Shane is basically the male version of Madison Montgomery and is the most popular person at Mystic Falls high school. Shane is openly gay and very bitchy which is why all the girls love him but the guys in the school hate him. Shane may be popular but he's also the victim of bullying a rough home life. Shane will be introduced in episode 8

- Reese is the definition of a high school jock. Extremely attractive, gets all the girls, and has a knack for bullying those weaker than him. Reese is captain of the High school football team and immediately develops a rivalry against Isaac. Reese is in the shadows when it comes to the supernatural of course that'll soon change

Mayor Fiona Goode
Age: 45
Fiona is the mayor of Mystic Falls and she inherited the role after the passing of her father. Fiona also happens to be the mother of Shane. Shane keeps his home life and social life separate. He may be out at school but his mother has no idea that he's gay. Fiona is a sarcastic, mean, sassy, chain smoking woman and the best way to describe her is the perfect mix of Peter Hale and Madison Montgomery. Fiona will play a MAJOR role this season

ZANE PARKS

-Zane is a new character that will have a run in with the pack and the assassins in the Season 11 Finale. No word yet on if Zane is human or not but he will be a series regular. Zane also has some history with Riley, they both went to Degrassi together & Zane happens to have been Riley's first kiss.
