Peter walks into the loft with Ramsay. They can see helicopters flying around outside in the city as the military moves in to rebuild.
Peter: so Ramsay Argent Hale, savior of the world?
He looks into Ramsay's eyes and rubs his face

Derek is shown standing on the front porch with his arms crossed as he watches the military move through the streets and throws the bodies of zombies into giant trucks
Jackson takes a shower and closes his eyes as all the blood washes off his body
Stiles and Mason laugh and cough as they smoke weed in the back yard
Mason: Riley's gonna kill me

Theo walks outside and takes the joint and gets a hit from it then hands it back to stiles

Ramsay stands in front of the window and looks down at the destroyed city
Ramsay: I always thought carrying the name Bolton gave me no other choice than to become a monster. I never bothered to try and be a hero because I thought I was destined to be the villain. Now that I know I'm a Hale I can at least try and be one of the good guys

Isaac is just wearing boxers, covered in sweat as he feels like his temperature is going through the roof and breaths heavily as he's in his and Derek's bathroom, sitting next to the toilet as he's just been sick
