Isaac: A bear attack? I don't think he'd buy that

Derek: you'll think of something
Derek pulls up to the ruins of the hale house and leads Isaac inside
Derek: its not all burnt down rubble
He opens the door to the basement and leads Isaac downstairs as there's lights and Derek has his own bedroom set up down there

Isaac enters the house with Derek and has to admit that it's a pretty creepy setting - and old, mansion-like house almost completely in ruins in the middle of a lonely forest.
He sits down on a big couch, kicking his shoes off before he does so because he's used to his father's rule of taking them off inside the house
Isaac: So...you live here alone?

Derek nods and sits next to Isaac
Derek: I do; only person that survived the fire was my uncle Peter and he's stuck in a burn unit in beacon hills memorial hospital. He hasn't said a word since they found him
