vague advice and information. We're tired of the cryptic messages if you know something tell us!
Deaton: I just told you everything
Alex: know anything about this?
He tosses a piece of paper at Deaton and Deaton grabs it and looks at it
Ella: Erica said it was in her hand after you brought her back to life
She looks at morell
Morell: I didn't bring Erica Reyes back to life
Ella: then who the hell did?
Alex: that doesn't matter right now...what matters is that note in your hand
Deaton reads the note that says WE'RE COMING in blood
Deaton: it definitely is the cheapest greeting card I've ever seen
Deaton puts the note on the table
Deaton: it's just someone trying to spook us...but let me reassure all of you. There is no threat that can be greater than Peter Hale and the hell he put everyone through...but we survived that
Morell: and now it's time to move on and have peace for once
Stefan picks up the paper and his eyes glow red as he licks the blood on it. Alex notices and frowns
The Mystic Falls police station is shown and the scene goes inside as Evan sits at his desk in a police uniform. Deputy Blake walks in
Blake: welcome back deputy

Blake: don't miss teaching?
Evan: it was okay but was beginning to get difficult...people were beginning to find out about Danny and I. I mean our relationship is legal...he's 18 and I'm 24 but a teacher just can't date a student
Blake: you're more useful here anyways.
Evan: Peter's dead...the hitlist is done...the assassins have left what else could there be?
Blake: the fun stuff..traffic violations, domestic violence falls, drunken idiots. Speaking of drunk idiots we just got a call of some strange guy walking around downtown harassing people. I want you to go check it out
Evan sighs and puts his gun in his waistband
Evan: I'm a legendary creature and was just worth 500 million on a hitlist and now in chasing down drunks?
Blake: gotta keep the people safe
Evan: what people? I'm sure everyone left after the massacre at the lacrosse game
Blake: some did...but the value of all the houses here went down. A mansion here costs the same price as a one bedroom apartment in LA. A lot of people are moving in

Mystic falls high is shown then the scene goes inside. Stiles, Isaac, and Scott stand at Scott's locker as he grabs some books.
Stiles: one week ago we were fighting professional killers and now everyone is a thing

He points as Zane and James are across the hall making out

He points as Liam and Brett walk down the hall smiling and holding hands

Ian: and my first full moon since before the house fire. I don't remember how I controlled it back then

Scott laughs
Scott: that's the least of our worries
Stiles: you know who else hasn't experienced a full moon in awhile?
Isaac: who?
Stiles looks as Erica walks in wearing a small black dress and high heels as all the guys stare at her. Lydia walks over to the pack
Lydia: what the hell is that?

Ian's jaw drops and Danny closes it for him
Danny: you're drooling
Ian: see you guys later
Ian closes his mouth then walks infront of Erica and she stops and smiles
Erica: oh hey Ian

He grins

Erica: glad someone noticed
Ian looks to the right and left as everyone is staring at her.
Ian: what class do you have next?
Erica: just got out of biology...I swear Coach Finstock got dumber since the last time I saw him. I'm about to go to lunch...wanna sit with me?

Ian walks away with Erica
Danny: that's a first
Stiles: what a sophomore eating with a hot junior?

Isaac chuckles and pats Danny on the back
Riley and Drew walk into the main hallway together
Riley: so then Derek had a Candlelit dinner set up for us on the beach..he may be a grumpy alpha but he's definitely a huge romantic....you're not even listening are you
Drew: look at them trying to act like they've been together for years
Drew growls as he sees Brett and Liam making out
Riley: oh my god...you're jealous
Drew growls and shows his yellow eyes to riley

Riley: Liam is new to all of this...being openly gay, being a werewolf...I mean his first full moon is tonight. Brett is the one thing he feels connects him to his past, they've know each other for years

Riley: just leave the kid alone Drew...there's plenty of guys out there that want to be with you

He looks at riley then walks away as riley sighs
Erica and Ian carry lunch trays and sit down at their own table. Ian starts eating his food then notices Erica just staring off into the distance
Ian: what is it?
Erica: they don't trust me
Ian looks back as she stares at Isaac, Stiles, Scott, Eddie, and Lydia as they laugh and walk into the cafeteria
Ian: sure they do
Erica: I died...I was killed by a pack of alphas about 2 years ago. That's the last thing I remember. Well according to them I was brought back a few months ago and killed a lot of people. I don't remember any of that but they all do
She looks sad
Erica: I don't think I want to remember.
Ian: that obviously wasn't you...what matter is who you are now? Who do you want to be?
Erica: Derek's beta...I owe it to him. Before Derek gave me the bite I was a nobody...I suffered from seizures. Had them every single day and all they did was laugh at me. Isaac said when I was resurrected I killed all of those that laughed...he said I was a monster
Ian: you're not a monster...monsters are evil, ugly things. You're too pretty to be a monster
Erica looks surprised by Ian's comment and smiles
Erica: that was really sweet.
Ian: it hurts...watching you cry over something you had no control over. They're just cautious and don't want to go through hell again
Erica: and I understand that...:I just don't wanna be treated like an outcast
Ian: you won't...outcasts don't have anybody and well, you have me
Ian smiles and Holds Erica's hand and rubs it with his thumb as Erica looks back at him and blushes

Derek, Alex, Ella, and Stefan are shown standing in the parking lot infront of Deaton's animal clinic
Ella: well me and Stefan are gonna head home. Your dad is watching Gabriel
She looks at Alex
Alex: you don't think he's too emotionally unstable to be watching him?
Stefan: look it's fine...and your dad is gonna be ok.
Ella: we should get him a puppy
Stefan: think he already has enough dogs in his house
He looks at Derek and chuckles, Derek just growls and Stefan steps back

They get into his car and drive off. Alex stands in the parking lot and looks at Derek
Alex: so your not mad at them? At Deaton and morell?
Derek: I'm furious but atleast I know they had good intentions keeping Ian as a secret. They wanted to give him what we've all been fighting for...a normal life
Alex: If your last name is Hale or Argent theres no such thing as a normal life
Derek: how's Lydia?
Alex: fine...Everytime someone had died Lydia blamed herself because she heard the voices but she wasn't able to figure it out and save them in time...she always blamed herself but last week she listened to the voices
Derek: and what did they say?
Alex: they were saying her name, Lydia thought it meant she was going to die but the voices were giving her the password to edit the DEADPOOL. Peter's password was Lydia...she was able to stop it and end all of this. She's still a bit scared though
Derek: because she thinks Peter is gonna come back?
Alex: he can't right? I mean my father reduced him to ashes...he even has them in a vase in the basement.
Derek: he can't come back to life...but doesn't mean he can't get back into her head
Alex looks worried as he looks at Derek
Lydia is shown sitting in class as sits next to the windows and just looks out of them. Coach Finstock sits at his desk as everyone is supposed to be taking a test. Isaac sits behind Stiles and whispers

Coach: we go back...all the way to when you two were freshmen in beacon hills. I wanna be in the know

Isaac: ummm what do you mean?
Coach: all the people that have died...you guys are always around Derek hale, a known werewolf...beacon hills was wiped off the map...and last week those commandos blowing everyone to bits. But somehow your little group of friends always stay alive

Isaac looks down and coach rubs his shoulder
Coach: I just wanna know
Stiles: then you stand a chance of getting hurt
Coach: okay then I don't wanna be in the know
He laughs
Coach: take your seats gentlemen
Coach sits behind the desk as stiles looks at Isaac and shrugs then they go back to their seats.
Danny sits across from Lydia as she continues to look out the window
Danny: Lydia...psssst...Lydia. Hey
She turns around and looks at him
Danny: it's over
He rubs her arm. Lydia sighs
Lydia: then why do I keep getting the feeling that it's just begun
She looks out the window again then hears someone laughing. Lydia turns back around and gasps as the entire classroom is now empty expect for Peter as he sits where Danny was sitting.
Lydia: you're not real...you're not real...
Peter: of course I am sweetheart. I'll always be real inside of your head.
He gets out of his desk and grabs Lydia and forces her to stand up as she cries
Peter: now you're gonna do everything i say...got it?
Lydia shakes her head
Lydia: no...
Peter grabs her neck as his eyes glow red and he growls loudly.
Peter: YES!
Lydia: no!!
Peter takes a deep breath then his voice fills the room like loud thunder
Peter: LYDIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Lydia sits in the classroom as Danny looks at her then she let's out an extremely loud banshee scream. Everyone gasps, Isaac and Danny fall onto the ground and hold their ears as Lydia keeps screaming. Suddenly the windows crack and shatter as her scream echoes outside. Lydia then stops and opens her eyes and looks around as everyone stares at her in disbelief
Evan pulls his police cruiser over to the side of the road as he's in downtown mystic falls. He steps out his car as he hears the scream and frowns
Evan: Lydia?
Suddenly someone is heard yelling "DEPUTY! DEPUTY!"
Evan looks over as a man with a chef hat on runs out to Evan
Evan: Mr. smith what is it?
Smith: I'm the one that called about that drunk bastard...walking up and down Main Street shouting out shit about the end of days
Evan: lucky me...
Smith: he's sitting in my restaurant now and refuses to get out
Evan: lead the way
Evan follows the chef into a restaurant which is actually a diner. 
Is shown sitting at a table on the diner as a waitress stands next to him
Waitress: ummm since you plan on staying here, what can I get you to eat?
?: a hamburger
Waitress: okay medium rare? Well done?
?: Raw...I want the meat raw....more blood the better
The waitress looks disturbed
Waitress: that's a health code violation...we can serve you raw meat
?: then just get me a beer
He glares at her and she walks away. The mysterious man then starts looking at the other customers
?: you feel that breeze in the air outside...that's death coming
Everyone just glances at him then Evan walks into the diner with the chef
?: you called law on me
Evan: sir I'm Deputy Evan Martin....what's your name?
?: you can call me The Stranger
Evan frowns
Evan: alright stranger...I got a few calls about a drunken idiot going around bothering people. That wouldn't be you would it?
Stranger: I don't drink...never have and never will
The waitress brings out the beer and places it infront of him
Waitress: there's your beer
The stranger chuckles and Evan rolls his eyes
Evan: he doesn't smell like alcohol
He looks at the chef
Smith: then he's just crazy!
Evan: I can't arrest someone for being crazy
Stranger: crazy? No.....I'm just a messenger of death. You know, like a banshee
He starts laughing as Evan glares at him then grabs the stranger and forces him onto his feet
Stranger: what am I under arrest for?
Evan: being a nuisance
He puts the stranger in handcuffs then leads him outside. Evan puts him in the back of the police car then gets in and looks through the rear view mirror and at the station
Evan: you're not from around here...where'd you come from?
Stranger: that doesn't matter....soon none of that will matter because they're coming
Evan frowns then shakes his head and starts driving

Stefan and Ella walk into Argent's house and Ella frowns as she sees Hiro sitting on the couch smiling as Gabriel sits on his lap and they watch a cartoon
Gabriel: mommy! He's a fox!
He points to Hiro
Ella: what're you doing with my son?
She grabs Gabriel and picks him up and Hiro frowns
Hiro: we just are lunch and he wanted to watch a cartoon. Stefan, calm your girl down if she knows what's best for her
Stefan growls
Ella: where's Argent?!
Hiro: where do you think?
Ella rolls her eyes then puts Gabriel in Stefan's arms. Ella walks through a door and goes it the basement. Ella stops and can't help but to gently bite her lower lip as Chris is shirtless and doing pull-ups from a pipe on the ceiling
Ella: you're starting to look like Derek
Chris hops down and looks at her
Chris: you didn't come down here to talk about what I look like
Ella: why the hell do you have Hiro taking care of my child? I trust you but not him
Chris: he's not the enemy anymore
Ella: he was before...once the enemy always the enemy
Chris: so was stiles
Ella: that's different, he was possessed.
Chris rolls his eyes and walks up to a large table covered with weapons
Ella: it's over Chris...it's over
She rubs his back and he frowns
Chris: I lost my daughter...I had to stand back and watch as Shane, the twins, Jackson, and Madison were brutally murdered....hundreds of innocents were killed...and all because I chose to believe in the man I loved. That fucker right there!
He points to an urn on the table and Ella cringes
Ella: are those his ashes?
Chris nods
Chris: after he burned in the school his skeleton and some muscle was left...so I took him to Deaton and had him cremated at the clinic.
Ella: because you don't want him having any chance at coming back
Chris: I don't want anyone else getting hurt
Ella: he's not coming back Chris
Chris: but there's still other threats out there...when a huge pack like this forms people take notice. Other packs, other alphas, and don't forget about Araya
Ella sighs
Ella: you think she's going to come here with the Calaveras because Ian has joined us and now knows the truth?
Chris: she would only come if it's something of great importance. Crossing the border the morning of the hale fire to kidnap Ian and Cora was one of those things
Ella: wait...her hunters were here the same morning Your father's hunters and Kate started the fire. Seems like a big coincidence right?
Chris sighs
Chris: I've never told anyone else this before...and you better not either
Ella thinks then nods
Chris: There was a plan set up...and I knew all about it. 7 years ago
A flashback starts and shows Gerard standing in what looks like a large basement. The basement is packed full of hunters. A 32 year old Chris stands next to his father as a 21 year old Kate stands on the other side of him.
The flashback stops for a moment and Ella looks disgusted
Ella: wait...Kate was 21?! But I thought she was dating Derek
Chris: more like secretly having sex with him to seduce him...he was only 16
The flashback starts again and Gerard speaks
Gerard: tomorrow we drive the Hales off of our land...we dealt with Deucalion and the other alphas...we can deal with these!
Chris: you blinded Deucalion and the other alphas left after killing their own packs
Kate: shut up Chris
Chris glares at Kate
Gerard: anyways...tomorrow. Head to the Hale house, use your flash any grenades to drive them out the house then force them out of this town and let them know they can never come back or else
Chris: and if they fight back
Gerard: oh you mean like Peter?
He gives Chris a look and Chris looks down
Gerard: if they decide to fight then they decide to die. Which is why I brought in some help just in case
Araya and a group of hunters walk into the basement
Araya: hello gentlemen
Chris: you called in hunters from Mexico just to evict a family of werewolves?
Araya: they're protecting a very important landmark

Everyone gasps at Chris mentioning it and Gerard glares at him
Araya: yes...The nemeton. We can't let a corrupt werewolf like Peter use it's powers. So they must be drove
Gerard: I'm putting Kate in charge of this operation
Chris: what?! Why not me?!
Gerard grabs Chris by the shirt and drags him to a corner while everyone celebrates with Kate
Gerard: you know why? You spent your entire high school and college years getting fucked by Peter and you expect me to trust you with this

Gerard walks away and Chris sighs then pulls out his phone
The flashback stops and Ella frowns
Ella: Araya and her hunters were working with your family?
Chris: yes and I warned Peter...but he didn't want to listen to me. And Kate didn't listen to my father
The flashback then shows 4 of the Calaveras standing in a clearing in the woods. Suddenly Kate and 6 hunters emerge out the woods all carrying large guns. 2 of them carry large gas canisters
Kate: ahhhh so Araya only sends 4 of her Calaveras
Calaveras: what's the gas for?
Kate grins
Kate: you honestly think a pack of wolves with the notoriety of the hales can be pushed off their land. No sweetie the only way to get them out of beacon hills is to burn them and let the wind blow away their ashes. Suddenly Kate's hunters start shooting and kill the 4 hunters
Kate: let's go
They continue walking through the woods and the flashback stops
Ella: wait, so Kate killed Araya's hunters
Chris: yeah...well the ones Araya sent to help her anyways. There was still some in beacon hills. My father came up with a general plan. Kick the Hales out of beacon hills but everyone took his plan and made it their own. Kate wanted to kill the Hales and all Araya wanted was to force them to tell her the location of their vault
Ella: so she could figure out what the hell Evan was
Chris: she knew what he was...she just wanted to figure out how to kill him
The flashback shows Kate standing infront of the Hale house with a grin as it's on fire. Ian and Cora are shown running through the woods. They cross a street and are captured by the Calaveras. Araya gets out of a car and looks towards the woods as a plume of black smoke can be seen
Araya: All we wanted was an answer...all they want is blood. I'll never trust an Argent as long as I live
She gets into a car and they drive away. Ian sits in the back seat as the hunters in the back point their guns at him and chain his hands up. He looks back throwing the back window and sees the smoke. Then tears slide down his face

Eddie is shown walking down an empty hallway in The high school. He stops infront of a set of stairs and has a flashback. The hallway turns dark and moonlight shines through several windows as Eddie sees Aiden laying in a pool of blood as Mason stands over him holding a tomahawk. Eddie cries then snaps out of it when someone grabs his shoulder and he jumps and turns around. Eddie is face to face with Scott
Scott: hey...you ok?
Eddie: uhhh yeah...yeah I'm fine. What's up?
They both start walking down the hallway.
Scott: I passed my math exam
Eddie: good job
Scott: and later tonight I guess we're gonna be busy helping Derek control Liam and Ian during the full moon...probably Brett too. No one really knows the guy
Eddie: I'm sure we can handle it
Scott grabs Eddie by the arm and stops him. Eddie faces Scott but can still see the spot where Aiden was killed down the hall
Scott: I wanted to talk to you about the other night?
Eddie: the other night?
Scott: yeah you know when we...had sex.
Eddie thinks and is about to say something but Scott cuts him off
Scott: I like you...like a lot. But I know it's hard since I just lost Madison and you just lost Aiden
Eddie looks back and has another flashback of Aiden being killed in the spot a few feet away

Scott looks sad and just turns and walks away. Eddie's eyes glow yellow as he growls and punches a locker
Riley is shown swimming underwater in the school pool in just a speedo. He swims super fast then comes out the other end and climbs out as there's several guys and girls standing around that are in the same class. Riley walks across the pool deck as all the girls giggle and say hi to him. Riley just chuckles then a blonde girl named Samantha grabs his arm
Riley: uhhh hey Samantha
Samantha: hey riley...wanna catch a movie later?
Riley: sorry, already have plans with my husband
Samantha frowns and riley walks to the bleachers where Drew sits also in a speedo. Riley sits next to Drew
Drew: wow...Riley Stavros, first gay guy I ever befriended is getting hit on by all the girls

He chuckles then Drew's smile turns into a frown as Brett and Liam walk in holding hands. Drew just growls and riley rubs his arm

Riley looks sad at how defeated Drew looks as Brett and Liam stand around and kiss.

Riley rolls his eyes then the swim teacher calls Drew's name.

Drew walks off the bleachers and passes Brett and Liam. Liam looks at Drew with a sad expression. Drew just rolls his eyes and walks across the pool deck
Ian and Erica stand on the other side of the pool. Ian in a speedo and Erica wearing a small black bikini unlike the other girls that have to wear a one piece that covers everything.
Teacher: Miss Reyes?
Erica: what?
Teacher: that is against dress code
Erica: so is that wig
Teacher: out of here..NOW!
Erica rolls her eyes then looks at Ian and kisses him
Erica: I'll see you later sexy
She winks and walks away as Ian smile and blushes. Santana then stands next to him
Santana: two questions....First, how's life with the pack?
Ian: fun...a lot of fun. Derek's awesome...hell every single one of them is awesome...especially Stiles. Have you heard from "mom"?
Santana: she's still in Mexico...I'm not going to say anything until she comes back. Then the two of us need to confront her about this mess

Ian: what was your second question?
Santana: word on the street is that you're dating Erica Reyes
Ian chuckles
Ian: ummm not dating...atleast, I don't know we haven't made anything official yet
Santana: I don't know the girl and neither do you. But Allison told me stories about her, that Erica killed a lot of people, innocent people
Ian: yeah and she doesn't remember anything. Even Derek did this memory trick thing that uncle Peter always did. He couldn't find any memories in Erica's head about hurting people...she really doesn't remember it

Ian: you don't know her

Ian shrugs and walks away as Santana rolls her eyes. Ian then stops and looks as he sees Drew standing on the diving board across from him. Ian stares at his tan skin, defined muscles, 6 pack, perfectly white teeth and jet black hair. Drew then dives into the pool and swims quickly across the water. Drew surfaces on the edge and looks up as Ian is kneeling there looking down at him with a cheeky grin
Drew: whoa Hale...almost gave me a heart attack
Ian laughs and extends his hand, Drew grabs it and Ian pulls him out
Drew: thanks..don't think we got the chance to formally meet I'm...

Drew raises an eyebrow and smiles
Ian: you kept forcing me to hit on Erica the other night and You're the most popular guy here
Drew: really...I would've thought that would be Brett over there
Ian looks over at Brett and chuckles

Drew laughs

Lydia walks out into an empty hallway as she shakes and looks nervous. Isaac and Stiles walk out of coach finstock's class as everyone cleans up the broken glass.

Lydia leans against the lockers

Isaac gives stiles a look.
Isaac: Lydia you literally just let out the loudest banshee scream I've ever heard infront of the entire class.
Lydia: I don't care what they think
Stiles: we don't need people knowing about us...but what we do need is to find out what's going on. Whenever you scream it means something bad is about to happens

Isaac gives stiles a look then looks at Lydia

Alex: why are we here again?

Deputy Blake walks up to him

Blake: some crazed lunatic went into a diner downtown and was ranting about some end of days bullshit. The idiot was harassing people so I sent Evan to pick him up and bring him back here. He asked to speak to The Alpha...he wants to speak to You
Derek frowns

Blake: from the looks of it no
They follow Blake down a long hallway and see Evan standing outside a jail cell

Derek stands next to Evan and Alex looks on as they look at the stranger

The stranger just chuckles and spits on the ground

The stranger chuckles

The stranger just laughs

Blake and Evan frown and Derek just growls

Alex grabs Derek and they turn and start walking away
Stranger: TELL THEM TO START HIDING NOW ALPHA! OR ELSE YOULL LOSE EVEN MORE...MAYBE EVEN ANOTHER BROTHER THIS TIME!
Derek's eyes flash red and he growls and runs down the hall and rips off the bars off the cell

Blake: Derek stop!
Derek grabs the stranger and slams him against the wall

The stranger chuckles
Stranger: they are...the ones that are even too even for hell.
Derek drops the stranger on the ground and walks out as Alex and Evan follow him. Blake grabs the stranger and puts him in another cell
Alex: are you guys really taking that lunatic seriously?
Derek: no
Evan: yes
They look at him
Evan: that note you found on erica...that's not the only thing that's connected. The bus that was carrying the Crescent Peak lacrosse team...the one that went missing after last weeks game. We found it
Evan hands then picture and Alex looks disgusted and Derek just frowns
Alex: these bodies look like they were shoved into a meat grinder
Evan: they weren't just mutilated...they were eaten...some down to the bone. Every one on that bus was slaughtered like cattle...and there was claw marks everywhere
Alex: what can do this? A rabid werewolf?
Derek shakes his head
Derek: a rabid werewolf wouldn't eat someone and wouldn't be able to be so calculated about this...it's something evil
Derek looks worried
Evan: I'm gonna see what else I can get out of this stranger...I'll call you guys later
Derek nods and walks out as Alex follows
Alex: you're worried
Derek: no I'm being cautious because I don't know if this is nothing or something...
Alex: as bad as the last hellish nightmare we went through
Derek: exactly...do me a favor?
Alex: of course

Drew: so the other night that you asked me for a condom...did you and Erica actually do anything?

Ian: the sun is setting and the full moon is coming!

They get up and quickly walk towards Drew's car

Ian: Erica is still in the school for detention...she might've been able to control her shifts the last time she came back but in her head she hasn't been a wolf in years.
Drew: which means she's gonna snap and attack anyone still left in the school. Let's go get her!

Argent's mansion is shown as the sun is getting lower and lower on the horizon. The scene goes inside as Isaac is in his room. Isaac strips naked and starts looking for another pair of clothes to put on. Stiles barges into the room and Isaac covers his dick with a shirt he grabs from the closet
Stiles: oh come on....I've done more than just see that before
Isaac chuckles and moves the shirt
Stiles: what're you doing?
Isaac: Derek and Argent just tied Liam and Brett up in the basement in preparation for the full moon. Argent said I should probably change into some clothes I don't mind getting scratched up and bloodied
Stiles: they'll be fine
Isaac: but it's not them you're worried about...what is it babe?
Stiles: Lydia....that scream she let out. That was the loudest one yet
Isaac: it was just a scream
Stiles: and we should all know by now that when Lydia screams or hears weird voices we need to take it seriously. Something's coming, something bad...and whatever it is it's bringing death with it
Isaac: or maybe one of the wolves that aren't used to the effects of the full moon break out and kill so some. Which is why Derek and Argent need me down there
Isaac changes into black shorts and a red tank top then walks up to stiles and kisses him

He smiles then walks to the door then stops when stiles speaks up
Stiles: did you see the way she looked at Danny?
Isaac: you mean Lydia? She just didn't want to talk to him
Stiles: she was afraid of him
Isaac raises an eyebrow then just walks out when he hears a loud roar downstairs.
Isaac runs downstairs and goes into the basement. Scott, Riley, Eddie, and Alex chain Liam and Brett to a couple of metal pipes on the wall of the basement
Liam: you sure this won't kill us?
Brett: they're more worried about us killing one of them
Riley: don't worry Liam...we all had to go through this
He wraps a chain around Liam's abdomen
Isaac comes downstairs as He sees Derek and Argent standing at the bottom of the steps
Isaac: what is it?
Derek: Ian hasn't made it back home yet
Argent: neither has Erica
Isaac: they're probably together and on their way here
Argent: the better hurry. We'll be feeling the effects of the full moon in less than 15 minutes
Derek: I'm going to go look for them
Derek starts walking up the stairs but Isaac grabs his hand
Isaac: let me come with you
Derek: I need you to stay here and watch over them.
Riley walks over
Riley: well if Isaac isn't going I damn sure am
Derek looks at riley
Derek: fine...let's go
Derek and Riley run up the steps and head out the house
Evan is shown pacing back and forth in the police department. Deputy Blake walks up to him
Blake: wow twitchy, maybe you should think about going home and gee I don't know relaxing?
Evan: it's the full look, Derek and the rest of them have everyone else under control
Blake: and I have everything under control here
Evan: that "stranger" gives me the creeps
Blake: he's just a drunk bum. Please tell me you're not taking him seriously
Evan looks at Blake and sighs
Evan: I just wanna protect this town, my friends, my sister, and the love of my life. We've already been through way so much
Blake: and I'm sure we can handle anything else that gets thrown our way
Evan: I hope you're right
Suddenly Evan and Blake's walkies go off
Dispatcher: We got a report of several murder victims found at the radio station. Who's heading over there?
Blake: go home Evan, we're not the only deputies in this department
Evan looks at Blake then answers the walkie
Evan: This is Deputy Martin...Deputy Blake and I are heading over there
Blake rolls his eyes then they hear a laugh coming from the stranger's cell and they walk over there
Blake: what's so funny?
Stranger: They're already here....whereas the full moon makes your friends stronger, it makes them weaker. You've all been spared tonight...but tomorrow. It begins
The stranger laughs as Evan and Blake frown then walk away

An aerial view of Mystic Falls is shown as it's now nighttime and the sun has fully set and the full moon is now up. Drew and Ian walk down a hallway in Mystic Falls high as the moonlight shines through the windows. Ian growls and falls against a wall with his head down
Drew: Ian?
Ian let's out a loud growl
Ian: GET AWAY FROM ME!!!
Ian roars in Drew's face and shows off his sharp fangs and bright yellow eyes. Drew growls back at him and slams Ian against the lockers
Drew: CONTROL IT!!!
Ian: I CANT!!!!
Ian roars and swings his hand. Ian ends up slashing Drew across the face, Drew falls onto the ground then looks up at Ian as drew has 4 large cuts across his cheek. Ian frowns and feels bad about injuring the other werewolf
Ian: I'm sorry
Ian runs off down the hall and disappears into the darkness
Drew: IAN!!!!
Santana is in the gym as she's in a cheerleader outfit and practicing her backflips.
Santana: focus Santana focus
She takes a deep breath then does several front flips and sticks the landing. She smiles and then picks up her bag in the corner. Santana gasps as the doors to the gym swing wide open and loud growling is heard. Santana gulps and steps back as Erica walks into the gym in wolf form as her eyes glow bright blue
James is sitting outside next to the treeline that leads into the woods. He's shirtless and has chains around his wrists that are connected and wrapped around 2 large trees. Zane runs over to him
James: no....no... Who told you I was out here?
Zane: Hiro did...what're you doing?
James: protecting you
Zane: you've been a werewolf for years...you can control it during the full moon. You don't have to do this babe
James: I've never been in love during the full moon. Strong emotions that a wolf isn't used to can trigger it, I'm not taking any chanes... I won't lose you
Zane kneels down infront of James and James Scott's back till he sits against the tree. Zane just crawls closer to him and sits on James' lap and looks deep into his eyes
Zane: just because you have claws doesn't mean you're a monster James
James: just because I've been like this for a long time doesn't mean I can't snap
Zane: I admire you being so careful with me James...but even if you were to snap. You couldn't beat me
Zane smirks and starts making out with James.
Suddenly James frowns and Zane pulls away
Zane: what's wrong?
James: you don't smell that?
Zane: a kitsune's sense of smell isn't as strong as a werewolf's. What is it?
James: smells like death
Zane frowns then they hear a twig snap coming from the dark woods behind James followed by a hissing sound
James: get me out of here Zane! Now!
Zane's eyes glow gold as he grips the chains and rips them off of James' wrists
Zane: what the hell is that sound?
James: I don't know..but we're not sticking around long enough to find out.
James gets up and grabs Zane's hand and they run across the field and go into the house. Zane and James go into the basement then stop as they see Liam and Brett chained to the wall and roaring extremely loud and literally foaming at the mouth as they wolf out. Chris argent, Alex, Scott, Eddie, and Isaac stand infront of them looking cautious. Isaac looks at James and Zane and walks over to them
Isaac: you guys can't be down here, more people will just piss them off even more
Zane: yeah well my not so smart boyfriend decided it would be a good idea to chain himself to a tree
Isaac: what? Why?
Zane: he didn't want to hurt anyone
James: that's besides the point! Point is that there's some weird ass sounds coming from the woods!
Isaac: what kind of sounds?
Zane: the kind that make a werewolf and KITSUNE go running for their lives
Isaac: we can tell argent and s-
Suddenly Brett rips out of his chains and roars extremely loud as his eyes glow yellow.
Scott: Brett stop!
Brett roars and grabs Scott and throws him across the room then he backhands Eddie hard knocking him down. Brett lunges at Alex but Chris grabs him from behind and puts him in a headlock. Liam suddenly breaks from his chains and kicks Alex so hard sending him flying back into the wall. Brett slams the back of his head into Argent's face and roars. He pounces ontop of Chris and Chris falls onto his back as Brett tries to bite at his neck. Alex runs over and points a gun at Brett's head
Isaac: NO!!!
Isaac runs over but Liam stabs him in the stomach with his claws. Isaac gasp as Liam pulls the claws out then grabs Isaac by the neck. James runs over but Liam throws Isaac at James knocking him down. Zane picks up one of the chains and starts swinging it around, he throws the chain and it wraps around Liam's neck. Liam growls and grips the chain, Zane pulls Liam close to him
Zane: LIAM STOP!
Liam: I CANT!
Zane: sorry Liam
Zane rolls his eyes then leaps into the air and roundhouse kicks Liam so hard in the face he collapses and knocks out. Brett sees this and pushes everyone else out the way and runs at Zane. Eddie suddenly runs over and puts Brett in a headlock, Brett flips Eddie over onto his back Then raises his clawed hand to kill Eddie. Scott runs over in wolf form and grabs Brett's hand then headbutts him super hard. Scott then chokeslams Brett onto a table. Isaac then holds Brett down as Chris and Alex chain Brett to the table as he growls and kicks his feet. Scott smiles at Eddie then grabs his hand and helps him get up on his feet
Eddie: you saved me...
Scott: I'm just doing what's right
Eddie looks into Scott's eyes and smiles
Isaac kneels down next to Liam and rubs his head
Zane: is he okay?
Isaac: he's just out cold, still breathing. That was really impressive
Zane smiles as James agrees and puts his arm around Zane
Chris: I just hope Derek and Riley get there in time to help the others
Drew walks around the dark high school as his eyes glow yellow and he sniffs the air. Drew turns a corner then gasps as he runs into Derek and Riley
Drew: HOLY SHIT!
Riley: Drew! What're you doing here?
Drew: came here with Ian to find Erica
Derek growls
Derek: where the hell is my little brother?
Drew: he attacked me and ran off
Derek paces back and forth then stops when riley grabs his shoulder
Riley: we're gonna find him ok?
Derek sighs and nods then they all turn around as they hear a loud roar coming from the other side of the school

Erica stands in the gym growling and looking down at her leg as there's an arrow sticking in it. Erica looks up as Santana stands several feet away holding a crossbow
Santana: I don't want to hurt you! But I'll do whatever it takes to defend myself
Santana puts another arrow on the bow and points it at Erica. Erica just smirks then runs at santana. Santana screams then suddenly Ian appears out of nowhere and tackles Erica to the ground and pins her down. Ian looks at Santana with glowing yellow eyes
Ian: GET OUT OF HERE NOW!
Santana gasps as Erica headbutts Ian and claws him across the face
Santana: I can't leave you
Ian: GO!!!
Ian looks at Santana and roars at her. Ian then stands up and licks his fangs as he looks at her
Santana: Ian!?
Ian: I can't control it!
Santana screams and runs across the gym as Erica and Ian chase after her. She trips and falls as the two betas chase her. Suddenly someone grabs them both by their necks. Ian and Erica gasp and look as Derek holds them by their necks and lift them off their feet as his eyes glow red. He then throws them both on the floor. Erica jumps up and runs at Derek. Derek grabs her but Erica slashes him hard across the chest then kicks him in the balls making Derek fall onto the ground. Riley jumps back as Erica tries to attack him, Drew runs over to Ian and tries to hold him down. Erica slashes riley across the face then tries to bite him but riley holds her back
Riley: SHE WONT STOP!
Santana: this might work
Santana walks over with a fire extinguisher and hits Erica super hard in the head knocking her out
Riley: damn
Santana shrugs then they all look as Ian overpowers Drew on the floor and sits ontop of him. Ian raises his clawed hand and is rabid and ready to attack. He stops as he hears a loud roar coming from Derek. Ian looks over
Ian: i can't control it Derek...
Derek: find your anchor and use it! What's your anchor Ian?!
Ian tears up
Ian: our family
Ian has a flashback of their mother and all their siblings and then the house fire. Ian's eyes to back to normal and he falls off of Drew and lies on the ground as he sobs. Derek runs over and drops onto the ground and embraces his little brother in a big bear hug
Derek: it's gonna be ok
Derek rubs Ian's back as he sobs. Derek then looks at Santana as she looks down then her eyes meet Derek and she just nods, as a way of accepting the fact that Ian belongs with Derek
Alex sits up in bed shirtless as Lydia is behind him with just a silk robe around her body as she cleans a cut on his shoulder
Alex: that Liam kid got me pretty cut
Lydia: yeah well he cuts like a girl
Alex chuckles then turns around and kisses her passionately
Alex: I love you
Lydia: I love you too
Alex: do you love me enough to tell me why you screamed today in class? Stiles told me about it
Lydia sighs and lays back on the bed and looks at the ceiling. Alex lays on his side and looks at her
Alex: is someone going to die?
Lydia: when I scream it means someone is about to die...but that's not why I screamed today. I screamed because I saw someone in class
Alex: who?
Lydia: the boogeyman
Alex raises an eyebrow and chuckles
Alex: The Boogeyman?
Lydia: Peter...Peter Hale
She closes her eyes and a single tear slides down her face
Alex: he's gone okay...he's dead! You think he's still trying to get into your head?
Lydia: he's not in my head this time...
Lydia turns onto her side and faces the window as it rains outside
Lydia: he's in someone else's
Danny is shown standing shirtless in his bedroom as he just stands at the window as it's raining outside. Danny puts his finger on the window and draws on the condensation and makes a spiral as he smirks
Deputy Blake and Evan get out of their police cruiser as it's parked outside of a radio station
Blake: a radio station? Really?
Evan: the dispatcher said murder victims
Blake: probably just some stupid prank
Evan: let's just go inside and make sure everyone is okay
Evan walks with Blake across a large parking lot as it starts raining
Evan: don't tell me the emissary is allergic to rain
Blake chuckles
Blake: no, but you probably are mister fire bender
Evan elbows Blake playfully then they stop as they stand infront of an iron gate that surrounds the radio station building
Blake: dear god
Evan: Deputy....call the coroner....and every goddamn cop in this county
Infront of them are severed heads that have been placed on each spike on the iron gate
5 DAYS EARLIER
A desert is shown then the scene goes to a town full of people walking around. The scene then changes to a nightclub as hundreds of people dance then the scene goes underground and shows dim hallways as gunmen walk around. The scene then goes into a large room as Araya is shown sitting at a large desk as someone sits infront of her
Araya: my grandson now knows his true identity. He now knows that he's Infact a Hale....that the Druids erased his memory and accidentally gave him to us. They didn't know his adoptive mother was my daughter.
?: why did you want Ian to begin with?
Araya: to find out the location of the hale vault...we found a Phoenix. The boy didn't know where the vault was but I decided to keep him alive since my daughter loved him so much.
?: so we want me to go to Mystic Falls...and then what?
Araya shakes her head
Araya: take some of my men with you...first go to the ruins of Beacon Hills. The vault is located under the foundation where the high school once stood.
?: and what am I looking for?
Araya: The Hale's kept their own version of the bestiary. Inside of it contained details on the Phoenix
?: like the one that resides in mystic falls, the same one you captured years ago?
Araya nods
Araya: the bestiary has details on how to control the Phoenix...how to become it's master
?: kind of like a Kanima?
Araya: exactly like a kanima...once you have the book go to mystic falls and do anything and everything it takes to capture the Phoenix. The bestiary will tell you how...once you get him being the devil back here and then I'll pay you
?: and what about your grandchildren?
Araya: Ian is now a Hale....as for Santana, I'll call her and let her know that her mother had to be killed because she didn't agree with our plan
Araya looks over at the dead body of a middle aged woman lying on the ground.
Araya: and while you're in mystic falls...fetch me the banshee as well
?: you mean Lydia Martin? that's gonna cost you extra
Araya: how about double?
?: now you're speaking my language. 
Stands up infront of Araya
Araya: we brought you back...if you fail me we'll give you a death worse than the one you suffered at the hands of Deaton
Braeden rolls her eyes
Braeden: look granny, My brother killed me because I broke a code that has been passed down in a our family for generations
Araya: like a hunter's code?
Braeden nods
Braeden: "We keep balance and protect the land...even if time turns to sand"
Araya: what's your code now?
Braeden: I don't have one, I just go wherever the money takes me.
She smirks
Araya: you know where to go....you know what to do....and you know...
Braeden: to kill anyone that gets in my way
Braeden grabs her shotgun and walks out as several of Araya's hunters follow her towards the door
Araya: oh and Braeden...
Braeden rolls her eyes then turns around and looks at Araya
Braeden: yes?
Araya: I hope your brother and sister protecting Mystic Falls won't get in the way of your mission
Braeden: only if they pay me more
Araya frowns and Braeden chuckles then walks out with the hunters
